My first visit to a real Dr. Of Audiology after 35 years of wearing hearing aids. The experience was remarkable.I needed a new speaker and contacted the Colorado Springs office for a replacement.Not only was my aid repaired, but the next day I had a full blown hearing test and learned that my aids had been programed incorrectly for years.After she programed them,, every member of my family noticed that I could hear much better. Its a 5 hour drive drive to her office, bu thats where I will go when i need service.

Open, honest and above board. Relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. Very professional. Took time to answer questions and thoroughly service my hearing aids.

A+++ I’d give more then 5 stars if possible. The staff is friendly and amazing. The audiologist is very patient with my daughter, she listened, tested and got feedback the whole time to make the hearing aids more useful and programmed to my daughters needs.

She was thorough, knowledgeable, and took time to explain every step of the process. Im pleased with all the required followup visits to make sure everything is working properly.

I could not say enough about how wonderful Kacey is! I went in with my hearing aid in pieces and she was able to fix it for me right there. She always remembers things we talked about the last time, and is just the sweetest person. Kathy is a keeper too!! Shes the nicest and is always so helpful and cheery!

I have been a patient of the Hearing Healthcare Center at Academy Circle Dr in Colorado Springs for about 3 years. I was originally referred there by my primary physician. I have been under the care od Audiologist Kacy Hooten. Her receptionist is Cathy. First, Kathy is a very knowledgeable and organized person who is understanding and has a great repore with her patience. She greets everyone with respect and a caring attitude.I am a disabled senior citizen and Audiologist Hooten is a person who treats her patients as though they were her family. She is kind and considerate and very knowledgeable. She performs the hearing tests calmly and accurately therefore, relaxing the patient. Kacy explains the results in an easy to understand manner and makes you feel that you are in good hands. She explains all that you need to know regarding the condition of your ears, company policies, and answers all questions satisfactorily. When you leave, you are well aware of your status and what you may need to do to improve your hearing. She explains their products and how to maintain them and also what steps you need to take in keeping your ears in a healthy, sterile condition. I have only been to this office so I cant comment on their other facilities but I would recommend anyone with hearing loss to go there. Dr.Bell fine tuned my hearing aids to my specific needs. I really enjoy listening to music again, especially the parts I wasnt hearing. My family and co-workers tell me that it even helped my speech.
