We didnt know where to start with picking out a mattress. Fortunately, Brian knew exactly. He gave us a comfort quiz and he was right on point when it came to trying mattresses. He wanted to know our budget and went from there to show us which ones to try. We could not have had better customer service. When we left we had purchased not one but two mattresses, sheets, pillows and covers. The entire experience was 5 star,, and well not hesitate to recommend Mattress Firm in Columbia.

Have been needing a new mattress for quite a while, and decided to check out some places locally. Im so glad we did! We love this place and definitely recommend to our friends. From the moment we walked in we felt welcome with no high pressure sales feelings. Christina Holman was fun and knowledgeable and really focused on helping us find what we were looking for. All the staff was very friendly. We were impressed by their selection and we left extremely happy customers with a mattress the same day.

Brian is a great salesman, gave me a really good deal. He first had us choose the firmness of our mattresses. We are getting a split king so we each have our own mattress, along with our own individual adjustable base. We went all out and even bought the pillows and the bamboo sheet set. It all had to be ordered so its gonna be another 2 weeks before it gets to the store for delivery. Unfortunately because of our location, delivery and setup is on us. So at this point I have not been able to actually sleep on my split King bed set.

I visited Mattress Firm to look for the perfect mattress. I made a mistake ( without realizing it) and purchased a used one. Anyway the policy is ,no returns on used mattresses. I was upset at myself for not paying attention.Yesterday i went to the store where i purchased it, and a king gentleman was able to exchange the mattress for a brand new ,and different mattress.I am very happy and grateful .

We went in looking for a replacement bed as we had been on the Sams Club exchange a Serta program for years since they do not hold up long term. We met with Christopher Bass and he was super nice and listened to what we were looking for. After having us try out several beds we narrowed it to two, he gave us the prices of both and when we told him we were going to think about it over dinner. He did not go into high pressure sales mode, he let us know how late they were open and thanked us for coming in.Chris welcomed us back and when we told him what we wanted and asked about pricing on some additional items he had mentioned earlier, he went to work looking to get us his best price. Chris ended up saving us thousands and got us a great bed set up. It was the best nights sleep I have had in a long time!

It was easy to find our new mattress. The salesperson was helpful. My only complaint is that he removed his mask when talking to us, which made my wife and me a bit uncomfortable.

I walked in at 720pm after I got off work (they close at 8pm), the manager was behind the counter greeted me. We then started to tall about what kind of mattress I was looking for, i realized i had no idea because my mattress was 7 years old and purchased for 300 bucks straight out of high school. He then walked me through 3 different types of mattresses plush, medium firm, and firm. After I decided medium firm was best for me he then walked me to about 5 options and I narrowed it down to 2 beds. There was a 600 dollar difference, but after laying on both for a while I decided on the Sealy Hybrid. Little over my price range, but the exceptional service and quality of the bed shined through. I was out of the store by 755pm. Quick and easy. Only downside is now I have to sleep on my old bed before the new one is delivered.

I came to this place thinking that I was just going to buy a cheap $200 mattress that I saw on sale on the website. I was wrong, I walked out of here with an awesome bed thanks to Brian for helping me with the financing. I got me a queen sized Tempur-Adapt Medium mattress with the adjustable base. I also got the tempur-pedic pillow and a protective bed cover that could never get wet, EVER. SWEAT-PROOF?? YUP! Thank you so much again, Brian!

Well the first delivery I new was not right 😐 some how the person I talked to online and I got our wires crossed and I didnt get the bed that I thought I was getting 🙃. But I went to the Columbia Mattress store and Brian took care of all my troubles.

Had a very pleasant experience here. The guy was not pushy and was extremely informative! (5/5 stars for him) it was slow as like we were the only ones there, but it was nice be shown different beds and explained the differences in the mattresses. Prices are a little on the high side but the information and customer service made it worth the visit! Will come back here if new mattress is needed.. 🙃🙃

My experience with mattress firm was great Eric says not handled all the things that I had to throw Adam as far as questions. Have not bought a bad and quite a long time and things are changed as far as buying beds and mattresses are made. Thank you again for being patient with me . And answering all the questions that I had about delivery and the mattress sale. The delivery chain was awesome they came they set up the bed had everything plugged in took away all the trash and very timely matter. Also my delivery time was less than a half an hour away from estimated time of arrival awesome. These guys Ill show show me things I need to know about before I actually made the bed as far as putting sheets and protectors cover on it. Howard suggest using mattress firm to anyone that I know.

I help seniors do things they have trouble with. I took an older gentleman into the Mattress Firm store on Stadium in Columbia MO. to purchase a bed for his wife. This was the 3rd adjustable bed he had purchased within 6 months there. The man sold him “the best” of everything including warranties. However, one month later the adjustable bed frame stopped working. They contacted them multiple times, stopped in the store and wrote letters. But never could get anything done. If u decide to purchase anything understand that even if it’s a manufacture defect they will NOT do anything about it. After the way I saw how they treat the elderly I wouldn’t have given them one star but couldn’t leave a review otherwise. Buying from this store is no different than buying from EBay except you will pay more.

Went to this location with hopes to get some kind of gift card/credit for my boyfriends birthday to get a mattress. Although they do not have gift cards, the sales associate Joe was very helpful and we set up an account for my boyfriend and I paid the amount I wanted to give him. Now my boyfriend and I can go to the Mattress Firm closer to him (Quincy, IL location) and pick out the actual mattress he wants. It worked out better than I was expecting and Joe was very helpful and had me out of the store quickly after my odd request. Can not wait to do the actual mattress shopping part!

On the hottest day of the year, Joe set me up with a full sized mattress set. At first I phoned and by the time I arrived he had referenced the stock per requested. He warned that full size would be limited. Yet, what I needed was in stock. Pleasant, professional person and easy sale.

Recently bought a mattress from here. Prices seemed pretty high but this was my first mattress purchase so I dont have a leg to stand on from the past. We wanted the basic adjustable base but they didnt carry it in California king and had to waite a month and a half for it to come in. Seemed like a long time for something like that to be shipped here. The salesperson was nice and knowledgeable about the products. We are happy with our new bed.

Told the guy multiple times that we were looking for a twin mattress and he just kept talking about, and trying to show us, queens and kings. Would hardly look at me and kept trying to talk to my husband, despite the fact that I was the one with the game plan and money. He also tried to tell my husband that we could not under any circumstances put the mattress on slats or a solid board, that we had to buy a box spring as well. In conclusion, we found a more comfortable bed for half the price, and with more extras, at Denver Matress.

My parents bought me a bed from here this week. I waited till Saturday for them to come and set it up for me. Only to find out that my box spring didnt fit up the stairs. From what it looked like the people who came werent trying very hard to figure out how to get it up there so I can have a bed. Now Im bedless. I only have the frame part no box but i have my old mattress still. I called the store and the only thing they said I could do was get a full queen set with a split queen box spring. Im not and my parents are not paying more money for a mattress box spring and a frame. They need to give it to us with no charge since we have this problem. I will also NOTE: that my room is that big for a full queen. it will be pushing it. Other wise these place would have gotten a 5 star. Nice looking bed too.P.s my parents contractor and his worker got I up the stairs just fine. They had no problem. Because THEY TRIED UNTIL THEY GOT IT.

The store service and experience was good price was descent delivery service sucks they deliver from St. Louis and after a complaint to the store we are getting our delivery charges back. They made the excuse they were late due to weather it didnt start snowing until 12:00 our delivery was scheduled between 10:00am - 1:00pm the delivery guy calls and says it will take closer to 2:30 or later for delivery.

Went in to look at and test some of the beds advertised on the website and the experience was very poor. When I asked to look at the beds in a certain price range that are hybrid I was basically told I was wrong and they dont exist. Pulled up their own website to show them they sell hybrid beds for that price the salesperson resorted to bashing the brand stating its falsely marketed and thats why its cheaper than whats in the store. At this point it was obvious I had no desire to continue any transaction in store and the person made no attempt to try and salvage the situation and show us options in our price range and was satisfied with watching us walk out the door. If you dont plan on spending ridiculous amounts of money, then dont bother going here. Spend a tiny bit more than what theyre charging and go buy a sleep number bed. If youre looking on the cheap, get a generic pocket coil mattress and add a memory foam topper. Just as comfortable or more so than the thousand plus dollar beds they try to fenagle you into.
