Honestly wasnt sure if I wanted to get a water softener or not but after having Chris come out to our new home. He really enlightened us to the importance of having soft water. We love our soft water; our skin is better, our hair is better, the cats like it more and it really does taste better. Chris made it a great experience! We recently had a high efficiency water softener installed. The noticeable difference it has made is incredible. We dealt with Stephen Garlock, and if youre in the market for anything Culligan, I recommend reaching out to him. He made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Stephen even came back a couple of days later to check to make sure everything was installed correctly, and to check the water quality. The young man that did my installation was Pat. He did a great job with the install. He was quick and informative. I highly recommend this company.

Chris was wonderful with explaining all of the options for water softeners and Pat did a great job installing the water softener and drinking system!! Do not believe these bad reviews, they are petty.

Culligan came to the rescue after 3 water softeners failed in my new home. Their rental program is convenient, and cost- effective, and service is excellent. I also purchased their reverse osmosis drinking water system from Michael Moreau, their water treatment expert, and he was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and patient. I am very pleased with Culligan s level of customer service, as seen in Mr. Moreau and all the service representatives. I would be happy to recommend their products, their employees, and their quality of service.

Where do I start with Culligan. What an amazing company to work for. Everyone is so caring and passionate about their jobs and there is never hesitation from anyone to pitch in and help out. There is never a dull moment around the office and everyone gets along so well. Management is great in all departments, which makes it an even more pleasurable work environment. Culligan Mid Missouri is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to water. Everything from RO systems to water softeners. They have decades of experience while also being very helpful and friendly to deal with.

A few weeks ago, Sales Rep. Michael Moreau contacted me in regards to my drinking water. Wed been using the cooler (owned) and picking up bottles at our Culligan store. Michael discussed options with an RO system, including advantages and costs. When I asked about the termsof the contract, Michael rewrote it to terms I could agree with and still be on budget.The system has since been installed and I couldnt be happier! While I miss the folks at the office on Commerce Ct, I dont miss lugging the 5 gallon water bottles around.Finally, rarely does one come across a saleman like Michael. Whether he was raised in a kind and loving home, or some other positive influence in his life, Michael is top notch, over-the-top genuine nice guy.Thanks Culligan! Very good customer service, reasonable rental costs and salt costs (even auto delivery!). Always quick to answer questions. Highly recommend them if needing water softener - which we needed VERY bad.

Not as great a place to worked for as I had hoped for. I believe I’m at least the second minority that has complaints about his Pay when leaving the company. I was in commission sales there and after my leave they didn’t not pay me for my commission. After the customer had told two managers in person that he wanted the biggest best system that I could offer him.

There were a few faucets with hard water marks, Felipe with Culligan came out and was able to check the culligan machine to make sure it was working (it was) then traced the water lines all around the house and found that the home builder had certain faucets not hooked up to the correct line. He spoke with a plumber and walked them through exactly what needed to be done. Great service and knowledge from Felipe.

Our home water softening system is maintained and serviced by Culligan. They deliver and apply salt to our system on a regular basis. When we had a problem with our system, Chad came out to do a full and thorough evaluation-- and then carefully explained his plan to mitigate the problem with the least cost to us. We are very pleased with their service.

I met 2 Angels tonight. Real Angels. My husband and I shopped at Wal Mart. Drove home. Carrying in sacks of groceries. It is cold icy slick night. A dark car pulled in front of our house. A two men got out and headed towards us. Holding something up, saying did you loose your wallet? I dont think so. As they approached and handed it to me . Sure enough it was mine!He said they saw us leave it and tried to catch us, following our car. All our $, credit cards and license were there. and almost lost for good. How many people would do such a good deed ? Two Angels !One of them works at Culligan Water Conditioning of Columbia , Mo.Good people work there and a Angel .

So far I have been impressed with Culligan! They sent out Filipe, their home selling agent, to test my water and give me the run-down on Water Softeners. He hooked me up and gave me 4 free bags of salt to start!

We won a free TV from Culligan and got not one but TWO broken TVs from Sams Club. Culligan was great though! Will definitely be buying their services in the future.

Felipe in sales is a knowledgeable and nice guy. The rest of the Culligan Crew are clueless. Since our home has a finished basement, we put them in touch with the builder and plumber to solidify their plans before hiring them to put in a Reverse Osmosis Water System. During installation a team of 4 guys came to do the job and they hooked up a RO system incorrectly in our new construction! We ran out of water the night of the install and only then realized that not only did they do the job wrong, but they tested and approved water that wasnt even undergoing filtration! We were without water, then without hot water etc. etc. This project took weeks to complete and was a total waste of time and energy.At best, these guys are sketchy clowns with pretty vans. Save your time and money and find another company.

0 stars! The delivery system didnt stop by when scheduled so I went in to the office to get my water every time. Did you know you have a few to pay if you go in and pick up the water and also a few if its dellivered??? Yup either way you go you pay extra! I paid up front to credit my account 3x and all 3x they didnt have a record of my advance payments so I was told it was too bad. Not sure who the office manager or owner is but they should both be fired. This is 2017. Customer service is a MUST these days. I have cancelled my service wi th culligan. I will never go back to them and I will direct every one I know to stay away from them. The last time I had a credit to my account it was 37$. The cashier even told them I was correct because she remembered what was going on that day.... they never credited my account. They guy called and told me I was basicaly saying I was accusing him or his cashier as stealing. Whatever. Good luck! My advice is stay away from everything culligan

Never showed up on dates that were set, and told the people in the office that I was not home; over charged me on water cooler; super rude in the office. DO NOT GO THROUGH CULLIGANS!

Calligan over price their product to me the can do anything about priceing . So I call corporate they told me each store sets there own price . So u can get the same product from Amazon and Lowes cheaper. I have a calligan softener ans ro drink water products and now the r out date and I will not be useing calligan products agian. Do to their sale department and corporate office . There service is lacking.
