The guys at F&A are so helpful with my 12 year old son’s Traxxis truck. They treat him with respect and help him make good decisions on what is needed for his RC. They are honest, trustworthy and very passionate about their products.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. The younger blonde hair gentleman was very professional and knowledgeable. He greeted me and found exactly what I was looking for in less then 1 minute ( no exagerration ). Not only do they have a full on loyal customer now and great prices,they have a everything you need for the traxxas line up. Even if their prices were ( which isnt) higher, I would still purchase from them. I highly recommend this store, above and beyond!!

I took my wheel in there because my spokes were loose and needed set to true. Instead of them just doing that and sending me on my way. They did that plus brought me back into the shop and taught me how to keep them tight. Also gave me tons of extra info on how to maintain my new to me bike. It shows how much these folks Acctually care about they’re customers not just trying to get an extra dollar out of you. Anyway couldn’t recommend this place more!!!!!

Initially, customer service was great. Was planning on coming back for more work. When I picked up the bike, I was asking questions about the service they did and the guy told me to leave and never come back. He also said they good do better work if i took better care of my bike, which is really unprofessional, regardless of how long Ive owned it

I bought an rc car from them and the buying process was easy and they gave me a great deal. When I got it home there was an issue with the wench on the front. I brought it back and they fix it and ended up putting a new better wench on it. I highly recommend this shop.

Bought my first Traxxas here about a year ago. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My son is quite hard on it so I have to make several repairs. They have always had the parts and helped out explaining how to replace them.

Stopped in to get an innertube for my dirt bike and check if they could install it for me.They were in the middle of some other projects and couldnt get to it right away so I told them I would just change it myself.Thay offered to let me use their tire stand and tools to do it right outside of their shop which i was grateful for.I got started and was getting ready to install the new tube when one off the guys popped out the door and gave me some pointers and tips that really made the install much easier.I felt that they went above and beyond normal customer service and I would not hesitate to recommend going here for parts or service.

They wont work on older bikes, wont mount tires unless you order from them, basically, unless youre willing to open your wallet and close your eyes, not the best place in town.EDIT TO REPLY TO F&A: Thank you for the much more polite reply than on the phone, but I did find a shop that installs, for $30. What youre trying to do is charge for service then skim a little extra by charging more for the part ... thats not too good for the customer. Just be up front about your service charge and charge more for service if you need to.

My husband and son went looking for RC cars. They were so helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the differences in the cars so my son would know exactly what he was getting. Definitely went above and beyond. Plus they have the cutest doggo!

Was interested in a traxxas r.c car so went to them to physical check them out. There staff schooled me on all the cool features and the ups and downs to any of the cars which was helpful to make my choice. I bought the rustler vxl brushless and broke one of the front arms on ita few days later. Took it back up on a Saturday 30 minutes before closing time to see if they could help me and they did. They also help entertain my youngest by hooking her up with a plan simulator game. Very happy I purchased my car through them for sure!

F and a cycle was the 1st stop on a poker run I was on. My 1931 model a was having problems with the electric fan Jason diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes and had it repaired in 30 minutes This allowed me to continue on the ride I cant say enough good things about F&A cycle and Jason he went above and beyond and is truly appreciated you cant do wrong by doing business with F and a cycle

Went in looking for RC car pieces. The guys in there were extremely knowledgeable and pointed me in the right direction immediately. I will definitely be going here again when I need more RC parts.

Spent almost $500 to have them install tires on my bike. They didn’t bother taking the time to clean the old rubber/ bead sealer off the beads, or to replace the 15 year old dry rotted valve stems. Beads and valve stems were leaking when I picked up the bike. If they can’t handle a simple tire install I certainly wouldn’t trust them with anything else.

Cody spent a lot of time helping us. He was patient and kind and explained in detail about the car we brought to him. We are extremely happy with his service and products and will be returning soon.

BY FAR THE BEST!!!! I was having engine issues and I brought it in to them. Needing a motor, ended up with a race big bore kit. The kit needed some customization and they nailed it. I was blown away! Highly recommend!

I literally called these guys hoping they’d have the rc car I wanted to buy my son for Christmas. Likely would have bought one for myself as well. The person answering the phone was actually rude enough I hung up and will likely order our cars online! My attempt at inquiring about their Traxxas products I was told he didn’t have time to discuss over the phone. Mind you I let him know. I would be driving over 3 hours in total both ways just to find out whether or not they have the vehicles I wanted in a decent price range. Again he repeated something along the lines of I don’t have time to talk with people who call about these cars. My questions would’ve taken minutes to answer over the phone and I likely would’ve spent near $1000 for a few minutes I apparently am not worthy of. I can’t comprehend how you don’t have time to talk about an rc car brand whose cheapest model is $130? Specifically one that you decided to become an exclusive dealer of!!!??? What kind of gimmicky sales attitude is this? Would never recommend calling these guys because customer service leaves ALOT to be desired.

Edit: F&A has redacted their initial response to my review. I stick to my guns that they informed me my sprockets looked good despite the chain being worn, however they did not advise me to get it changed. Their work is appreciated, but I will be doing business elsewhere.First job for rear tire replacement and a full service was around $256. $60 of that was a half hour shop fee - not bad. 40 miles of riding after leaving their facility my chain seized (not good) and I almost couldn’t get it back to the shop. This was odd to me, you would think a freshly cleaned and lubricated chain would hold up better but whatever.I rode it back and had them replace my chain and both sprockets. $240 for the job - $112 of that being a 1 hour shop fee. After riding for 2 minutes i quickly realize they put the wrong size sprocket in; I take it back and inform them that the sprocket size that I had originally requested (16T) was not what was installed (15T); I was “promised” the right size was in there. They checked the ticket order to verify and sure enough it was the wrong one. They offered to order the 16T sprocket and install it free of charge, which was nice, until they ordered the wrong size again and I had to wait even longer for the new part to come in. I felt robbed of a week of riding and $250 for a job that was half done. They had also left my key in the “on” position and had I not shown up shortly after they called me, my battery likely would’ve been drained from the headlight being on. Went to Gilbane Motorsports for an inspection (which F&A does not do) and out of curiosity asked what they would charge for these jobs - it was quoted around 30% cheaper and their shop fee is only $95 per shop hour. I will continue with Gilbane for all my needs from this point forward. Staff is nice at F&A, but I was pretty unhappy with the job.

My daughter and I purchased two RC cars from Cody. When we got home mine did not work properly ( factory issues) Cody had me return on Monday and he spent hours working on it and had it fixed but when I got home the issue was still there. Cody made everything right and was great to work with. I will be returning to this shop great guys.

Ive been taking my machines to these guys since they opened. My bike and I have always been treated with respect. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and they have always went above and beyond to make my builds special. They have always been willing to negotiate with me on parts. Im not sure what happened with the other guy on here who left a bad review but when i read it i had to comment and set the record straight. These guys are the real deal if you care about your machine. They have always been more than fair to me. I guess if you walk in with an attitude and parts you bought elsewhere you might not have the best experience! : D

F&A had absolutely phenomenal customer service! I went in for a new tire and one of the owners worked with me to get a great tire at an excellent price. The installation was fast and they even offered a free detailing for my bike. I can’t recommend F&A Cycle enough!

I had tried to repair my lower A arm bushings on my ATV but had problems. Called A&F their service manager told me I could bring it in as soon as I could. The next morning I was at their shop. At that time the tech, Ron, described the problem and gave me a quote to repair my ATV. After further investigation, Ron, found the axle needed to be replaced. The manager called me with a new estimate & said they would take pictures of the problem parts. Which they did. The final price was exactly what I was quoted, pictures were taken, along with showing me damaged parts. ATV was also detailed. All in all I was very happy with A&F Cycle & will return when I need further repairs or advice!

Just want to give some credit when credit is due! I was pleasantly greeted (10 minutes before official opening time) when I arrived at the shop. It was in for a carb job and came out perfectly set to factory specs. Running and idling as it should. They showed me pictures of what the trouble was upon checking out. Thanks to the F & A Cycle team!

Great work on my BMW. Had my sprockets and chain and rear tire replaced. Great price and quality job. And they detail the whole bike just as a courtesy. Cody and his team have my complete trust.

Had an issue with my chain. Called and had my bike towed there. Within and hour, they had the chain replaced, wiped the bike clean, and aired up the tires, and was out the door. An unplanned detour here was a great experience.

The only thing I hear is bad things About this place, guessing what’s wrong with your bike and just charging you for a a lot of parts some that you don’t even need. I was in the parking lot this morning about to have a ATV worked on. A gentlemen was getting his bike worked on and A tall mechanic started yelling at him threatening him and wanting to fight him? What kind of place is this? Customer service zero! I’ll find somewhere else.
