Pattie and Mary Anne were helpful, knowledgeable about there products, and the most important part; they were kind. I was greeted by everyone and had all of my questions about the jewelry answered. I was so interested in the front area I will have to go back to see everything else :)

Don’t waste you time here. The staff and/or owner are very rude. She harassed people walking down the street. Many of the neighboring businesses have had issues with the lady running this place. Tacky and tasteless merchandise. Don’t bother walking in. Zero stars if this was an option.

This quaint souvenir shop has an interesting and affordable selection of Colorado and Colorado Springs type items. Lovely art on the walls, I have my eye on a piece I will pick up next time Im in town if its still there.I bought locally sourced honey, with the pollen clearly visible in the bottle. So so delicious!BTW they are having a huge sale this month...

Owner Donna is beyond rude. Hope someone finds her in a dark alley. I tried to give them no stars, but Google wont let me. Dont waste your money on their overpriced tacky merchandise.

I am in Congress and believe in supporting local retailers. After visiting this store, and hearing the horror stories, I will no longer support this retailer. Do not waste your time. Make sure to check out other retaliers in this area, but skip this one.

Do not shop here! They are the most rude people, they try and SHOVE merchandise on you, they must work on a commission.Bought a pair of slippers here, the lady kept saying “oh they’ll smash down and work”I had them 36 hours and wore them for 5 MINUTES!They hurt my feet so badly they almost made me dizzy. Went to exchange them WITH the receipt for a different size, and the owner stated “sorry I can’t do anything for you, just get them wet and they’ll stretch out.” She also said “They changed the sizes on those 2 years ago.”Why was I not informed of that when I bought them thinking they will stretch out. I had been going to this establishment for many many years, and never will I return...People, do not go this store and WASTE your hard-earned money.

A quaint little gift/souvenir shop!As soon as I walked in MaryAnne shook my hand and assisted me directly, often checking up on my shopping progress. She even discounted some items for me.

I heard about this place in the bad reviews, I just looked up on Google and it has gotten quite a few bad reviews. Generally, I am fairly skeptical about bad reviews, and I live close so I went ahead and checked it out myself. The reviews are bad, but they dont do this place justice.This place sucks!! I wish there was a lower than 1 star rating.I read one of the reviews where a person had a hard time refunding something that they had had for only 24 hours; and brought in a receipt. I did buy something from a very rude cashier, and I noticed that the receipt says itself We glady exchange your purchase with this receipt.Glad I dont have to return my item because it sounds like they are a bunch of liars. My advice - dont set foot in the door!

I have been in here three times and the owners are very creepy... its like theyre glued to you when you walk around and wont leave you alone to do your thing. its so annoying. if you like being bothered heavily while you try to shop, go here.

I hope people read this on Google before they visit this awful, horrible store. The staff are rude and pushy. Their prices are extreme, even for a tourist trap store. Plus their merchandise is dated. I will never buy anything here.Please don’t waste your time or money here.
