As soon as we can we will be leaving water gets shut off and worked on at least 3 times during summers and just today the office was told that our house and another were having issues because of this...the response was someone is coming by....they never came by either place. One of the places is leaking because of this and and neighbors water main broke. We are also being told if you have more than 3 cars they cant be parked in rocks or grass you have to pay to get work done. Even if you cant afford it! Also the response to that is park in the front of the office...there are 4 spots as well as the possibility of your things being stolen and what guarantee do you get...none.we have already had packages stolen and our car rummaged through and when asked about footage never got a response back. They either need more help or better service for the price hikes thats are up and down every month.

Not a good experience at all. Me and my wife were told for 11 months that our new home would be ready soon. Every month we were told, it would be ready in just a few weeks, hang in there. Our lease was up in the place we had been renting for four years with a new owner. Pleading with him at the beginning of every month for 6 months to give us more time. He could no longer let us stay. Had to find somewhere for my family and I to stay without singing a years lease because our new home would be ready to move into any day now. We moved into my mothers place that she rents for five month , hoping that our new home was going to be ready soon, because thats what management kept tell us. Rented a storage unit just around the corner for $175. a month ,had to move, the stress of moving into my moms with my family and all the stress of not knowing what was going to happen or when. Emotional stress from having to reassure everyone that its going to happen, we will get our new home soon. When... ..Finally, Closing time....but the money i had saved was gone. The Manager totally aware of everything we had gone through, in what seemed like forever. We asked for 3- 4 weeks so we could get the money back up , at the end of the pandemic mind you , when my work was slow and my hours were lessened. I took on another job even. . I was told No . It is ready for move in and they had to offer it to someone else if were not ready.. They didnt have a problem giving us excuses for 11 months of why our place wasnt ready. While we waited patiently and turned our entire lifes upside down. When I asked for one month for myself, to be told no seems like a total disgrace. I would be embarrassed and ashamed if I was the owners or the manager of Crestline Manor.

They shut off your water pretty frequently(which isnt too big of a problem but the last time they shut off our water, they ended up busting peoples pipes and they messed up the water pressure. Then managment said they would come by to check it out... no one ever came. This has happened to about 4 or 5 people that i know of in this neighbor hood. We need new management.

This place is confusing. Havent found anyone yet after 6 visits in the office. Okay, do your thing. My thing, will be doing, whatever it is, Im doing. Away from hear.

I am unable to find out any information other than what is online, and I am not sure that is the most updated. I have called during business hours everyday, at completely different times of day, for 7 straight days and have not been able to speak to a single live person, nor has anyone returned the calls to the messages I have left with the answering service? Does anyone actually work on site that can help me with info? It is extremely frustrating to consider buying a home, to have this happen constantly. I would like to say it doesnt deter me from looking here, but then I would be lying. Anyone???

Nice looking cottage

I am extremely disappointed in the management of this park!!!😡😡 April seems to only in force the rules and regulations of the park to some of the residents and not others!! I have read some of the reviews of this park and I know that there are others who also feel this way. I have made many complaints to her. This managers has been here for almost a year and picks and chooses to only in force which rules she wants. Some of these issues that I have brought to her attention still have yet to be taken care of. When are we going to finally have a fair and just manager to run this park? When are the owners of this park going start paying attention to the residents and take care of these issues that most of us are having?

UPDATE: I am bumping up to 4 stars. They apologized for the confusion with the original contract (a learning curve issue which I can make allowances for!). They are once again working with me, and are being very supportive and professional. Id bump up to 5 stars, but prices are now higher and that is a bit disappointing.ORIGINAL POST: After emailing for almost 2 weeks to confirm closing date, I finally reach out by text and get a response that a cash offer was made and accepted on the trailer I had a contract on. Nice.

This court is so clean and well taken care of. Very quiet day and night.

Everytime I visit here I am impressed by the community events. Also the people I have run into who work here have all been very kind.

So I was visiting my dad at his house and I parked my car in the street of this mobile home park, I stayed a couple days in a row. I woke up to go to work and my car was towed away, If you do come to this park don’t park on the street or it costs $320. It would be nice if your mobile home park had more signs posted so I knew. There were no signs where I parked I wouldn’t have parked there if I would’ve known it was gonna cost me $320.

They seem to only enforce rules on certain people, 10 cents short on rent check(wrote for wrong amount by accident) threatened with eviction. Neighbors play their music loud, dogs barking all the time, more dogs than they are suppose to have. NOTHING!!! No sense in having a million rules if you only selectively enforce them April !!! Update 6/9/21 They said they are going to start towing vehicles parked on street June 1st, still same abandoned vehicle on street and everyone still blocking street down to single lane. Neighbors who have 3 dogs and cant control them just got a 4th one, huge mastiff mix! Ive been trying to get a hold of Manager but thats like Mission Impossible!!!!

Customer couldnt pay. Contractors stay away from here.

Crestline Manor is very Safe, Cozy and Friendly.I have lived here for over 10 years. If I need help or have questions our park manager is always available. He is very nice, cheerful and outgoing. This is a Great place to live and in a great location and community. Thank you Roy, and Crestline Manor for a great 10 years.

At first, this place seemed promising. After residing here for over 6 years and getting to know management, I lost all hope in this place. This park is poorly run and the park manager is aggressive and mean. He also likes to play favoritism and cracks down hard on some people while letting others break the rules on a regular basis. I am mostly mad at myself for paying to be treated so poorly by management. I pay my lot rent on time every month and do everything he asks of me but still he is verbally abusive towards me and my family. If I could afford a lawyer I would defiantly have a viable lawsuit against this place. I will be moving as soon as I can afford to get out of here and would highly advise you to stay away from Crestline Manor. The only reason I rated one star is because it wouldnt let me leave this review if I didnt pick at least one.. This place does not deserve one star.. Although it could with different management.

The place looks nicer then it has in a long time but something about the place just stickes me as a look outs heaven.

Well run place. Management keeps on on maintenance. Management helps encourage residents to keep up their lots. A whole lot cheaper than an apartment of the same size, and the rent-to-own is reasonable.

Amazing place to call home.Management is straightforward, and can call out a dishonest person in a heartbeat.(which some people claim is jerkish, but I STRONGLY disagree!) The management will work with you dependent on your needs and situation, BUT WONT LET YOU WALK ALL OVER THEM!After a strong wind storm blew over my shed while I was at work, the landlord came over to make sure that My wife didnt have to worry about it, instead he picked it up, and put bricks over the remains so i could scrap it later. He then said he would replace it up front, and just put the bill at the end of the closing cost because he knew we are having a rough time right now. Honest hardworking people apply here.

Depends on which trailer home you are visiting how many stars to give. But my visit was a pleasure. So 5 * from me. As far as the trailer park itself... I didnt get into personal details about lot rent, but i think my friend is happy with the park. So im not skewing it too badly by rating. ☺

Lived there for 7 years, and the last 4 were horrible. Manager & maintenance man are very rude to residents and act like theyre better than everyone. Extremely hard to deal with any issues that may come up, especially when youre needing them to do something theyre responsible for. I was hassled by management even when I was trying to move out. Trust me, spend your money elsewhere. Moving was the best decision I ever made.

For mobile homes, these are nice. The neighborhood is kind and everyone is very nice to one another. They are convenientally located behind a strip mall and around some great places to eat and shop. The structure of these homes are great for small families . very comfortable and nice. There is also a great running trail in the area with a bridge out looking t h e r i v e r a n d a p ark that is currently ubder construction

Dont move here!! Look at the pictures above and see your manager! He changes rules for people he likes and makes all others follow the rules! If you dont like his girlfriend problem child, he will try to evict you, we made him buy our property and left by choice! He wont get fired because mommy works for corporate!! Beware!!!

My mother lives here. The managment seems nice. I dont like how you rent to own and you cannot even do an oil change on your property.

Its quiet but not a morgue

Management will tell you one thing when you move in, then they take it away or change it. This includes the rent which is raised biannual. Could be alright if they could be honest and stick to Thier word.

Seeing the other reviews on here just confirmed everything that I have been expierincing at this park with management. He plays favorites and allows some people to have and do things that are against the lease agreement while he tries his hardest to evict the ones that have a problem with himself or his girlfriends child which also has a problem with bullying other kids in the park. Trying my damndest to get out, and I would have a long time ago if I could have. Tired of the fake accusations and phony eviction notices where he violates us on EVERYTHING even when it is not true. BAD BUSINESS, look elsewhere and avoid this trap.

Brother and sister in law moved in a couple of months ago. Very serene setting.

Crestline Manor is the best thing to happen to my family. We were in a bad situation, and came with nothing but clothes, dishes, and linens. Not only did they move up our move in date, they also loaded the house with furniture that other residents had left behind or didnt need anymore. They had a full size bed for my husband and I, and a twin for my 4 year old son before we got here and continued to bring shelves, leather armchairs, and more. In the year I have lived here, they have worked with us more than once to make sure that we had what we needed. Just now, the horrible winds literally ripped my aluminum shed out of the ground and threw it towards my house. I was the only one home, and was terrified. I called the park manager and asked what I should do. He came down and took the shed apart himself, which contractually he is not obligated to do. All these things saying how rude he is are untrue. If you do the things you are supposed to as outlined in the contract you signed, he has no reason to get firm. But there are a lot of people who refuse to keep their lawns nice, or who disturb the peace by being loud or offensive. I will never leave this place for as long as the management team stays. My wife and I walked this mobile home park yesterday because it is immediately adjacent to the Santa Fe Trail and Monument Creek, with a pedestrian access path. We found it to contain both brand new mobile homes for sale as well as quite old mobile homes in apparent disrepair. Most of the homes were single wides, but there were a few double wides in the collection. There were few if any empty lots. A railroad is in between the park and the freeway so there is some background noise.

Pretty, kinda clean. Looking to buy and this guy is being incredibly rude.

The management actuals cares about the tenants. I just moved in and the place as they knew was trashed so Id have to wait every Wednesday to throw away a lot of the junk that I couldnt put in my car. They came by with a trailer loaded it up and took it to the dumpster for me. Thanks roy!
