Always great customer service. They are quick to help and always do an amazing job to keep me in business. I deal with multiple high pressure hose and fittings for my cleaning van and this is the best place in town to get these hard to find parts.

Something changed here. All my life I have been relying on Whistler for quality... Then the Chinese products started failing. D rings that snap and pulleys that fracture during installation. How about a set of 1 pillow block bearings that lasted 8 months... I should have bought Timken bearings.

Awful customer service. I interacted with two different people. Both appeared to hate their job. One guy gave me a quote to repair a line without even looking up prices. He told me it would be 120-150. Thats quite the range for not even looking up what needed to be done. I took the same like to The Parker Store, the salesman took the time to measure the line, and provide me with an accurate quote of at least $50 less than whisler. $71 vs $120-150.I do not recommend anyone come here unless you are okay with with terrible service with terrible prices. Im sure their work is okay.

I do everything to avoid doing service with these people. Their customer service is the worst Ive ever encountered. Theyre over priced and always angry. Ive never had a good experience.

Every -AN fitting and custom made hose you would need. They have a LOT of supply type of equipment in stock.

Customer service and attitude needs a lot of improvement. Brought in a hose to put fittings on, they made a whole new hose. When told that we didnt want new hoses, they told us we werent welcome to shop there anymore.

Good inventory. Incompetent dishonest counterman couldnt find the part I needed when I gave him his own part number and told him he had two of them on the Shelf.

Good service the guy in the back was polite and made me a new custom hydraulic clutch line in under an hour.
