When a local car wash automatically removed the driver side view mirror 2 days before we were set to head back to FL, these folks did everything they could to get us rolling in a timely manner. In my opinion he went above and beyond to provide us with all the options. Im grateful for their kindness. And happy birthday mom (we met and chatted with you outside and I thought I should send wishes to you) Everything was well done. I hope I dont need the services again but I would go back and certainly would recommend you guys.

I am from florida and went through the car wash and drivers mirror got broken off went there for replacement .They went out of their way to get me back on the road.Very friendly and professional .would highly recommend them for your repairs .Thank you so much Rob for your help .I really appreciate it . I dont have good experience to work with them, they repaired my car and after that i got lot of issues , like paint was not good, they removed my roof trim both side even right side not required and they have broken the clips, door sensor doesnt work, after getting my car fixed I went there 3 times to fix my other issues which was because of them, for right side trim when i told them that why did you removed even its not required then they does not agreed they told they have not removed but how that was possible my car is new but they denied. I fed up with them and i asked them that i am ready to buy parts but at least can you fix it even i can pay for fixing charges as well. but they replayed they are done with my car they dont want to do anything else now they will not take it and let me go.THAT WAS REALLY VERY RUDE . I never recommend them to anyone.

Been to multiple body shops for various issues. front of house staff was awesome when it came to customer service and professionalism, 5/5. back of house on the other hand, idk what happened there. found a ton of dirt in my trunk like they took a shovel and just tossed it in there, vehicle was damaged in the front. vehicle had minor damage but im lost why it took over a week to complete. equally lost why random stuff were thrown in my backseat that left pinhole marks all over the place and they managed to break my glove box. dnt know exactly what happened but i aint coming back. quality over convenience.

Everyone in the process from the estimate to the work being done are courteous and professional, they explained everything from the cost to dealing with the insurance company. The work is high quality and I was completely happy once I got my car back. Im a lifetime customer and highly recommend them to take care of any auto collision needs.

I got my husbands Mazda spruced up as A Christmas preset for him this past year. They repaired and repainted a damaged bumper and trunk lid. The job took about a week, but the work was beautifully done and indistinguishable from factory work. The folks there are kind and informative as well. Nice job!

As soon as they noticed I would be paying out of pocket to paint an individual part they said they didnt do that kind of work. If its not an insurance covered collision DO NOT GO its a waste of time. Theyre looking for $$$$$$$ and reading the other reviews honestly I would steer clear of this place if you like your car.

They have an excellent painter but, overall, Chandlers has disappointed me twice. They installed a bumper trim piece that did not match the original, leaving me with a 1 space between the grill and the bumper where there was no space before.This last time Chandlers didnt install all of the clamps that hold the truck cap onto the bed and insisted that the missing ones were never there even I had photographic proof that they were there when I left my truck in their hands. I cost me $25 for their error.Pretty good body shop, excellent paint, very little accountability.What you end up with is all that you are ever going to get from them. I cannot stand excuse makers.

It has been almost a month since I dropped my car off to be fixed they called me every 2 to 3 days to give me updates and that everything was on schedule and give me a date of when my car would be ready and now one day before they called to tell me my car will NOT be ready and I have to wait a few more days I am so unhappy right now I haven’t had my car in a month! I will Nwvwr use them again and spread the word to everyone NOT to use them

Very Poor customer service! Looks to me they only want to overcharge the insurance company. Didnt show any interest when I say I wanted to pay out of my pocket. Set up appointment and when I came in, I was ask to wait in the waiting area next to a room full of worker not doing anything. The lady at the front desk could care less. Never called me.

During a repair to my truck, Chandlers broke a piece off that was not related to the initial repair. They claim they cannot replace it. This is now a full blown nightmare trying to have this corrected. It seemed that as soon as they realized I would likely not be a repeat customer, they became belligerent and extremely difficult to deal with. They were rude, not helpful, dishonest, and their actions bordered on criminal. I had to find another collision shop to have the corrective repairs made.Do NOT use them. Avoid the hassles they have caused me. They are just not worth it.

I got my van repaired for insurance. They did a good job with the repair but the time it took was longer than I expected.
