First time going there. After buying a truck from another dealer. I was taking my truck here for services.But now I wish I just came here from the jump. (Chris connoly) did ke right. Took care of me from time I entered til time I picked up my truck. No complaints what so ever. The other staff were nice and friendly as well. I definetly recommend anyone to visit this dealership.

This is truly a first class organization. This is my first time owning an Infiniti and was really sure what to expect when taking in my car for the first time. This dealership rocks... Big shout out to Chris Fisher the service manager (he was professional, friendly and informative) and Grayson, who was very sweet and accommodating in directing us and getting us into our loaner vehicle. We took our two FX35s in for recall repairs and the whole process was easy and smooth. First time there but I’d definitely return for service and/or buy a vehicle. Great first impression. Thanks!

I had to wait for so long to find someone who could help me out. They told me the car was gonna be fixed for the next day, however, they took too long to fix my car and didnt even give me a full report of the cars condition. Unfortunately, this is the only infiniti dealership in Columbia SC.

John McMillian, DS Infiniti service manager, always gives me the red carpet treatment! Jeremy, one of their awesome mechanics, replaced my starter, along with a few other important repairs, and had me back in my car in just a few hours. Had a Q50 loaner, so no problem... Happy customer since 06!

Beware! check your oil filter. This dealership is not using the original oil filter for your infiniti (NISSAN).if Dick Smith Infiniti dealearship is cheating on oil changes, I cannot trust them with any other service and repairs. What a Dick dealearship.

I purchased my SUV here and had a great experience with the sales staff and especially the service team. On the sales side, our salesman Keith was upfront and honest about everything related to the vehicle. Once we agreed on the sale, he had us processed in a relatively short amount of time. On the service side, Chris the service manager, has gone above and beyond to cover repairs that were perhaps outside the scope of the vehicle warranty. They did this to keep this customer satisfied...and it worked! I would highly recommend this dealership to all in the Columbia area and even beyond Columbia.

This place judges you by the look and what you drive. it happened that we did not drive the most expensive car while we were shopping for new infinity. The sales man named Terry took that in account and was not interested in even trying to sell us anything. He assumed that we were not in position to afford the vehicle we were test driving. Little did he know, each one of us have a six figure income and we could afford to buy any of the car on that lot for cash. Stay AWAY! They dont care about you, just care about your pocket.

Had a recall letter in the mail. Scheduled appointment, dropped off the car and was in a loaner and back to work without hassle. Jeff W. was great. He helped me resolve an issue that has bothered me for the 10+years Ive had the car. Turns out the recall with was already done on a previous visit. Prices for service are high, but you kind of know that going into a luxury brand. Jeff didnt bat an eye when I said Id get service recommendations completed at my local mechanic who is 25-50% cheaper. He even made recommendations on other ways to save. If I didnt already have a mechanic I trusted and if I didnt have to drive across town to this dealership Id have all my service done here. They were very trustworthy and didnt force gouge extra work.

Website says open till 7 on Saturdays, Nope. They close at 6. E showed up at 5:50. Website also said they had the car were wanting to look at, guess what.. they didnt have it. The old bait and switch. Sales man told me they Sold it last week. I even engaged the chat feature on the website on our way to the dealership to ensure the vehicle was there. They said it was. Nope.

If I could give negative star rating I would. Took car in for recall after they screwed up my appointment twice. While changing the airbag they cracked the dashboard and had to replace at their cost ($2700). They also notified us that they belts needed replaces because they were on incorrectly. We agreed to pay the $250 and had this done. Once we picked up the car we did not get 2 miles down the road and the car overheated, please keep in mind it was running fine when we dropped it off. They now want over $700 to replace the radiator and thermostat. They are demanding the loaner car back by the end of the day if we do not agree for them to fix it. This is all taking place while the governor is urging everyone to stay off the roads because Hurricane Florence is coming. Poor customer service!!!!

I dont know what Infiniti does to train and or keep their people on task and super professional but it obviously works. My first experience with an Infiniti dealership was in Charlotte and it was, at that time, the best experience buying a car that I had ever had. This time around I decided to stay local and I am glad I did. Keith Stokes (salesman) was super nice from my first phone call, to driving the car away, and a even a few post sales questions(calls). He treated me just like I would want to be treated or maybe even better. Marshall New (finance) was just like Keith, nice, personable, not pressuring. Between the two they blew away my already super positive experience that I had previously had at Infiniti of Charlotte.

The LIES they tell you at this place is SICKENING! From lying about your service information being purged from the computer after claiming that nothing was done to my car for 2 years, to attempting to charge me a few hundred dollars to repair an Infiniti defect steering column issue. After I fought that the service advisor Chris bagreed with me and offered to repair it for a quarter of what he attempted to charge!!This is suppose to be a reputable brand and I cant even trust these service advisor who acts more like a used car salesman. IM LIVID with this place😡

This place is absolutely terrible. These idiots quoted me $1600 to replace my alternator and a wheel bearing for my G35. I took my car to a local mechanic and got quality parts and work for literally half the price. I have no doubt that these guys can get the job done, but just know if you decide to let them work on your car you will be paying 2-3 times what you should. Do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy local mechanic. Would give 0 stars if it was an option.

Service manager John McMillion is outstanding. He explains every detail of what will be done and why. I went in to have a tire fixed and John fixed it himself and washed my car for less than $10! He never rushes and is very knowledgeable and courteous. Great job John!

Do not take your car here for repairs. They claim they fix my converter less then a year ago but recently I been having problems with it. Took it to a repair shop just to be told the original part was still on and all I need was a new sensor so I got cheated out of $1200. By these crooks who just rig my car and did a quick fix hoping I’ll bring my car back so they can cheat me out of more money

Bought used Infinity still under warranty. Called about fixing trunk struts. See, trunk would only pop open barely enough to fit my fingers under lip to open. Called service department and had to give them vehicle information to verify warranty coverage. All good. When asked what my problem was, I told them my trunk wouldnt open all the way when I pushed the button on my remote. Told I should bring it in and they would replace struts under warranty. Drove one and a half hours to dealer on Saturday to get fixed. Waited over two hours until car was done. Got in to leave after having to also pay $300 plus for an extra key. Before leaving dealership, stopped and got put to see if problem was fixed. Nope. Was as if nothing was done. Turned around and said trick still wouldnt open all the way. They said thats how its supppsed to work. I became irritated and asked why I was told to bring it in if it was working correctly. They (yes, had a crowd by now) said because old struts were bad. What?? They had me drive a three hour round trip so they could file a false warranty claim just to give me back my car exactly as I gave it to them. To top it all off, as I drove away they gave me the old have a nice day pee-wee Herman send off. I get screwed over and they act like Im the jerk. douchebags.

Took my car to Infiniti on 05/03/17 cause had trouble starting finally got it started and drove it to Infiniti and had them see what the problem was well got it there and they came back with two causes that could be the problem one was bad electronic steering lock which according to the car manual a steering wheel with a lock light will pop up indicating steering lock malfunction which isnt covered under my warranty so I would have to pay when that may not be the problem cause I could hear and see the steering wheel unlock when holding down the brake and pushing the start engine button second option was could be a bad NATS antenna which is covered under my warranty so I said lets fix that I paid my $100 deductible cause I couldnt leave the car there cause I had to get back home and have a way to work the next day they said they had to order the part and it would be in the next day, the next day came I got a call saying that the part is on back order and they dont know when it would be in I said ok cool the car still is cranking so Im good until then well 04/05/17 it stopped cranking again and I couldnt get it to crank so it sat in my driveway until 05/17/17 I had it towed back to them so I could get my $100 back cause they didnt have the part or fixed my car or didnt issue me a loaner so I needed my money back and nobody updated me on the status and I had to call to get an update and nobody could tell me so another week went by and I called again which was 2 days ago and the parts guy I talked to finally gave me an eta of when the part would be in he said June something cant remember the date and said it still could be 45 days after that date meaning my car would be down for 2 months and my car would have been in their shop for almost two months and because of this I have been bumming a ride to work since 4/5/17 and they knew the part is on back order and didnt offer a loaner knowing the car thats in their custody is my only form of transportation once this problem is resolved from here on out I will be taking it all the way to charlotte nc Infiniti or just stop dealing with Infiniti service period and take it to a local reputable mechanic dont understand how no one even called to keep in touch to let me know the status of the part Im a manger and I teach my associates that communication and customer service is the key cause the customers are our boss and with out them we wouldnt get a paycheck they need to do better considering they are a luxury dealership but giving lackluster service.
