Ms. Niecey went above and beyond. We bought a car for my daughter here just after the new year. Unfortunately after her driving it just a few days locally, when she headed back to college in Huntsville the transmission just went kaput. Later research (which I admit I should have done in advance) showed that the particular make/model of car we bought was known for having issues with this particular CVT transmission. Niecey wouldnt have bought or sold this car had she known this in advance. She was legally not required to do anything about it as we purchased the car AS IS, but this wonderful woman did so much! She towed the car back from there and replaced the transmission with a brand new one. She made sure my daughter had a car to drive while they were working on the one we bought. She delivered the repaired car back to her. She took care of my baby like she was one of her own children. Ms. Niecey is probably the most honest used car dealer Ive EVER bought from before and we will be back. My daughter is happy with her car and I was blown away by the service. Would recommend 100%!!
