On the up side, I bought a truck here that I am happy with.On the down side, I recommended my Ex to go here and they sold her a car that was found to be unsafe (and shouldnt have even been for sale). It was leaking oil, the hood would not release, and the frame was badly rusted. They decline to give her the money back and only offered to give her credit toward a much more expensive vehicle. This makes it very difficult to recommend the place to anyone else.

This dealer is the worst dealer that I have ever known by far. The owner, Dennis, and his relative Bob always tell lie to their customers,Dont buy anything from here, I dont want you to make mistake like my family, thats why I give this dealer a review. I wish could give them 0 star review.

Do not trust this company. They sold my friend a car with serious and dangerous frame damage 21 days ago. When the vehicle was brought in for a basic oil change, the vehicle was found to have very serious and dangerous amounts of frame damage making it unsafe to be on the roads. It was so noticeable, that the dealer must have known about the issue before hand but still decided to sell me it. This matter will be brought up to the Consumer Protection attorney and will be brought to the Court.

JT charged me 200 just to do the application. He was asking for 500 because he had to transfer titles the car was posted for 10,500 at the other dealership they work with. I had a deal for 10,000. I ended up paying 10,200 because of his surcharge. If they have a deal as dealerships that should be included in my orginal deal.

I wouldnt trust a place that advertises on Craigslist while hiding either the price or the miles. Take a look at their postings... Good luck finding one that has the price AND the mileage. If their vehicles were really a good value, they would post all the needed information in their listings.

But what really matters is the customer service and Tri City Auto has top notch service for a used car lot! Everyone was great! Even the owner is around and doesnt hide behind an office door to let his workers fend for themselves. If youre not satisfied with something they will work with you until you are. This place, by far, is one of the best dealerships Ive worked with. Everyone is helpful and super friendly. They dont sugar coat things for you but instead lay it all out so you know what youre going to get to the T. They work with all types of credit. Ive been recommending this place to all my friends and family since Ive boughten my vehicle this year with them!! I may have just found my forever used car dealer with Tri City Auto!

DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!I bought a very nice looking truck for $13,000. Owner and salesman told me the truck was in perfect condition. On the way home it overheated - crippled it to the shop where I found it needed a new engine, cracked transmission, and all new front suspension. Come to find out they covered it all up just to sell it and shouldnt have been driven. They wouldnt not call me back or even talk to me about the issue. The truck has been sitting at the shop waiting for them to help me but refuse to. I have not even had the truck home I paid $13k for home. I filed a lawsuit against them today!

Don’t ever do business with these people! Every car I had got broke down within weeks and had me pay extra for repairing it even though I had a warranty. Should’ve taken them to court! Then they tried helping me by giving me another vehicle that broke down days later. After they “tried” helping me they bribed me to write a good review. Maybe to save their business or make it seem like a good auto dealer but NOPE! So much time and money wasted. Save your money guys, NOT WORTH IT.

Saw the horrible reviews online, but we decided to give them a chance anyways. What a mistake that was! Went to look at a Jeep. Pictures were extremely misleading. Jeep was warn and completely beat up. They wanted $3,000 over retail value. Employees were extremely rude, the building was a complete wreck. Front door is almost falling off, bad odor, junk everywhere, a COMPLETE DUMP!!!! What a waste of time, do not go here!!!!

This place lists vehicles on Craigslist with no prices, state in listing vehicle is like new and when I go to look at it, it has big deep scratch in rear bumper, 3 original worn out tires and one good looking tire. When I ran the V.I.N. on CarFax there was only two maintenance records during its 5 years of life and 44,000 miles of use. The rear cargo cover was missing. This is NOT like new...!This place should post prices and properly describe their vehicles. I will not be back here.

These guys did me right! I got an 2010 suburban, the check engine light was on and they said they would fix it... I might have had to go in and out of the shop 6 times but Dennis did right by me and my family. My son got a car as well and I sent my coworker and he got a vehicle too. They went so far as to let me use one of the cars they have to drive to Vegas while my trick was in the shop. I will be going back for another vehicle and I recommend them as well!

I had a wonderful expereince there i had wanted a specific car and as soon as they got that car in on the lot i recieved a call and went and bought it. Buying the car was quick and they were super helpful i had a small issue with it and one of the guys helped me fix it to make sure that everything was working. I would buy another car again from them. When you go there ask for Tony he will make sure that you are taken care of he is awesome at getting you the best deal and making sure your getting into what you want.

These reviews about this place being a dump is true. As I walk in I thought I was going to fall through the floor. No heat at all beside a lousy personal heater heating the place. No privacy you can hear the conversation other ppl are having. The cars are way over price and have some sort of damage to them however the salesman will talk to you like it’s a brand new car and flawless. Finance guy JT is a COMPLETE JOKE. He’ll talk a big game like he knows what he is doing but he don’t.Don’t waste your time. Take your money elsewhere.

Horrible place... Way over priced... Was told suv was mechanically owned and well taken care of... When first bought needed oil change took it to get oil change it need a coolant and transmission flush also the blinkers stopped working 10 minutes after pulling off the lot... Tierod broke a few days after buying fuel filler neck broke suspension was gone etc... And they charged me 2500 for a vehicle that is Kelly blue booked at under 500... Never buy from them unless you want to be stuck with a lemon.

They might as well have -5 stars. These are not honest business people. They will slip in a fee (a horrendously high fee at that), as any given opportunity. They added on fees of about $1000, for arranging financing, without informing us, and without clearly stating that they were fees; and did not care to rectify the situation when we complained. Needless to say, you will be well-served to scrutinize every document, question all amounts etc, when you deal with them.

This has been the worst experience of my life. They lied and sold me a horrible car. First of all the car was supposed to be for 6 grand they ended up charging me 10 grand for it. I take partial responsibility because I was buying my first car and shouldve been more thorough but it was both listed online and told to me over the phone that it was a 6 grand car so I never questioned it as I was signing the paperwork. And as I was literally signing the paperwork there was another customer yelling saying how he was charged thousands more for a car that broke down 2 weeks after he bought it. I shouldve left right then. I took the car to an autoshop and it said it had a leaking head gasket. I told them and they kept my car for 3 days and had it checked by multiple mechanics and found nothing. The radiator, headgaskets, and much more all have had to be replaced now within on months of buying this car (6 grand worth), after they said my mechanic was wrong. Id steer clear of here, but I am thankful I learned this lesson. Ill never trust a used car salesman again and look at every last detail when buying a car for now on. 0/5 stars. I take partial responsibility but I know I know that you cant assume people are going to be honest. There are some real snakes out there.

This place is not a legit business. They have an illegal set up with the lender Security Auto Loans. They will repo your vehicle illegally. Regardless of if your payments have been made or not. I was 2 months ahead and they took my vehicle. I would have never believed it could happen. There is Nothing to protect consumers from this happening. The vehicle was brought directly to the dealers lot. The law says the vehicle is to be securely stored for 10 days and then brought to auction. And the current owner gets one last chance to purchase the vehicle for the auction price and still owes remaining of any. They stole my subs and amp and 2 books of cds. Over 300 cds. A pair of audiobahn subs. I took the truck back from them. Yup. You can re-repo your vehicle back as long as you follow the same laws as them. I never was compensated for my things. The truck was a rusty beater with crazy miles on it. I paid over $4000 on it, it Maybe was worth $2000. Maybe. And they hit my credit report with like $8000. Do not go to these criminals. They should be arrested for praying on the less fortunate and braking a list of laws. But there is nothing you can do of they decide to take your vehicle. The law gives them the right to repo it even if payments are made on time. Trust me, this will screw your life up if you go here. I am not the only one this has happened to either.

AS FOR ANYONE ELSE THAT HAS BEEN HORRIBLY STUCK WITH A POS FROM THEM I WILL KEEP YOU ALL IN MY PRAYERS.
