I’ve used IN2Stone twice now and every interaction has been great! I most recently had them install the granite countertops for my kitchen renovation which include two waterfalls. Bobby the owner was great through the whole process and very transparent with the timeline and gave a VERY fair quote. For templating and installation I had David and Richie and they absolutely killed it and I couldn’t be any happier. If you’re thinking of doing any stone work don’t even bother looking elsewhere go see the guys at IN2Stone you’ll thank me later.

We had a wonderful experience with Virginia & Bobby and I’d recommend them to anyone looking for new countertops! We used a remnant piece of granite and they are competitively priced and super easy to work with. They kept all appointments scheduled and arrived on time every time (and usually even early) after calling to alert us they were on the way. This is a great company with a clear idea of what good customer service is.

Had our kitchen counter tops and all of the bathroom counter tops done by in2stone, they were fantastic! I would definitely recommend them. After looking at several options, including the one that just covers your current counters, my husband stumbled across their office. They were by far the most economical route and for actual granite tops, not fake stuff! When they installed, the installers were very personable and very committed to ensuring we were happy with the installation. We had an issue where the sink holes for one of the bathroom counters were not set right, the installers pointed it out to me (didnt wait for me to complain) and asked if we wanted it recut. No questions at all when I requested it be recut and they were out the next day with the new counter. This was for a remodel in a home were selling ... Ill definitely use them when we upgrade our current home.

Buyer beware!!! Hired this company to install a quartz vanity top in my customers master bathroom. Edging was incorrect and Bobby was unwilling to fix. Further, a billing dispute ensued and he began yelling at both my customer and myself on numerous occasions. He threatened my customer with a mechanics lien on his house and to send him to collections. Very, very unprofessional behavior. Buyer beware!!! UPDATE: N2Stones (Bobby & his mother) response is very typical of my experience with them. Rather that take responsibility and accountability for their actions, they try to blame someone else. Customer and myself were simply trying to clarify why they billed us the amount they did. And this was after a poor installation. All we got was yelling and threats from Bobby & his mother. Buyer beware!!!

Had the perfect granite for our kitchen, something nobody else had and we even looked in Denver!EVERYONE performed quality work (template, fabrication and installation) and we got a beautiful product.Customer service is excellent - had a minor problem and even though it was minor, they responded immediately and took great care of us.

Marc Jackson was the only one of 3 inquiries that responded and stuck to what they said. The other 2 made contact and didnt follow up. Marc Jackson followed up and thats how N2 Stone got the job.Marc was punctual in his 11am apointment He was COVID19 aware and met the proper protection COVID19 requirements, ie; mask, gloves and shoe protection. He even allowed me to check his body temperature prior to entering my residence.Marc examined the countertop area that needed repair. He told me what was needed and proceeded to do exactly what he said. The repair was precise and looked excellent. He virtually made the 4 crack in our countertop disappear. After completion, Marc cleaned the area and disposed of his debris.My wife and I were extremely happy with the outcome of the job.Marc was very confident in his skills. He also advised me of the different services N2 Stone provided. Marc was very pleasant to talk with. Because of Marc, I will absolutely refer N2 Stone to all of our family and friends.

In fact when one of my remodeling ideas didnt pan out, they gave me a better solution at no cost.Of course I was operating on a budget and They gave me options I didnt know were available. If your looking for a place to get granite countertops then this is the place. We drove up to in2 Stone after not finding anything we liked in Pueblo. The quality, price and selection of granite at In2 Stone is so much better than anything we found in Pueblo. Virginia and her son were amazing and provided excellent customer service from the 1st time we walked in to look at slabs to the final installation of the granite in our kitchen. They made the whole process completely stress free and our new countertops look amazing!

Wonderfully easy to work. Affordable, fast and catered to your needs. I browsed and choose my slab and had a 7ft vanity top installed 4 days later.

DO NOT RECOMMEND, after my contractor and the owner of Affordable Granite & Marble had words over the poor quality of my installation, I was left never to hear from him again after he promised me (the home owner who hired him) that he would fix everything up. Issues include: counter top installation damage in multiple areas of the drywall and bar post, they did not anchor the dishwasher, finish caulking, apron front sink was pulled from cabinet so theres a gap behind the sink on one side, corbels had added wood splints sticking out. Not what I had expected after what started out as a very good experience. Bottom line, my house and my pocketbook were punished because he and my contractor didnt get along. He would have never had to see him again if he came back to fix what was promised, but instead I got the shaft... NOT COOL!

The craftsmanship is top notch. There is so much to select from and they are so helpful. I really enjoyed coming to the shop.

These guys are great! I needed some custom cut granite shelves and they were perfect, they jumped right on it had them done the same day.
