The manifold for my sprinkler system cracked and I was struggling to figure out a good DIY solution. The major home improvement stores sell irrigation manifolds, but they are mechanically different and reviewers comments suggest that they tend to be prone to leaks. Reworking my system to accept them would be a huge pain, and I want a reliable solution free of leaks,When I walked in the door at Sprinkler World, I expected to buy a new manifold system including valves made by a professional quality vendor like Rain Bird. Instead, the clerk suggested that I simply replace the failed pvc ‘manifold tee’ parts in my system. She described to me how I could do this without ripping up the whole thing and starting over. She then pulled the exact parts I needed off the shelf and in a few minutes I was good to go. Her solution was both inexpensive and easy to implement. As a bonus, she recommended that I change from an automatic drain to a manual drain valve because the automatic drains risk creating an unseen and costly leak.I bought the recommended parts at about 11am and had them installed by 4pm. I will pressure test tomorrow after the pvc glue has had time to harden, but I am quite confident that my problem is solved.I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Sprinkler World. Well done!

EXCELLENT! Owner is truly an expert. I took in pictures of the beds I needed help with. Based on the pix, she made recommendations that I didnt even knew existed, namely spaghetti tubing with built-in emitters...brilliant and better than running dozens of spaghettis off the main line. She was super nice, friendly helpful. SKIP THE BIG BOX STORES! SUPPORT LOCAL!

Sprinkler world knows they’re stuff. I went here and the ladies helped me know exactly what I to rebuild my manifold and helped me get exactly what I needed.

Ive been to this store 3 times to get parts for damaged sprinkler systems. The store keeper, a young lady, knew exactly the parts I I needed each time I came in and the best ways to install and repair the system. This is a very good operation for pros or homeowners, like myself.

They always have what I need. The proprietor seems to know just about everything there is to know about sprinkler systems. The prices are a little higher but the service and knowledge make up for that.

Honestly when I looked at the store from a distance I was not expecting much. In reality it was a great experience. The lady working the counter was super knowledgeable and super friendly. She went out of her way to ensure I had everything I needed so I would not have to make a second trip across town again.

We have used sprinkler world to blowout our system for a few years, and been in the shop for repairs. Their staff has been accommodating and helpful. Mike blew out our line and was informative and honestly fun to talk with. They always confirm their arrival times for blowouts. Custer service is great! And they are priced better than the other places I contacted too!

I cannot say enough nice things about this place!! They are super helpful and friendly. They arent about making money soaking customers who are just trying to fix their sprinkler systems. They seem genuinely interested in saving their customers money and headache. They have sure saved us a lot of money and trouble. I love these guys! Its actually a woman who I have had the pleasure of dealing with twice. She knows her stuff!

Sprinkler World is thousands of times better than TruGreen. SW was friendly on the phone, they showed up exactly when they said they would, and they fixed my sprinklers and even set up my system with the ideal times and lengths for the best possible watering schedule. Highly recommend them.

I called Sprinkler World and decided to use them to blow out/shut off my sprinklers and then have them turn them back on in the summer because they claimed to cover any freeze damage that occurred in the middle since they maintained it. When they came out to turn them back on, I had asked to take care of another few things (that I knew was already there and I was therefore responsible for), but they completely ignored what I had asked for. Then they did some work that didnt exist (and that I didnt ask them to do) when they turned it off, left a nice Sprinkler World is not responsible for freeze damage statement on my receipt, and charged me extra for it. Sprinkler Worlds prices were higher but I was willing to accept the higher prices for the peace of mind, but they fail to follow through. Dont use Sprinkler World!

Ive been using Sprinkler Word for the past three years to blow out our system in the fall. Heres what I like about the company:1. They (Katrina) call me in the fall to schedule the blow out and work around my schedule.2. They are dependable - come when they say they are coming.3. They came and replaced the bell (I think thats what it is called) the first year and we havent had any issues since.4. The valve in the basement was leaking this past fall when we shut off the water. Katrina recommended a good plumber who came immediately to replace it.5. Everyone is friendly. (We especially like Katrina, in the office!)6. Phones are answered by a friendly/knowledgeable person. (Katrina!)7. They arent out only for the money - Again... Katrina asks questions and helps us figure out what the problem is so we dont have to hire someone to come make the repair.8. They trust us to pay the bill; payment is not expected immediately when the system is blown out.9. This year we turned on the system too early. Were supposed to get cold weather (snow) this weekend. I called Katrina and confirmed we did everything right, but we missed one step (open the valves in the control box.) As always, we appreciated Katrinas pleasant manner. She never acts like we are asking stupid questions and is patient with us as we try to describe issues over the phone.What I dont like about the company:1. Absolutely nothing! Ive been perfectly happy with the customer service! A friend recommended Sprinkler World to us and we havent been disappointed.

Courteous, responsive and very knowledgeable staff both in the office and on the field. Able to diagnose and resolve problems, quickly, on a 20-year-old irrigation system that had been modified many times to accommodate changes in the landscape. Provided good coverage with appropriate heads to conserve water. Identified and repaired leaks without damaging the landscape. Replaced Rainbird control box. I wish I had called Sprinkler World several years ago rather than trying to do this on my own, but I did learn enough to know that they aren’t trying to sell unnecessary or overpriced materials. Great tutors.Owners and employees are invested in the quality of this sole proprietorship.

This place is great for one on one service. I planned a project a couple of years ago and Katrina helped me figure out where I could save money. After buying what I needed for that project I was unable to install because I lost my mobility for a while. Now, 2.5 years later, I had a new, much larger project to do. I worked with Katrina again and she built my new system and bumped that against my previous purchase that was never used and saved me money again by leveraging the parts I already had. She made sure I understood what I needed to do, provided cautions about my plans to add trees too close to Netafim area and went over my project in detail making sure I was prepared. You just cant get this at the big box stores. Oh, BTW, the Saturday hours posted here are wrong, they are open until 4pm on Saturdays. Not sure if this just the summer or whole year.

This is the place to go when you are building your irrigation system. I am installing a drip system for the first time and they were very helpful in getting me the right parts. Prices are very reasonable as well. Dont waste your time at the big box like I did and come here first.

I bought a bag of new heads that didnt have the right distance (throw) once installed. They politely and efficiently replaced them with the heads I needed free of charge without asking for a receipt or questioning why I might be returning them. What a great experience after my repeated trips to Home Depot where the staff knows nothing and their massive inventory still manages to have nothing I need!

Excellent service whether you call for questions or have service done on your system! One hour of service to replace some heads and drips and, also to realign several head or raise them. That would have taken us all day! I highly recommend Sprinkler World! And, we never hire folks to do work, but this time, we are so glad we did!

I have used SW for years and have consistently found them both knowledgeable and courteous. Reviews that contradict my years long experience are baffling. Perhaps to receive kindness one should exercise kindness.

It’s shocking how much better the products and advice you get here are versus big box home improvement stores. They actually know the product here and give pro advice. The products cost more but the quality is just on a whole different level. I was so frustrated with Home Depot sprinklers I got. Bad variability, bad material quality, bad pattern. I bought from SW and had the job done in minutes. I have no doubt this system will last at least twice as long as the junk I’m returning. My time is valuable — I’ll go straight to sprinkler world for irrigation from now on.

Wonderful helpful staff. I decided to put in a new sprinkler system by myself from scratch. After 2 recommendations from friends to go here I went. They helped me though all of my questions. They designed my system for free and set me up with all the parts I needed. So far I have had a ton of questions and they have always been happy to help and explain how things properly work. They have been much more helpful then the Big Box Boys and it turned out they were cheaper too! I honestly cannot say enough about the service and the staff.

I have made several purchases at this place and every time the young woman who assisted me was friendly and knowledgeable. They stock many special fittings and hardware for sprinkler systems that cant be found at Lowes or Home Depot and the prices are reasonable too.

Made an appointment, waited for a couple weeks, the tech came to blow out the sprinkler. I was on the phone with an attorney, my wife asked him to wait outside for a bit, and he LEFT, called the HQ, spun a yarn about how rude my wife was, and when I called the main office, they, having believed him, said he wont be coming back. Who needs such a delicate prima donna or this business??? Pathetic.

Sprinkler World fixed our sprinkler heads another company had readjusted wrongs. They installed 3 new heads and replaced a few parts on the main sprinkler system. They did all of this for $175 compared to $1200 I was quoted from another company. Great prices, knowledgable staff, overall we are very satisfied and will use them again.

They put an entire system in for my family home (Widefield/Security), in 1998. I had seeded my lawn in from scratch by hand and the neighbors said it would never work....I said....(hahahahahahaha)....and when the sprinklers came on my grass came up and my neighbors well, they got a good taste of crow....lol. I believe it was a one truck operation back then and most of the original parts are still working just fine. I think the owner was a one man operation at the time and he did a great job. My wife is currently recommending Sprinkler World to a friend of hers...

Helped us design our back yard sprinkler system and walk us through the process of installing it all ourselves. Made the whole process really straightforward and provided everything we needed to do the install at a fraction of what the big box stores were offering.

I have a subsurface drip irrigation system at my home that isnt commonly installed in the vast majority of homes. As a result repair parts are extremely hard to find in typical stores. I was very worried that I would never find the replacement parts I needed and if I did I would pay handsomely for them. After calling ll over town, Sprinkler World was the only place that carried what I needed and was intimately familiar with the system and its operation. They were extremely helpful in explaining how the system operates, settings and the maintenance requirements. As my system is special they could have charged me an arm and a leg for the parts I needed but they didnt. Prices were great and the staff are simply awesome. You just cant find a better place in town for all of your sprinkler needs. I refuse to go anywhere else in the future.

Waited from 1-4 for them to show up and do a simple blowout. A. They never showed up-B. Then the owner/manner calls me 3 days later no appoligies- no sorry- nothing just attitude. She clearly isnt great with customers and need a lot of work as a company !!! I feel sorry if you have to deal with her

If you need work on your sprinkler system, schedule it early - theyre busy with good reason!In 2015 I grew weary of dealing with the annual adjustments my in-ground sprinkler system required and called these folks. On the scheduled day, what appeared to be two teenagers leapt out of their truck and literally attacked my balky sprinkler system. In less than 25 minutes these two kids adjusted all the sprinkler heads I had screwed up, replaced three that had gone bad and adjusted my complicated timer for an extremely reasonable price.This year, 2016, I had a different crew but the same outstanding results. Again in less than 25 minutes, Sprinkler Worlds crew adjusted half a dozen sprinkler heads, replaced one that had gone bad and set my timer flawlessly, the best 87 bucks Ive spent all year.Use this company! They know what theyre doing and they do it extremely well!
