The staff here are always so helpful and friendly. I come to this UPS location often to make Amazon returns and it takes me less than one minute to get it taken care of. I also needed help mailing a package and the manager Britany A. helped me and made the process very easy. I highly recommend coming here.

They have it all but pricing is expensive, in my opinion. I went to get some some files printed out via email. While the printing is very cheap, I got charged $3.99 just for emailing them those files.👁👁 I have no other complaints as it offers almost everything I need.

Be careful I have multiple stolen packages when I drop off at this location be careful cause even when you have the drop off receipts the will claim lost and compensate you with the minimum coverage the only thing makes it sure stolen is the all the tracking numbers never left the store

OKAY, 4 MONTHS AGO I HAD PROBLEMS AT THIS PLACE BUT NOW ITS BETTER. THERE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL NOW. A YOUNG WOMAN NAMED SANDRA HELPED ME OUT IN A MAJOR WAY. SHE REALLY WENT OUT HER WAY TO HELP ME WITH WHAT I NEEDED AND SHE SUCCEEDED. THANK YOU SANDRA

Actually, I wish I could give them a minus five!I needed do get a package to my son, who was traveling. I told the clerk it had to be there by Saturday and I was charged $60 FOR a small envelope size, and assured it would be there by Saturday. Well it didnt make it, its in Florida. I was told by manager and Erica, it made it to the distribution center , and thats as far as they guaranteed it. First, I was told they would refund my full amount, then it went to half, then it went to too bad, it got to the distribution center in another city, but hey, it was in the right state, Florida. If your items matter to you, go to another mail service!

Their webpage shows them open on Saturdays until 2pm. So I drive to the location at noon on Saturday & the door sign shows the business closed on Saturday & Sunday. Waste of my time. Bad business practice. They lost a potential customer now. Id drive out of my way rather than give them my business now.

Call three times nobody answers I finally called the fourth time get an answer a lady answered the phone very rude disrespectful lady saying shes on her break and for me to call back in 45 minutes and shes the only person that works at the store and she has to check the packages lies and on my notice from UPS it says my package will be at this location by 1 p.m. its going on 4pm so now I have to drive all the way there to get my package and hope that is there because the customer service lady was too lazy to get up and see if my package was there. I really wish UPS will make a second attempt to come to your door instead of taking your package there immediately their horrible customer service get it together!!!

Just called to info on a package I was waiting to be delivered. I was referred to the hub station but the person who answered the phone was extremely rude. It is very easy to be courteous to someone when you answer the phone, I dont understand why you wouldnt want to provide excellent customer service? I wont be going to this location.. .EVER!

Worst service ever!!! 2 employees on duty, only one working. You have to fill out extra paperwork at this location. Its not like other UPS stores. Big line of people. Horrible. Go elsewhere!

I had a stack of letters to mail and asked if their prices were the same as post office and was told yes. Later I found out that I was charged $.80 per stamp when stamps are $.55. Also they were late opening the store.

Went in today to do a dropoff and get 1 shipping label. Went something like this:waited in linewaited moreoh man the poor guy in front of me just needed a stamp is all... poor suckerwow this service is horrible is there really only 1 person working right now?did she really just disappear in the back?man all i need is one label but my lunch break is only an hour long.ran out of time, had to leave.oh hey and I just now realized i walked out with one of their envelopes by accident, but I dont have enough life left to go back and return it so Ill just leave you this valuable review and we can call it even.

Rude lady..I called to see if my package was delivered she wouldnt even look..Then I said I have a tracking number and someone signed for it..then she put me on hold for 5 mins.. She came back and said oh ya i have it it will be $5. I told her i just had something else delv there I didnt get charged..New rules and it will be $5 anything else..rude rude

This place is terrible, they charge you a dollar to tape the box. Then they charge 50 cents to use your CREDIT CARD, which they cant do, you can charge for debit, not credit! And shes not a REAL UPS STORE, so you have to depend on her to give it to the driver to scan it. Dont go here please.
