We did a lot of searching for a slider to our deck with integrated blinds between the glass. Finally we found Colorado Window & Door Company and stopped in. The quality of the windows and doors on display was amazing. Getting exactly what we wanted was no problem. We got the patio door plus an exterior french door with the integrated blinds for the basement and both are great. Outdoor noise was immediately minimized. I know they are both much more energy efficient than our builder grade doors. Installation was professional and thorough. We are very pleased with Colorado Window & Door Company and highly recommend their services. Also, check them out if you want stucco!

They were very clean and my house looks terrific. Elke managed my project and she helped me throughout the whole process and guided me through some important decisions. My house looks incredible. For such a small job I was so impressed with the quality of time Elke spent going over all the details of the job with me in a home visit. The total cost of the job, removing the old windows and installing the new was amazingly reasonable and payable in two payments. The workmanship of the installers was impressive. Every part of the installation was preformed in a timely manner with attention to detail. In 2005 I had four windows replaced in my condo by this company. I received the same valued time and attention to detail as with the current installation. For 16 years these windows have remained in excellent working order with no repairs needed. This locally owned business has my highest recommendation for customer service and quality of workmanship.

I spent a lot of time looking for the right company to install my windows. I received several quotes before finally choosing Colorado Window and Door. They were the first company to actually give me a quote after a slew of them. Not only was it the best price, it was a superior product and very friendly salesman.The installer that came out was exceptional. Very friendly at the initial final measurement taking, and obviously knew what he was doing. He discussed the challenges that he saw and explain to me how he was going to solve them. I felt very confident that the job would be done right.The only complaint that I have with the company was a bit of non-communication. My windows were quoted to arrive in six weeks. As I approach the 10th week, I finally had to call the company after not hearing from them at all. Once I called, it was only a few days before the windows showed up.The installation of the windows was very smooth. The installer was excellent and friendly. The windows look and function perfectly. I’m happy with the installation.Again, the communication was a little distant for a door that I also ordered along with the windows. The door was quoted to come in at the end of May. By June 1, I still haven’t heard from the company at all. I didn’t wait this time, I just called right away. Within two days the door came and they scheduled my installation right away.Great company. I would highly recommend.

From the estimate to the installation everyone was professional and efficient. We could not be happier with our windows and will refer this company often.

They replaced my back sliding glass door and a large bay window. It took them one day to install and the product looks great. I will use them shortly in the future to replace the rest of the windows in my home.

We had Colorado Window and Door replace some bedroom windows recently. Our new double hung windows they installed are Top Quality and we are very pleased with them. The Installer that came out to install them was quick,clean, and very professional. He did an Excellent job and cleaned up after himself. We do highly recommend these folks !!

I had a picture window replaced in my laundry room. Colorado Windows and Doors gave me a great estimate and did an outstanding job replacing the window. The guy who replaced did really paid attention to detail.The only reason Im giving it 4 stars instead of five is because it took a while to get the replacement window in. It might not have been their fault due to all the Covid-19 stuff, but, I wished they would have really emphasized the time lapse. Other than that, you cant go wrong with them.

This company is awesome! They communicated every step of the process in a timely manner. The installation took longer than expected; but that is only because they were diligent in doing a good job. They take pride in their work and customer satisfaction is a top priority for this company! I would highly recommend them!

Very happy with windows, quality and price...however when I ordered a third window the the communication was lost and weeks later had to reorder. Time lost and they wanted to more than orignal quote. However...after discussion with the office they accomidated me and was able to get original price. Installers work fast and cleaned up everything after themselves.

This company does not deserve even one star. On 5/16/2020 we were told work would begin in 6 weeks on 2 exterior doors, 1 large custom sliding door, a patio door and 4 windows as well as 10x12 covered deck. Today is 8/7/2020. The exterior doors HAVE NOT arrived and I cant get a firm date. The 2 sliding doors are wrong, they slide in the wrong direction. The stain job on the windows and trim is so horrible it must be redone. I will repost as this nightmare progresses. It is my sincere hope that this company will work quickly and efficiently to get this project completed!Update 9/4/2020 - The deck is finally progressing with a great contractor who was originally tasked with window and door installation. They are fantastic. HOWEVER, just measured the exterior door and sidelight and it is 2 inches too short in width! The sidelight was ordered as 12in width but should have been 14in to match existing. There is your 2in diff. We have exterior log siding so cosmetic options to accommodate are not an option. Proposal for acceptance is either we accept the unit as is at No CHARGE or we wait another several weeks for an exact replacement. We are waiting to hear their response. FYI not a single thing in this 46k job has gone right. I suggest you double check EVERYTHING measurement wise and build in delay penalties into your contract. I continue to believe that Eric will make it right but the emotional strife should not be experienced when unnecessary if the project starts with correct measurements and attention to details are adhered to! Close only counts in horseshoes and not with my house and this much money! 46k in project cost! Hey let me know if you feel differently!I have read nothing but good reviews for this company which to me is suspect. I am a reasonable, forgiving consumer since I realize problems happen. The number of problems I have experienced begs to question if they are providing what they want or for what we ordered. You guys be the judge as I will keep you posted. I rely on them to be the experts. So again learn how to measure your job (before and not after the fact) so you dont fall into this unfortunate pitfall!

I had them repaint the stucco on my medical building. The companys representative, Eric, had recommended a more comprehensive paint which would last longer. I am absolutely thrilled with the result. The paint job looks amazing and I am sure it will last longer than the original.

We had Colorado Window and door replace our windows and stucco on our house this year, and WOW what a difference it has made. First, our sales rep was so helpful with the entire process. She helped us on every step of the way, from picking the right windows and options to the final design of the colors for stucco. The window installers were on time every day and left our home clean when they were done. They gave us 5 different window factories to pick windows from and 3 different types of stucco. This Company installed my replacement windows in 2014. Needed to replace 2 sashes due to broken glass (not their fault) which they stated was no problem as they had the window info on file. Was told 6 weeks (long but acceptable) and they would be in. Ordered on June 2, 2015. Was given 3 different dates (starting in July) that the windows were to be done. Called on all 3 dates (they have never called me) they were to be here and was told a new date 2 weeks out each time. They gave no apology and had no reason for the delay. Told them that I was not happy with them the during the last call, and asked them to figure out when the sashes would be done and call me back. Give me an honest date or tell me you cannot help me so I can move on. After weeks without a call I finally had City Glass replace the glass in the sashes. Took them 1 week! Makes me very concerned about any warranty work I may need down the road. Find a contractor that can back their products and provide service, unlike this company.

We had our house Stuccoed and exterior rock walls. . We had 3 bids and Colorado Window & Door was the highest but we went with them because they seemed to be the most experienced. The help with color matching and design was great. I specifically asked that they take great care on the front of the house and it was so bad we had to have them do it again and it is still not great. Features didnt match, and the cleanup was horrible. I still have stucco on my roof and rocks 8 months later. They even admitted that the crew was new and did a bad job. I personally pull about 50 nails out of the soffit and roof that held down the scaffolding. There blobs of stucco in several places. I could go on but suffice it to say I would not recommend them. I dont make complaints like this but I saw a commercial this morning for them and the owner said I guarantee you will love our work not sure what the guaranteed is but we dont love the work.

Small Company selling the best replacement windows for the money in Colorado springs bar none. They do stucco, siding, gutters, soffit, fascia, and even painting. Installations are done with attention to detail and clean-up after the project is done is very thorough.

This person my have gotten us confused with the many other new companies out there.We are always working to better our customer service at Colorado Window and Door, by communicating with our customers we can better serve their needs and vision of their project.

We hired Colorado Window and Door to do stucco and stone, along with installing new windows. The project management was a bit frustrating. Communication with everyone was choppy. We never knew when people were coming to work and those doing work clearly hadnt had the design clearly communicated to them. Every time we would talk to the Project Manager, I felt the story was always changing, from work to be done to costs associated with that work. The actual work turned out beauiful, but because the work was done so sloppy, we have concrete all over the yard and patio furniture (which was far away from the home), color stucco on the vinyl parts of the windows and after cleaning stucco off the glass, we now have a brand new scratched window. Im honestly mixed as to if I would recommend them.

The beginning of the process started well until the Installers came thru to install windows. They damaged my downspout, damaged window trim and after countless requests to protect my bathtub and carpet i spent the weekend Cleaning glass from the surrounding walkways and sealant left on my carpets. I contacted the owner then heard no response to fix the damages left from the window installers. Needless to say, consumer beware....I will do the repairs myself instead of trying to convince a company to be accountable.

We have a very old house with several windows that are not square. Colorado Window & Door replaced a total of 15 windows (interior and exterior trim, sills, and casings). We choose to go with this company because their experience with lead abatement and replacement windows. The installer came out for the final measure and saw the current state of the windows and ones that were out of square. In our discussions, we both fully understood that things would not be perfect in the end because of the age/condition of the house. However, we had to have them come back four times to fix things such as: out of level sills, trim that didnt line up, a missing trim board, gaps that varied on either side, and to replace trim that was two smaller pieces put together with one single piece without a seam. Although some of these things are cosmetic and personal taste, we were not impressed with the care that was taken the first time around and feel that there was little attention to detail. If you are picky about these things or want it done right the first time, I would not recommend this company.
