During our time there we experience heavy obersavtion. They watched our every move by eye, or by cameras. Me and my party felt extreme uncomfortable because they were only doing it to us. The workers were rude and unfriendly and our service there was terrible. It was very accusatory and they kept track of everything we had.

Rude and condisending cashier. She said hello and set a box of masks on the counter without saying anything else. She then said, mask. I said I was medically exempt, I also showed her my Dr. Signed exemption. She then took the products I was going to purchase and said have a good day.Then she said shes was moving to another register and I could do curbside. I asked what the phone number was, she said its out there.Well its wasnt out posted anywhere visible as I was parked right at the front.There was no signage other then the state order requiring a mask. The state order clearly identifies specific exemptions, one of which I have and can prove it.Its nice to know that Kum and Go have no interest in individual limitations and have not issue with casting maskless patrons as out right trouble even if shown supporting documentation.

With exception to the folks who believe their medical exemptions entitle them to go risk theirs and other peoples lives. The rapidly deteriorating reputation of this Kum and Go can be singled out to one person, Zeb Kittle.

Was told I can’t check out because I don’t have my mask on. Mask mandate in El Paso county ended on May 3rd, in addition to my health exemption. Absolutely power hungry employees feeling like they have some power in their positions.

Most of the employees are great but some dont seem to know they are at work. Just checked out and Sky looked up twice from her phone. She was tapping away while Im trying to check out. That said, its not common I get a Sky-like employee that makes me wait for them to tap the register while they text.

Will never ever go back to this location probably by around $400 a month in gas. I also usually pick up a red bull and a slice of pizza regularly at this location today I was harassed because of my maskless face and my disability my inability to wear a mask has really gotten to me and this company is just another company its making me feel so depressed because of their actions and how they treat people. Its been scientifically proven that a mask does not slow the spread. I will keep my rights as a disability person and I will be contacting the Ada administration over my harassment that was done to me today.

Disappointed in the cleanliness of the store and the service that came from Cindy very rude to customers especially to a man with a disability no one should be treated in such a manner i for one will never step foot in another kum and go because thats yhe type person they have representing them

I was told I have to use Curbside service at this location after Ive been in several times without a mask. I have a medical exemption! This is the same way as treating a person in a wheel chair without providing ramps and handicap doors!!!!! Im glad I just wasted money on gas at this location today, I wouldnt have if I knew I was gonna be treated like a homeless person trying to use the restroom!

Great customer service and a place that has great staff. This store seems to be kept up much better than some of the others and is always clean. Amy has worked there for awhile and she is very friendly and helpful. I appreciate them all and them greeting me by name when I walk in. Great job team. Thank you all for also taking time to make a special needs family member feel special and smile every time we visit. That speaks a lot that you all are patient and understanding.

Rude young black hair lady. Didnt even as for my rearwards card. I was taking my money putting it in wallet, I guess was too slow so she opened new lane....

The staff here and amongst the nicest people i have ever met. I work at a car dealership down here at the Auto Park so i regularly go there to fuel cars. Every single time i go in im greeted with a friendly smile and amazing customer service. They go above and beyond for their customers. Definitely my favorite Kum and Go

Poor maintenance, uncaring employees. Purchased fuel, pump 3, at 15:45. Pump out of receipt paper, no window wash, no squeegee, no paper towels. Told female employee counting coins and she could care less. Maybe management does not care. I believe the correct address is 7375 Duryea not 7385 as posted on the website. Just pay attention to detail.

The store is clean and so are the bathrooms. My biggest thing with this location is they cant stock the roller grill or drink station correctly. Almost everytime I have been in the last couple months its been this way. The staff is nice but when they are out of something at the drink station its kind of hard to find someone. Its really a shame because I live closest to this location and I dont think I will be returning until there are some changes. Luckily there are other location nearby

Very friendly staff. Probably the best feature here. Gas prices were higher than other parts of town. Well lit at night. Prices a little higher than other similar gas stations.

By far my favorite place to get gas, stop for drinks, food or anything!!!! Everyone is incredibly nice. Coming here always lights up my day for some reason 😊

Staff is very nice, and they run a clean store. I like that there is more than one individual on duty and their donut case is amazingly clean and stocked. (FAVORITE MAPLE FROSTED)

I walked in to store side being filthy and the manager was extremely rude to her employees especially a girl with glasses in the kitchen I have been in there more than one and this isnt the first time the people in the kitchen are the nicest and most helpful tho but the manager there is bringing the place down I think her name is Julie besides that great place great food they always have what I want

I cannot wear a mask. This is the first place I was asked to leave due to not wearing one. Employee was rude about it as well. Not willing to hear why.

My husband went to the restroom today at this location. There was NO toilet paper in the stall. He was very put out that there was a double reel and neither had any paper on it. He had to re-dress carefully and go out and grab PAPER TOWELS to finish the job. The bathroom was very clean - he was impressed. The store was nice. The lack of toilet paper was inconsiderate, humiliating, embarrassing and unacceptable.

This gas station is my normal every morning stop. Love the biscuits and gravy... BUTthis morning was different. As I walked through the store picking up my various items for purchase, all I could notice is two woman employees yelling and cussing at each other. I could only see one who appeared to the aggressor she was a 20s something thicker woman with colorful tattoos all over her arms. Yelling F*** you I will take you out side and beat your A**. Going to the registrar me and another very patient customer waited until what looked like a manger tall man brown hair came to ring us up. Mind you this whole time that they are yelling and cussing he is oblivious to the obvious talking to a vendor. Hopefully this review makes it into the right hands. I will not be going back to this store. Kum and go still has my business just at another store.

He wouldn’t telll me what kind of donuts they have and proceded to hang up claiming he was in the bathroom with a customer it’s a residuals and I just what You doughnuts are available for prchase

Jasmine here was very helpful. I came in with a cast on and crutches and she offered to help me carry my drink out to my car. Service like this is hard to find anymore. Thank you.

Avoid this one. Pumps seem fishy, like they may have a cc skimmer. I paid cash and they tried to get out of giving me change. Rude employees, super long lines. I was blamed for their pump not working correctly.

No stars i will never come back to this kum and go again . night shift needs some trianing in guest service .

Very well managed store day or evening I say.

It is a nice station, however the gas prices are too high. The stations on Dublin, just off powers are under 2 dollars.

Easy access. Quick in and out for fuel.

The biggest issue I have with the place is it’s restrooms. I have been here on several occasions between the times of 2AM and 5AM, and the restroom was closed for cleaning every time. I can only assume that it’s closed because it takes their employees three hours to clean the restroom. It’s very inconvenient.
