I was referred to CARSTAR Intrepid Collision by mercury insurance.Of course, I didnt want to get into an auto accident. but Im here 3 years later to fix my car again.My rear passenger side door got hit. Now I had no car to get to work.I was very eager to get my car back so I didnt have to bust a 32 mile bike ride to work.So, Intrepid Collision worked with me. They dropped me off at Hertz to get a rental. Before I knew it, the week was over. 5 business days later, I got my car back looking brand new!!!FYI: *The estimated completion time was about 2 weeks*I was willing to finish some of the minor body work the next time I had a day off. So if you see in the pictures, my car is 90% complete but that was my choice.Their work is backed by a lifetime warranty with my insurance company. I had a small issue with my last repair and they fixed it too. no extra charge because of the warranty.What more can I say:They are a beast of a team to get the repairs done faster than I expected. (during covid-19 pandemic)They turned an unfortunate passenger side door into a work of art (see pictures)Thank you!

Estimate was quick, thank you but I wonder why they gave such a low price for Insurance repairs. My car has a 3 stage pearl paint. 🤔

I was rear-ended and was asked by my insurance adjuster if I would mind getting a quote from Intrepid. The adjuster clarified that I could take my car to a repair shop of choice. To expedite the process, I agreed. Paul explained the progression, I liked him, so I thought I would give them a try. They delivered the car on time. I picked up my car last week and it looks brand new. I am very happy with the repair work. Plus, my car was immaculate, it looked like it had been detailed in and out. Thank you.

The integrity of this company is non existent. Jane @ intrepid contacted my place of buisness (a local, small privately owned shop) to purchase an item to replace on one of our mutual customers cars. I told her that the item was not in stock and had to be ordered. She said to go ahead and order the part and when it came in that they would send someone out to pick it up. She even emailed me the next day to see if the part arrived yet so they could pick it up.The item came in and now they refused to pick up the item because they found a cheap replica of the item online for $50 that they ordered as will use on the customers car instead.Not only do they use cheap Chinese parts on their customers vehicles, but they dont follow thru on their word. If ANY company says they will do something and then doesnt follow thru, that company is no longer deserving of my money.I have plenty of body shops in the area that Ive worked with who can Deliver on their word and do great quality work at a fair price.

The crew at intrepid were awesome,they kept me updated twice a week,i was extrenely happy with the repairs.the staff were friendly,if i had any issues or concerns they were on it immediately,ill use them again and again if need be.
