Great customer service Mr Ray, helped and answered all of my questions. Regarding about my Volkswagen Beetle

So I’m giving 2 stars because I was recommended to this place.. the customer service was okay since I visited close to closing time. The only thing I had a problem with is I spent 5K cash with this company & my air compressor doesn’t cut on. Now I should have been more cautious when checking the car out but it’s an “AS IS” Car lot so of course they didn’t offer to fix the problem. It’s business, I didn’t make a big deal but they could have been more upfront or at LEAST offer to fix the problem or meet half way on repair costs. Just be cautious when supporting this business.

Made a purchase by phone and was told the parts would be in their store by 4pm. I called at 6pm and was told the parts wouldnt be there until the next morning. I located what I needed at an Autozone, bought the parts that same evening and went back to Parks the next day for a refund. It took them 20 minutes to process my refund and when I finally received it, they offered no apologies for the misinformation nor the amount of time it took to refund my debit card. I called them originally because they supposedly could get the part before anyone else nearby. Extremely poor customer service. I dont plan to come here again.

Better than the chain stores yet still has some of the same problems such as part prices given are not the correct price and inventory not actually on hand.
