Nice in person serive, but very difficilt to reach. They moved to St.Andrews Road which is a different location than what is listed.Just picked up my mixer, that I dropped off approximately 4 weeks ago. I have never had to chase down people so much or go to the back door(literally)of a company to get an update on my stuff. No one is never in their front office and no one never answers the phone in their front office. Always deferred to an answering service. I cant believe Kitchen Aid does business with them.

Authorized Appliance Building has a For Sale Sign on it and no one was in the building and no cars around back. Looks like they are closed for business in Columbia SC. I called the phone # and was on hold for 3 minutes.
