One star is hella generous. The Asian guy was mad rude from the moment I stepped the door he was eye balling me down. Then rushed for me to make a purchase because he was closing soon. It was only 922 they close at 10. Ended up not buying anything because I felt super uncomfortable. GET IT TOGETHER!!! Just lost out on $50+

I wish I could give this zero stars. The owner, or maybe manager, I am not sure, is hostile, rude, and really doesnt know the product. I usually dont leave any review when it is poor service, but the owner was so hostile. Plenty of other wine shops in the area, so shop elsewhere.

The temperature was really high within the store. This usually isnt an issue but I would assume that any high price bottle of wine that sits in the store for more than a few days is completely toasted. In addition to that, the man that I assume is the owner is hostile and aggressive when asked simple question. Would never spend another dime there.

I just called there to see if they had a product. The person who answered the phone was very rude and argumentative for no reason. I actually had to hang up on him.Im happy that other people have has positive experiences, but I will never go there.

Was in a fender bender right outside the store and ,matt witnessed the whole thing was super helpful and friendly and offered to be a witness based on this alone I will support there business 100% and purchase from them for now on and forever. Great guy give them some business

Awesome customer service, recent regular. Not sure how service was in the past but both gentlemen who have waited on me were delightful. I prefer this store for the large wine selection.

Never had an issue buying alcohol here and I come in fairly regularly. Everyone has always been super friendly and helpful. Its true that they close an hour earlier than the time they have listed on Google, though.

Weve been going here for years, the owner has always been polite and service is excellent. Their prices are no higher than other comparable wine and liquor stores in the area. They have a great selection of wine and beer, too.

Worst liquor store ever, the owners son has a attitude every time I have went in there. Need to work on customer service, and prices are way over priced. The new warehouse outlet liquor on circle is the best place to go in the area.

I just called this company looking for a new place to buy beer once i move to CO. I ask the man simply if they carry any craft beers... He responds with I dont know that, just come in. I continue to question if they carry any Ballast Point brews or Founders Brews, he ends up cursing me out and hangs up. I have never been to this establishment and unfortunately I will never take my business here. Would not recommend to anyone.

Always have what Im looking for except Clamato Mechilada Modelo or tecate red beer.

This was the worst customer service experience that I have ever received. I am from Kentucky and was looking at their selection of bourbons. I said hello and thank you to the employee behind the counter. I received no response in return and he just stared at me. They will not be in business very long.

Owner is extremely rude. Went in to buy some liquor and before I could even ask where anything was I was escorted out the store. The owner the started to question why I was there then began to curse at me while other customers started to walk in. I would not recommend this store to anyone wanting to buy liquor.

Awful place. The Asian man behind the counter was extremely rude. Vodka was $10 higher than competitors. And then he rang me up with another random $10 charge that had I not been paying attention would have SO overcharged me. If I wasn’t running late I would have walked out.Please please find somewhere else to buy alcohol!!!! This place does NOT deserve your money.
