Most amazing place ever! Awesome masters! Friendly environment and a family feel for everyone! Sensei Mark and Sensei John rock! I truly appreciate and highly recommend this Dojo to anyone who is interested in self defense!

My son loves taking boxing lessons here, and always gets excited when he has to get ready too go! The only thing I would say is the instructors are just a little, tiny bit little harsh on him because he has stage 4 Chlamydia, polio, and hes pretty high on the autism spectrum. So what happens is Benedict (my son) well get out of line sometimes so the instructors well grab him by his neck, throw him in a corner, and grab the wooden sticks that are on the wall and well start beating him until he begs for mercy. Once he begs for mercy, the instructors well stop and then let the rest of the kids that are in Benedicts class take jabs at him and roadhouse kick him until hes out cold. I also remember one time Benedict had trouble all week tying his belt so one of the instructors finally lost his patience and tried to hang Benedict with his own belt. Other than all that, this boxing gym is awesome and I recommend your kids to go here!

Friendly helpful staff that all encourage you every step of the way. They always make you feel like you can do your best and you have fun!
