I just want to say how pleased my wife and I are with Chad and Fitness Systems. We had purchased our Precor a few years ago from Fitness and couldnt be happier. We had just moved across town and needed their help. While I was very nervous about the process everything worked out just like we had hoped. No silly price-changes, they were on time, pleasant and helpful and they even took a quick look to make sure everything was up to their standards. Fitness Systems and their staff are genuine and true to their word!

Made an order June 7th was told delivery late August its now Sept 23rd and my order is nowhere in sight. Total of order about $6000. Ordered an Inspire FT2 machine fully loaded and a set of dumbbells 5-50. Was told the machine came but without the weights. I was also told that they dont have a supplier at this time for the dumbbells.

Great sauna - genuinely easy to assemble in 30 mins. Works perfect!

Just bought a water rower from Ray last week. I feel I was given a good price, brought it home and had a minor seat problem. Called immediately and they sent Kanaan(service) out the next day, fixed it right up and the rower has been running/working great ever since.I would definitely buy from this store again.Craig Harland

The Fit sauna lived up to my expectations. I definitely recommend Fit Saunas to anyone who wants to seriously get in shape.

They have no inventory or way of shipping and they are rude.. the guy said maybe we will be prepared for the next pandemic and all of our stuff is made in china lol ok...

Service in the store was excellent. I had a lot of questions about several different options for me and the sales staff was knowledgeable and very helpful without any pressure to purchase anything. I purchased a used elliptical and found the price to be reasonable - and MUCH more affordable than a comparable new one. Delivery was completed exactly when they said it would be. I had a minor issue with the machine and they drove all the way back to my house (2 hours from the store) and fixed it at no charge - not even a trip charge!! Everything is working perfectly now and I am a very happy camper.

We found what we were looking for, with assistance from the sales person there. Didnt have to shop online for supplemental weights for our EXM1 (2.5- and 5-pounds to add to the weight plates incrementally). Also bought a rack for dumbbells. Instant gratification!

People at the store were very helpful and delivery to our difficult to access basement was flawless. Definitely recommend delivery!

I have purchased several items from Fitness Systems. Their set-up is excellent and the have come and adjusted or repaired machines several times on warranty promptly and for no charge. Their prices also matched internet prices for the same equipment.

In store service was great, but it was the delivery guys that solidified my experience at Fitness Systems. 5/5 would recommend.

Purchased a Precor TRM 425 treadmill from Fitness Systems for home use and I couldnt be happier! We had an older treadmill and were looking to replace it with a gym-quality machine since we like the ones we use at the gym. Since this was a long-term purchase and on the higher cost side, we wanted to make sure we made the right decision.The employees at Fitness Systems were great! They happily answered our numerous questions, even reaching out to their Precor rep to get more details. We visited the store at least 2 - 3 times and again, they were fantastic at answering our questions and letting us run on the machines to test them out. At no time did we ever feel pressured to purchase or that we were wasting their time.Delivery of the unit from Precor to the store was a bit delayed (not Fitness Systems fault, issue on Precor) but Fitness Systems kept me updated the whole time and we totally felt taken care of.Delivery and set-up at our house went perfectly too. The delivery guys were friendly and professional. They were more than helpful to answer any questions we had.I also like that they have a long history in the Springs, starting in the 80s. We visited another local shop that had only been around for about a year which makes me hesitant since youre never sure how long theyll be around for warranty or any maintenance issues.I definitely recommend Fitness Systems if youre looking for fitness equipment.

Great fitness equipment retailer for high end residential systems

I went into Fitness Systems to check out the prices on their used workout equipment. The used equipment was overpriced (might as well buy new). Also the staff needs to work on their customer service. Wouldnt recommend anyone shop there.

I have purchased a small commercial gym of equipment from Fitness Systems over several years. The equipment is fantastic, and the service has been excellent.

Ordered from them and after 2 weeks the equipment still hadnt shipped. Cancelled order. Poor customer service.
