Great variety of Frozen Yogurt to choose from!!! I was very satisfied with the selection of frozen yogurt and being able to taste a difference each time I scooped a new flavor!😍😍🍨 I got the 8 Scoops for $7🎉🎉 The employee working last night was great 😃

I was greeted with a smile!!! They have so many options is ridiculous and they allow taste testing! All of the flavors are so creamy and none are freezer burnt like most places. The toppings are abundant and the cone options, don’t even get me started! They have a 8 scoop for $7 bowl that’s unbeatable! Also, smoothies, milkshakes, and sundaes! What?! Where?! HERE!

I had the vanilla frozen yogurt. It was exactly the right temperature and was rich and creamy. I loved it, would absolutely come together.

They have a lot of options for frozen yogurt, and I liked the flavors. The place was empty and the employee was friendly, but disappeared into a back room after we ordered.

It was great because my girl and I sat n her truck for hours before we finally went in....the lady didnt care and the yogurt was good

So this is the 3rd not 1st but 3rd time going here with my family of 5 and the lights are on with the store window and online saying it does not close until 8:30pm but I get there around 7pm-7:15pm driving 18 mins cause the kids want frozen yogurt and the employee say we are closed so we dont have much business. So this time I ask for a managers name and or complaint number and the employee says no I cannot do that and I cannot give you this information at all the only thing I was able to get was his name update

Not the same TCBY I remember. But, still good and fresh. Their flavors are super limited. The pricing is reasonable unlike other frozen yogurt in town.

I really love not only the atmosphere but also the yogurt... My son loves the sundae effects... Both of us are happy campers

Yummy frozen yogurt and the soft serve machine is delicious. Prices are fair and friendly staff.

We went here today expecting a self-serve frozen yogurt and unfortunately it wasn’t self-serve. The price was more than paying by the weight. Weren’t able to customize what we wanted. We didn’t get to serve our own toppings the employee was. Also NONE of the toppings was labeled, so it was almost impossible to tell the employee what we wanted.Also this didn’t taste like frozen yogurt. It was definitely normal ice cream, which wasn’t what we wanted. There was not very many items to pick from.We are never going here again!

The rude older lady glared at us the second we walked in the building. She didn’t greet us and glared at us looking us up and down with a horrible expression on her face. Didn’t even order yogurt because of how unwelcome I felt.

It was great! The selection of hard pack yogurt is great! Two, three scoop cups, less than $10.

They were nice and helpful. Got a lot for the money. It tasted great. All the frozen yogurt looks like ice cream but it is not.

This is based only on taste of yogurt. We were never greeted nor asked what we would like. Very grumpy women. Facility was dirty. Not very busy the grumpy women could have been wiping tables down etc.whatever happened to customer service :-(

Been to other TCBYs before in other states and I was quite disappointed with this one. Walked in and once I saw it wasnt a self serve we just walked right back out. Poor options too

I got the spontaneous sorbet which was not terrible, but the lack of choices or truly making it your own is the reason for the low score for me. I like real froyo places that offer choices, and creativity to make exactly what you want. The man who made it for me was super nice and helpful but I wouldnt go again.

The WORST customer service ever!!! Donna is a poor reflection of this establishment very rude and argumentative !!! I asked for the GM or corporate number on more than one occasion she REFUSED saying she didn’t want to give their personal cell phone number ( what a complete imbecile clearly I’m referring to the business number) and instead went in the back for over five minutes talking to some one saying she couldn’t give me corporate number however she had to take my information!

Just arrived, hours on the door say 9pm yet theyre already closed and locked up. Real nice. Lost yourself some business there guys.

Great place to go, when its not closed early...Went by at 9:30, already closed. No where near the 10:30 time they are suppose to close. Its warm out, they should stay open until 10:30 like advertised. I went to rizutos down the street, they were open with a line out the door. I am sure the employees want to close early, but maybe thats why there are no customers at night, they are not sure if it will be open!

This place is great from a childs perspective I suppose but not from an adults. Its not very clean either.

Fast service good yogurt of the frozen variety

Our family has been to the Austin Bluffs location on 3 separate occasions and the store was closed. Two times on a Saturday at about 8pm and Thursday at 7pm. Kids trying to celebrate a concert...so disappointing!

Customer service was so rude, I actually just left and didnt bother to order anything, it was an older lady at the counter didnt even greet me and actually looked me head to toe probably 8 times, it was so awkward I just left...

Only TCBY in town and the only frozen yogurt I eat.

If the yogurt wasnt good i wouldnt come . Eitherway the guy making it destroys the experience. I spend 25 dollars on large shivers and all I get is half a cup might as well get a small cause they rip you off .

If youre going for frozen yogurt, dont! You cant self serve, there were only 6 flavor choices and minimal toppings that you cant put on yourself. Priced by the size not the oz so each topping you choose is extra.

This is the second time Ive tried to go there and they are closed before the time on the door says!! Why put youre open till 8 when in actuality youre closing at 7:45 or earlier??

No soft ice cream and they close early at least 1 hour almost every day thank god for RIZTOS at least I can get ice cream at 7:00 pm in the Springs.

The frozen yogurt was grainy - weird but tasted OK. Hand-written sign on register saying the Entertainment Book coupon was percent off for only one item, when the coupon specifically said the whole order.

Went to get ice cream but they locked the door when I was about to go in... At 9:16
