These guys just left and I’ve already waited to long to write an EXCELLENT REVIEW!!! We had 22 windows and a sliding glass door replaced. From start to finish this process has been super easy, and headache free! Along with the replacements they fixed all the side paneling and framed around the windows! They didn’t just cut to make it fit they vreplaced rotted boards beyond the windows needs. Super professional and eye for details is perfection! Mario is amazing and his crew is of the same caliber! CAN NOT RECOMMEND THEM ENOUGH!!!!!!!!

Oros Home Enhancements did an amazing job for us on our window installation. We had old windows that needed to be replaced and Oros came to our rescue. Everyone who came to our house, from the gentleman who did the estimate to the crew that came to do the install was so lovely to work with. They were great communicators, let us know when to expect them, showed up when expected, and totally prepared our house so that when they left, our carpets, walls, furnishings and yard were spotless and completely unaffected by the work done. They worked efficiently and quickly and the finished product is gorgeous. Everyone was really respectful, polite, pleasant and friendly. We have more windows to replace and will definitely return to Oros to do the future work. They were worth every penny. Thank you to Rich, Mario and the entire crew! We are loving our new windows and appreciate the time you took to do a great job abd also make it so easy for us.

Oros Home Enhancements recently installed 4 very large windows in our home. They were very respectful and professional. I am so happy with the work they did. The windows truly transform the room. They have excellent products and good pricing, but more importantly, they have the greatest work ethic. They come early and stay late to get the job done--none of this 8-5 work. My husband and I met Jr. and Mario when they did some work on our home (replaced existing with bigger windows and removed a door and closed it up) through a sub-contractor. We liked their work and ethics so much we asked if they had a business card. About 6 months later, we were ready to replace more windows in our home. We did not bother calling anyone else; we called Jr. and Mario. Once again the work was superb. Then a hail storm came through about a year and half later and damaged our roof and caused leaking. We had to get a new roof and living room ceiling. Once again we called upon Jr. and Mario. They treated our home with such care and ensure all the mess was cleaned up after replacing our ceiling. What really impressed me is how they kept coming back to make sure the mud dried up correctly without cracking where the ceiling joined. We then called upon the two brothers again when our deck was on its lasts legs. Our deck looks amazing. Once again we contacted Oros Home Improvement to replace the rest of our windows. Oh, I forgot that Jr. and Mario helped me build my cabinets as a surprise for my husband.I can not say enough about the Oros brothers. Their work is quality, they are trust worthy, and they stand behind their work. My husband and I trust them so much that we were not nervous leaving them alone in the house. This is something hard to come by when people work in your home.

We are very satisfied with the work and professionalism we received from Oros Home Enhancements LLC. They were friendly with great communication, were always on time and got the job done very promptly. We had a terrible experience with 2 other contractors after a hail storm who abandoned the job. Oros Home Enhancements LLC stepped right in and helped us out of a terrible situation. They replaced 15 windows on our home and the quality of their work exceeded our expectations and it looks even better than it did originally! The project manager also visited our home to review the project after it was completed. We will only use Oros Home Enhancements LLC in the future and we highly recommend them!

Very strongly recommend Oros Home Enhancements. I purchased windows online and needed an installer to put the windows in – including a very large bay window. These guys were fabulous! Not only did they do an outstanding job (see pics), they cared enough to let me know there was a problem with the original window order – 8 windows were not what I had ordered (from another company). I truly believe an average installer would have just put the windows in. Not the Oros brothers. They identified the discrepancy prior to installation, allowing me to get the problem corrected. They are not cheap – but you don’t want cheap for window installation. A bad install will make new windows worthless. I am VERY happy with the job they did. Polite. Courteous. Professional. They laid down a protective barrier all thru the house and cleaned everything up when they finished. I would – will – definitely use them again, on other jobs. One note: If you need windows, check with them. I didn’t know window installers also sell windows.

These are truly amazing individuals. I met them at the Home Depot in Louisville - it was snowing heavily out and I was struggling to fit a large peice of backing into my car. One of the Oros brothers noticed that I was having a hard time and offered to help me. Now, I was with my two children - 2 and 5 - who at this point were strapped into thier car seats - and the 2 year old was quickly falling asleep. I quickly realized that there was absolutely no way the backing board was going to fit into my car. I told my kids we had to go back into the store to get it cut - to which the 5 year old almost started crying (we were in the home depot for quite a while and she was exhausted) and my 2 year old didnt respond because she was already starting to dose off in her car seat. I was just picturing the complete meltdown both of them would have if dragged through the snow back into the store when the Oros team completely came to my rescue. The guy said, Ive got a saw in my truck I can cut it for you and then went to his truck and got the saw - while it is freezing and snowing out! - and carefully measured and cut the board in half. I said, I dont care how its cut, dont bother measuring - just thank you so so much to which the other guy replied, oh he doesnt know how to cut a crooked line - itll be perfect! And, it was. On top of being absolutely kind and generous. I slipped the boards into my car and they wished me a good evening. Seriously this team proves that good people still exist and they are wonderful! If this is how they treat a complete stranger, I can only imagine the care they give to thier clients.
