Jiffy Lube has a life-long customer in me. They were helpful yesterday and Ben was great to work with. What might have been a simple fix for them was big to me, so I am thankful for their prompt efficient service.

The service was awesome here!!! They found a major problem with my tire (it was splitting and had a large bulge). The owner took the time to show me the tire, explain what was happening, and answer all my questions. I felt respected and heard. As a woman, I dont commonly feel that in the car care industry. A++++ I cant recommend this Jiffy Lube enough!

Store manager, Steve, was extremely helpful and very professional! I live in Charleston told him my oil was low and then I had a scheduled maintenance coming up and didn’t want do a full oil change. He suggested topping it off so that I could get home safely. He got the job done quickly and efficiently! Great experience!

I was charged $657.00 to change a couple spark plugs and a couple wires. They never even pulled it in the bay and were done in less than 5 minutes. Stay far far away from these crooks....Emailed corporate and the heffer said that the price was right in line with their services. Its all a corporate scam, thieves!!!

They were quick and very polite. Reset the oil light too which some places dont mess with cause its a VW.

Had my daughters oil changed. Staff extremely pleasant. Total time there 20 mins. They even vacuumed her car out.

Had a great experience at the Hardscrabble location. They were attentive, kind, efficient and got us in and out. And because we had to go out of our way from our normal dealer they even offered an additional service on the house. Wonderful staff.

Super nice and efficient staff. We were a ways away from home and had issues with our oil level due to our dealership screwing up. They solved our issue and got us cleaned up and out quick. Highly recommend this team!

I have been coming here for years getting my oil changed. Each time I am in and out in a timely manner. The staff is very courteous and professional. It’s always an amazing experience. Wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else.

WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THE JIFFY LUBE AT 4423 HARD SCRABBLE ROAD IF YOUR IN THE COLUMBIA SC AREA! My car warranty place recommended I take it to them for the repairs needed. Brought car in was told will get a call. They called telling me theres a $100.00 diagnostic fee that my warranty may or may not cover. Told them do it need the car diagnosed to have it fixed. then get a cal they did but cant fix my car come pick it up and a manager will explain it. Pick up the car to be told warranty will never cover the diagnostic in any case (despite what the office staff said when they called) and that the transmission needs a torque converter. Per the manager it is cheaper to replace the transmission than rebuild it, but my warranty will only cover rebuilding it and he cant do that. Asked about my diagnostic fee since he cant fix it, and was told too bad still had to pay. Got home called my warranty company (car shield) and they told me they have absolutely no record of any claim being started other than us calling to ask where to bring it. I was also told there is no clause in my warranty that says one or the other but in fact my warranty covers replacement and/or rebuilding if need be which ever is appropriate. In addition, they do cover the diagnostic fee as part of my $100 copay but only if we got it repaired at the facility that charged it! Basically the manager ran my computer, charging 100$ for the diagnostic only to say he cant (which is a lie) fix it and blamed it on my warranty. Took me for a fool, still awaiting jiffylube corporates response as of the writing of this.🤬🤬

Stay away from this place. Just two days ago I got an oil change and estimate for some mechanical work. The estimate was high,so I went to another shop and got the work completed. While performing the work, the new shop discovered that “old black oil” was used to complete my oil change at Jiffy’s.Had this not been discovered, who knows what damage could have occurred to my vehicle.Jiffy Lube was my go to place because of speed and proximity to my home. But, lesson learned. I will never go back to this place.If you do decide to go. Make sure you see them pour new oil into your engine.

I usually go to a dealership but I was short on time so I came to Jiffy Lube for the first time. Even though I arrived right before closing the team was helpful and answered all of my questions. I was in and out in no time! Will definitely come back!

I had my oil changed today paid 80$ . I went out to my car and in my drive way was all the freaking oil . this is poor service will never do business with this company again

First time coming here, and I regret not reading the reviews. I would not recommend anyone coming here if they don’t want to be ripped off. I looked to see if they had coupons before coming in and found one.. after I was given the price I told the person I had a coupon and was of course told I could use it. At checkout I went to get the coupon and was told by that individual she knew about the coupon. My thought was.. wow how wonderful you knew and couldn’t add it. Either way, I know going into these places you can’t trust but that’s just shady. PS. Don’t fall for the air filter up sell go to autozone to get it cheaper.

Super friendly staff, professional attitude, and got our vehicle done in less than 20 minutes. The 20% military discount is pretty nice as well. Plus, theyre open on Sundays. I will definitely continue business at this Jiffy Lube.

No problems til i paid to get my tires rotated. Date of service was 7/27 to be ready for a trip to Charleston for my brothers weddings. I get to Charleston and get a phone call that a lug nut has been found where I usually park at home!! Sure enough, lug nut missing on front passenger tire...wow...how do I rate this??? I have my 3 daughters and my mother in my 2015 dodge van...been a happy customer for the past year, TIL NOW...

Over priced oil changes. They tried to get me to buy a new timing belt years before it was needed by saying it was worn. When I asked how worn it was it was barely worn at all. And they changed my wifes transmission fluid when it shouldnt have been and claimed the manufacturer said it was time. I pulled up the service intervals on the manufacturers site and showed them they were wrong. They still refused to credit the fluid change so I had to fight it to get it fixed.Never went back. Needless to say... buyer beware.

Quick and friendly, thats a plus! But yesterday they said they vacumed and cleaned my windows, which I was super excited and thankful for! And I understand they dont have to. Yeah, they definitely did NOT do it. Just dont make a big deal that youre treating me right and then not do it. Makes me wonder what else they arent completeing. Last oil change in the fall had a few issues: too much oil (you should know how much you put in per model), tire pressures were also way too high (grateful they didnt blow while my kids were in the car). I went back and they were happy to check everything for free. Just not getting an honest experience there. Ill be going somewhere else unfortunately :(

This place saved my life tonight! I pulled in almost at closing because Walmart was on that mess and I needed an oil change for a roadtrip the next day. They were completely understanding and helped me out with a coupon because I couldnt afford the high mileage oil change. They were friendly, accommodating, and made me feel like I didnt put them out at all. I usually drive back to the dealership for oil changes, but Ill be coming here from now onThanks guys!!

Did think it would be like this. The man that talked with me had been drinking that early on the morning. He smelled like alcohol and I hate that smell. I dont think they did ask that they should have. The oil was still dirty when I checked it after a few days.

My son and I were told that they didnt have a oil filter for his Chevy Cruze that we could go to a different location and get the oil change done there. Kind of got the vibe he didnt wanted to do.

I went to Jiffy Lube today to get a vehicle inspection for Uber and got completely lied to. The guy told me that I needed rear brakes when in fact I did not and I told him I had just hit my brakes done earlier this year went to a another Jiffy Lube location got the vehicle inspection done with no problem and passed Im very disappointment with this being my first time going to Jiffy Lube and being lied to. They didnt even pull my car into the garage it sat in the same spot I parked it in. How can you check brakes without actually taking them apart or at least taking the tire off I would never go back to this location ever again Im highly disappointed that I was lied to and tried to be taken advantage of.

Purchased rear drum shoes. Job was beyond me. Called asked how much for install. 90$. Brought truck in asked how much 90$. Get call from mechanic. Says I dont know who told you 90$. Its 250$ because (lol) we have to charge you for the shoes (the ones I brought with me?). Be careful using his shop for anything other than their restroom.

Jiffy lube on hardscrabble will be doing tires in November including mount and balance. Will be a great add on to what they are already doing.

Sunday morning, my boyfriend took our car in for what we thought would be a simple tire balance/rotation. When he got there, they informed him that our tire was actually split on the inside where we couldnt see it but definitely could feel it when driving. The worker said he didnt even know how we made it to the shop! Unfortunately, they didnt have our tire size so we had to go elsewhere. They suggested a few places & told my boyfriend if he didnt make it, let them know and they would come get him. Our first time ever going there and we got great customer service even though we didnt make a purchase that day. We will definitely be driving to the other side of town to them just based on the customer service! I wish he would have gotten their names but you know who you are so thanks!

Arrived at 7:45 hoping to be 1st & I was. Its now 8:13 & its still not open

Poor service waited an hour for oil change which should have taken 15 min manager running round looking for her staff that left and had to make sure they vaccuum out the car which they did not do the first time and they didnt even make sure to check my tire pressure didnt realize until I pulled and checked the car stats!

Go to Harold he is honest and will not lead you wrong. He wont try to sell you stuff you dont need or be pushy.

VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! Went in for a oil change came out with a broken hood and they had me wait 2 days to even look at it. Got their mechanic to look at it and rigged it up !! STAY AWAY !!!

Was told my repair would be completed in 2 hours.... Had my elderly mother with me, it took them 4 hours and they did not bother to provide me with any updates. I had to inquire only to find out they didnt have the tools needed and had to go buy them. Had I known this, I would have never had my radiator replaced here.
