Had ordered a roll of 250 address labels, clicked ok on the personalization of address/name/font and when I recd the roll it was completely blank (no address printed). I emailed customer service twice, then finally called them only to be told there is nothing they can do- no refund, no reprinting, just lose the money. I have been shopping with Current for many years and am very disappointed that they couldnt even work with me to rectify this problem. This is/was my last order with Current Catalog, will be shopping elsewhere for my checks and personalized products.

Their bogus and like to use who they can and want Until the job is finished AND THEN So are you apparently!! There was no explanation as to why AND I NO I DID THE JOB RIGHT SO it WAS NOT PRODUCTIVITY!! I STILL DONT UNDERSTAND IT BUT OK HAVE A GREATMEMORIAL DAY!!! 👍

CurrentCatalog.com has very good prices, beautiful cards, pretty and fun stickers, and a nice variety of gift items. If you order enough, you become a member of their Blue Ribbon Club and get a special hotline phone number to call for quicker service. The customer service representatives on the Blue Ribbon Club Hotline are very nice. Jessica who works for Manager Rose Young did a great job assisting me today with my mothers CurrentCatalog order. The Blue Ribbon Club also has special offers, like shipping charges reduced to $2 or less. Thats a fantastic deal!After seeing the lovely cards, etc. that my mother receives at such great prices, I am planning to open an account and start ordering my cards from CurrentCatalog rather than buying them at the grocery store and paying premium prices.

I am a long-time Current customer and Blue Ribbon member and have always been satisfied with the quality of the stationery items I have ordered and received. Conversely, the delivery performance has become progressively worse. I made my most recent online order on May 24 and finally received my items on June 16, 19 and 20. All items had been listed as being in-stock. The personalized address labels were actually the first to arrive. I paid a $9.99 delivery charge that was essentially equal to the 30% I saved on my order using a coupon code. Summarizing, this is just one customers experience / opinion and I will leave it to others to interpret the facts as presented and determine if this is acceptable overall value and performance in 2020. I worked for this company in Colorado Springs for about 4 months. I worked my butt of for them as a seasonal employee with hopes to stay working there. I worked overtime and holidays. I was asked to work Thanksgiving which I wasn’t scheduled to work. I was promised holiday pay + double time. Well the manager that told me that got let go and of course I don’t get it. The supervisor said that was wrong and didn’t do anything about it. This company will cut you whenever they feel they dont need you anymore and won’t think twice about it.

February 19th 2021 , current finally sent me a refund in the amount of $13.91 after I ordered last October. No attachments, no letter of apology just a check. I dont know where they got that. amount because they owed me $19.96. I recently contacted the Colorado attorney general and reported them to their Colorado Better Business Bureau. At this point I want my merchandise or my other $6 and now its the principle of the thing. January 24 2021 ordered in the middle of October 2020 Not happy with them at all! I sent an order with a check in the middle of October and it is now December 2nd 2020 and I still dont have my merchandise. I do have a couple of letters stating that they canceled items but they did not include a check for those canceled items! I have called them more than once and the automated system says that my order was shipped but since I still didnt have it I talked to customer service. They said it would be shipped either last week or this week but they werent sure. I order from Macys and Walmart and bath and body and they are always delivered within a week. I have been ordering from current for years but this is the worst service they have ever provided. As far as Im concerned, when I receive this merchandise, I will never order from them again! December 8th 2020 I still dont have my order. Its almost 2 months now. Part of this order was Christmas wrapping paper and I need it.

Terrible communication with Current. I ordered on 10/4 and my order was supposed to be delivered between 10/19-22. Ok fine. On 10/24 I get an email telling me I am getting a credit for an item. What? I call and ask where is my order? They cant find it. Then when I want to cancel it was miraculously found. Hmmm....SO then I tell them I want it cancelled. No luck so I spoke to a manager, Guz E., he told me I would get a refund and if I didnt see it in 24-48 hours call him. I gave it an extra day. Nothing. I called back and was told I would see it within 24-48 hours. And by the way my package has shipped and they can send me a return label, BUT I have to take it back to Fedex. Really? Needless to say I will NEVER do business from them again. If I could leave negative stars I would. I will tell all of my friends the encounter I have had with Current. I have been a customer for over 20 years. No more. Bye bye Current!

Good place to work! Been here about 14 months, they pay pretty good. Start off @ $12 then if you get made permanent after your 90 days, they bump you up a dollar on your pay. People in the call center are good people!

I never post reviews. But my experience with this company was so bad that I really do want to help others avoid the same frustration. I ordered a simple engraved Bible. Apparently they outsourced the engraving to some place in Illinois. When I had not received the product after 6 weeks I tried to call and no one could find my order. Surprisingly the Bible arrived the following day but the engraving was completely wrong. In order to return it I had to pay for the shipping. Many many weeks and phone calls later I continued to try to track the corrected order. Phone calls and emails were not answered. After dealing with this situation for almost 4 months a second Bible arrived at my home with the exact same mistaken engraving as the first one. The supervisor named Ashley never returned any of my emails letting her know of this second error. It does appear that she canceled the order but did not even offer the courtesy of a phone call or email or apology for all of my wasted time and effort and all of their mistakes.By the way, the quality of the product was very inferior and in that regard Im glad that the order did not work out. A few days ago I ordered a Bible from a company called Personal Creations and I received a far nicer Bible with absolutely perfect engraving for the same price and it arrived in less than one week. Current used to be a very good and reputable company but they have really gone downhill in not only product quality but in their extremely poor customer service.

I placed an order on 12-31-18, today I received the order on 1-23-19, over 3 weeks. I was promised 5-6 days for delivery. My address labels look like they were printed on any home computer, but that was the reason given for the delay. When I called, I was hung up on twice by customer service. The quality of the product is disappointing. There is an item that says it is on back order, but the receipt says it was to be available on 1-7-19 still dont have it... This used to be a good company, but I will NEVER order from them again.Update: 4-20-20: The reply from the company owner came today... 15 months later after the review was placed. I guess he has some time on his hands?

Permanently closed? Hardly. This is part of Lillian Vernon.I placed and order on 12/16 and cancelled the order via online Customer Service form within 15 minutes of ordering. Then I followed up by calling Customer Service within a half hour, to make sure the cancellation request was handled.At the time, I was told that nothing could be done via phone within the first 12-24 hours since it was an internet order and they could not pull up any details of the order before that much time had elapsed. I called back the next morning to make a third attempt to cancel the order and I was told that it was successful.Fast forward. The cancelled order arrived at my door, right before Christmas. Today, I called to find out what was going on and even though I made THREE attempts to cancel this order, not only was it NOT cancelled, there was not a single mention of me contacting Current, let alone the cancellation requests I made, EVERY SINGLE TIME.Now, Im chasing down their customer no-service and jumping through hoops to get the refund I should have received, no later than December 17th.Im sick and tired of their run around and having to fix THEIR ERRORS. Thats not the customers responsibility and since they are not willing to make this right, without making me jump through hoops, I felt it necessary to warn people about their questionable tactics. Today I dealt with a Chat agent named Lee M and he was far from helpful and did the online chat equivalent of hanging up on me.AVOID CURRENT CATALOG (and apparently, Lillian Vernon) AT ALL COSTS.

If I could give this company a minus 1 I would. They are committing fraud. Selling defective products and then asking you to pay for the return shipping to avoid you returning it. Absolutely terrible customer service. Run if you can.

This company may want to seriously consider how they depict the products they advertise. Currently they have a small child of color who is posed with a pair of BIG RED LIPS as the holder of a lollipop. The ad is done in poor taste, and totally insensitive to how the ad may be perceived. A total ADVERTISING FAIL.

I ordered address labels that looked great in their preview. I received the product and it doesnt even closely resemble what their own web site depicted. The font, spacing, vertical center and background all differ. I contacted their customer service department and was informed that I agreed to the customizations made and no refund could be issued. I told them the approval was made based on their preview and there still was nothing they could do. $26 lesson for me. Avoid this company at all costs. Maybe I can save you some money with this review.
