This used to be a nice store. Today in the blazing hot sun, 103 degrees, I stopped in to fill up my car and get a car wash. Turns out the pump would not print a receipt so I went inside. 12 people in line. But Ive waited Patiently. I get to the cashier and she tells me that the car wash is down. They could have put up a sign somewhere but no. And thats why I came to this particular shop was because it used to be nice and they had a car wash. Trying to hold my temper

Nope. Especially if you want any type of hunting or fishing license…big Nope. They don’t know how it works.

This store is terrible. The staff are rude, there’s never a set time for hours and the store is a mess. The coffee creamer is usually empty when I arrive at 7am. Maybe I’m the only person who I drinks coffee in the morning. Will be driving out of my way to go to another store.

Drive out of your way to another location if you need to use Holiday because this one is flat-out terrible. I dont leave bad reviews until today. No excuse for how they run this station.

The girl working in this store has a white piece of paper in both doors saying they are close. Its 8:00pm and I have checked the website and it says 24 hrs open. It looks like they are doing tik tok just dancing around.

EVERY SINGLE HAND SANITIZER STATION AT PUMPS EMPTY. LAZY EMPLOYEES OR POOR MANAGEMENT? Either way UNACCEPTABLE. If you are going to continue to make money off of your customers, it is YOUR obligation to offer sanitary solutions. Period!

Car wash is VERY outdated. The price of the wash should’ve significantly lower than other Holidays’, and it’s not.

I go to this holiday every morning before work and everytime I go in the young lady that does food has a bad attitude. She is always gossipsing with the other young lady that works in the mornings during the week about management and other staff members in front of customers. She waits until the store manager steps away to do this. She has a really bad and attitude and from what I can tell she will create a very toxic work environment if she hasnt already. Both Thursday and Friday morning that I stopped in she was saying things about her management team that should not be said in front of customers or to other staff members. The store manager & her assistants have really turned the store around and I would hate to see one bad apple spoil the bunch.

The cashier had horrible body language and was aggressively rude, do your job and if you don’t like it get a new one. Pathetic.

Not enforcing mask mandate. Coffee area a sticky mess, loose uncovered coffee stirrers. Out of cup lids. Long line, cashier chatting with customer/friend while extremely busy. Rude and filthy, carwash always has something wrong with it.

Not sure what’s going on at this place but I grew up 1 block away. I don’t even feel safe going he as an adult here. I was in this store the other day and saw a cashier go into a violent rage verbally on a customer. The were verbal threats made to the customer that were not even close to socially acceptable in ANY situation. Then I went in another day same cashier literally threw a temper tantrum because some one asked where something was. I have never been so disappointed and appalled be a corporation. I did speak to a manager about this and she argued with me about the problem. Shame on you. Get you ****together. Looks like it’s time to clean shop.

This location is the absolute worst. I was late for work cause while trying to do the Pay Inside option at the pump & it kept rejecting it so I finally just paid at the pump then I went inside to redeem my gas coupon & they tell me I cant use it, that this station is a pre-pay so I had to come in first if I wanted to use my coupon but was never informed of that over the loudspeaker when they kept rejecting the pay inside button & when I brought that its still an option they wont pay to remove it off of the screens

I dont know what happened to this place but it’s a dump now. I can not say for sure but I suspect a female cashier attempted to take my card info. I’d use cash only from now on at this toilet. Free advice for those who want it.

This location consistently has great staff that are always kind and friendly people. Last night a severely intoxicated person was behind me in line and making a scene and being belligerent. After insulting and calling the cashier horrible names, the person finally left the store. The cashier, Kevin (I think was his name) professionally and cool as can be, shrugged it off and went on being polite and awesome. Kudos to him, and the many other staff members that always make this place the station of choice.

Did you slow down your pumps so we have to watch your commercials. I’ve never had it take so long to pump gas. This is occurred multiple times at different pumps.

Customer service is no longer existent in this location! Or, maybe just rude staff were working this afternoon? Ill make sure I pay at the pump and not inconvenience the staff inside next time...

No masks among four cashiers. When asked they said it wasnt required.

Worst Holiday store Ive been to yet. Hot foods werent stocked, The toppings for sandwiches/nachos/hotdogs were.. A MESS/half frozen/not stocked/dumped inside the cooler for them with no holders. Floors are filthy, insides of microwaves are filthy with food in them, staff seems super unmotivated and like they hate their life.

Some gas pumps out of service. Never get fixed. Never get a receipt from pumps. Inside might be good, but as far as gas it leaves a lot to be desired.

Worst gas station experience ever! Pump didnt function right. 6 people in line only 1 cashier. She said change pump, so i went to a different pump then had to go back inside since I used my Cub rewards. Supervisor Tawnee reset it without my rewards then yelled on the intercom saying how to pump gas. I said I need my rewards applied, then she came out yelling What? You dont know how to pump gas?!?!? In front of everyone! Making all kinds of complaining noises... Tawnee really needs to find a different occupation with her anger problem.

Cashiers and managers always have attitudes they take to long to help the customers several customers left because the cashiers were taking to long to help customers sever customers walk out without paying for the stuff they left with the cashiers are slow the manager have major attitude problems and serval drive offs form the gas pumps. And always out of donuts dam the cops should stay way form the dam donuts what they think there the only one who like donuts

Sort of a Sketchy Area, but overall, most cashiers were nice and patient and friendly when I had to do two seperate transactions. Others cashiers barely acknowledge you.

Staffs always friendly and helpful. Only complaint is they never seem to have plain rice crispy bars 😛

Wow has gone downhill. Floors look like they havnt been cleaned and the bathrooms are atrocious.

Pleasant staff. Helpful and polite.

Employees were more then rude to me when I asked them to make me a fee Bosco sticks. I come here multiple times a week and they are never made and ready. Why offer a product if you dont want to sell it? I dont think Bosco would appreciate that and your customers dont either.
