The doctors, receptionist, and staff are over the top friendly, congenial, very attentive to your hearing questions or concerns. They even give you a welcome gift bag filled with fun, usable items.However, consumers need to be cautious before signing any contracts or purchase agreements. Read every statement word for word regarding Hearing Consultants rights.Do your homework with other hearing aid businesses, how hearing aids are purchased, pricing, your warranties, any defects, or returns.Very few, if any hearing dispensers have purchase agreements or contracts like theirs.Should you request a refund legally due back to you, the responses, attitudes, and personality changes are unbelievable! Ensure your refund is given back to you, it belongs to YOU.

I am so impressed with Dr. DeZolt and the entire staff at Hearing Consultants. The office was warm and inviting, exceptionally clean, but did not lack personality. The young lady at the front desk not only welcomed us in, but gave us a small tour of the office on the way to our room, all without feeling sales-y. When we arrived at the room, a small gift was waiting for my son. The slinky entertained him while I spoke with the doctor, who was on time for our appointment. Dr. DeZolt spoke directly with my son, addressing every individual concern he had in a professional manner, but knowing her audience, made sure her answers were digestible for a child. My son left understanding the results of his test and confident in the solutions that Dr. DeZolt offered.I highly recommend Hearing Consultants of Colorado Springs!

This is a wonderful place! From the moment we walked in the door we felt welcomed. My husband says, it was like they rolled out the red carpet for us. They gave us a tour and went above and beyond to help my grandma. We will definitely be returning whenever we need this service again. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond.

We arrived early because we have never been to Colorado springs before and we live four hours away/ I called them and let them know we were here a bit early and they invited us in and offered us so many different types of drinks like cocoa and when we went into the office they first gave us a tour of their place and than had a gift for us. They were very professional and did an awesome job of explaining everything that was happening and what could be done to correct the problem. Thank you for your hospitality and for caring so much.

I was wowed from the moment I stepped in the door a Hearing Consultants on Lehman Dr. The personal personable experience at this office is certainly something to talk about. The patient experience was exemplary. The staff is warm and welcoming. They gave me a tour of the facility and explained all of the various services that they offer. When i was escorted into my exam room there was a gift and a card with my name on it. When was the last time that a physician gave you a gift for coming to see them?! The card was personalized and spoke very genuinely of their desire to help me and guide me on this journey. The gift, well I dont want to spoil it in the event that you go to them. But it was kind and thoughtful. My exam experience was great. The physician, Dr. Miliff, explained everything along the way, and reviewed the results thoroughly. She was kind, compassionate and understanding. She made me feel as though she had all of the time for me that I need to take. I highly recommend Dr. Miliff and Hearing Consultants of Colorado Springs.

Used Hearing Consultants for my fourth set of hearing aids in the past 20+ years. I really debated going the bargain route or visiting real doctors of audiology. My hearing loss has progressed to where it effects every aspect of my life so after much research I chose Hearing Consultants. Could not be happier. There are so many options and Im thrilled to say I chose the best. The new technology is amazing and effective. Dr. DeZolt rocks. She is extremely thorough, and explained several options. The follow-up visits to dial in my new devices was perfect. The clinic is extremely well run and all apointments are right on time. I dont imagine Ill ever need to shop for other hearing care again.

Very comfortable environment with incredible technology to determine hearing needs. Dr. Katie Williams is a terrific resource and honestly tells you about new hearing aids, but in my case, felt me existing hearing aids were good for now. They will remind me by text for 6 months cleanings. Highly recommend them.

The clinic and staff evoked a wonderful aura of professionalism from the moment I walked in. Everybody likes a surprise. When I walked into the examination room I found a surprise gift and card of welcome signed by the staff. Wow!! I even commented to Dr DeZolt that I liked the professional image of her white smock complete with her name on it. It inspired confidence and trust in her assessment of my hearing problems and eventual treatment. She was pleasant to work with an even tolerated my grandfather stories. I look forward to future appointments at the Hearing Consultants clinic.

Could not hear out of left hearing aid so did a walk-in asking for help. These are only 2 months old so concerned something was wrong. Turned out I was on a maintenance learning curve. Staff couldnt have been more gracious and they easily helped, resolved my issue plus taught me what I needed to know to get the greatest performance out of my hearing aids. This team took great care of me! During numerous appts, from hearing testing, to device fitting and issue, to the follow up after to adjust setting to ensure I was getting the most out of the hearing device I needed, Dr. Gill and the team never wavered on their hospitality or professionalism. The first thing as you walk in it is so clean. Specially during this time. I think I have been visiting your offices since February, with a referral from the VA. After the original hearing test, I received STARKEY hearing aids that required changing batteries, rather than the rechargeable that you ordered.Then I had surgery on my left ear that delayed the use of my hearing aid, and required a new ear mold.Have had several issues with the Starkey devices, including the remote control, and the telephone app. Have had several appointments that.resulted in modifying the ear molds, restoring a dead hearing aid, pairing the remote, or just replacing a wax plug.Every member of your staff has been very patient with me, very attentive to my perceived needs, and exceptionally caring.From the receptionist, who seems to greet you with a smile on the phone, to the technicians and doctors, everyone makes you feel welcome and important.You always receive a warm greeting when you arrive, and when the staff member is ready to serve you.You seem to anticipate our needs, and do all in your power to satisfy those needs.I see numerous doctors, PAs, NPs, RNs,.LPNs, schedulers, receptionists, etc., every month. And I am blessed to have some of the finest medical professionals in the state.Hearing Consultants is one of the top practices.You make your patients feel like youre visiting family and friends, rather than coming for some sort of treatment. Dr Williams is AMAZING. She really eased a lot of my fear and worry when I suddenly was dealing with tinnitus. I feel like I am on the right track to at least being able to handle it and knowing that my hearing is doing really great and ruling out other things has just filled me with hope. This is hands down the best office I’ve ever been too. They separate themselves from the rest of audiology centers with the quality of attention they give to patients. Wonderful with kids! I brought my 5 year old daughter here to have her hearing tested and they went above & beyond to make it a great experience for her. When we walked into the doctor’s room there was a present wrapped in tissue paper and ribbon for my daughter to open. It was a simple plastic slinky (the big kind, though!) but wrapping it like a gift instantly warmed up my daughter and made her so excited to be there. The doctor was awesome with her throughout the test and made it more of a game than a doctors visit. I would highly recommend this practice!

From the front desk to the doctors, everyone was extremely professional and courteous. The only reason i didnt give them the full 5 stars is towards the end of my appointment when we were reviewing the different types of hearing aids, I felt like I was being sold.. very nicely, but it felt more like a sales pitch that a doctors or health appointment. And its probably because my insurance does not cover hearing aids, but it still felt like a sale.

My medical provider network no longer has audiology, so I was referred to Hearing Consultants. The practice and Dr. Iliff were welcoming, professional, easy to work with, and excellent in every way. Very pleased.

Just had a hearing test done at Hearing Consultants of COS, and they were just the nicest and most professional people you could hope for in a doctors office. After signing in, I was taken to a room immediately. I was really happy they could get me in right away since I was having issues that was causing dizziness. I highly recommend this office if you need a hearing test, and want to be treated well while you are there.

My previous audiologist referred this office to me. I was a bit nervous because it took me awhile to find a good audiologist that I liked. I was sad to lose him. I needed someone who was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions and to meet my hearing needs. Those were all things I was looking for in an audiologist. My first visit was just yesterday and was there just to establish myself as a new patient and to get my aids cleaned and checked. It went really well. The audiologist answered my questions and was really friendly. I think my next visit will be even better. Looking forward to it. Update. I went back for second visit and it was not what I expected. Changing my review to three stars. I am going back to my previous audiologist even if I have to drive an hour to see him.

Dr. DeZolt listened to my issues with my Cochlear Implant and was able to reprogram it perfectly to my needs. The office staff and the doctors are amazing, friendly, attentive, and are quick to follow up and make sure everything is still going smoothly after your visit.
