We remodeled our kitchen in January 2021 and I couldnt be happier with my new countertops. Green Acres walked us through each of the steps and promptly answered any questions we had. From slab selection to install was about 6 weeks. The installation crew was also very professional and kind.

Their prices are pretty on par with the other companies available, but the hospitality and family orient just made us feel more comfortable choosing them. Do not use this company! They are shiesty at best. They charge a $500 reschedule fee so I had to find a handyman last minute. Then, they had the nerve to break my stuff on the initial date and needed to reschedule with me. I argued back and forth about the reschedule fee but no response. Actually, Ian raised his voice at me and hung up on me. After the granite was installed there was no instructions on how to care or clean for this $2,000 product. I called for instructions and they told me it was in the contract. Thats their answer for everything. Please be sure to read your contract if you go with this terrible company.

I am so disappointed with Green Acres Granite. We hired them to put countertops in our custom home. While there were many issues, the biggest issue is that they had to change out some marble in our master bathroom as it wasnt cut correctly and the seal turned yellow. We had an alder shelf above the countertop that had to be ripped out in order to replace/fix their mistake. We asked for them to pay the $100 to get a new alder shelf (since they had to break it in order to replace their work) and they have fully ignored our request. We gave them a lot of money for our home and yet they wouldnt even do right and fix their own mistake. While its only $100 its the principle of the situation.

We were first time Granite buyers. They have beautiful stones and Ian the sales Rep. is a very nice guy but we were very disappointed to see that we have a 6 inch overhang on our bevelled edge on our island. My wife was there during the final measurements but was never asked about this. I was told that the 6 inch overhang is standard practice (apparently even when there is no counter underneath) and that we shouldve asked about it. I felt the professionals should have asked the customer about design choices at the final measurements or at the final sign off but they felt it was our responsibility. I was never asked about the bevelled edge on my island. They would only fix it for more than 800 dollars. In addition to the overhang another piece was measured incorrectly and had to be cut on site to fit. When I spent $3000 on the granite I thought I wouldve have received better customer service and felt that I shouldve have been asked about design choices instead of the fabricator making that choice.

Green Acres did a great job. The value for the price compared to the other granite place near by, was superior. The environment is friendlier, more relaxed, competent, and not uptight when you want to walk through the granite yard. They also do not charge $300 to seal the granite... its included. The most popular edges, as seen in model homes, are included. They also gave a detailed quote up front, which allowed us to do an apples-apples comparison to the vague quote from the other fabricator. Sam took his time on a weekend to solve some minor install concerns we had. Sam, Kelly, Dave, Trevor, Heather, etc... all were helpful.

We highly recommend Green acres. They have create customer service and selection.

We recently purchased quartzite for our kitchen and we are so pleased! Everyone was helpful, professional and courteous. Amanda helped us select the right piece and gave us an accurate estimate which was much lower than the competition. The man who came to measure (Im sorry - I dont remember his name!) was right on time and was so nice to deal with. Mike and Vincent did our install and - Wow! On time, did a fabulous job and cleaned EVERYTHING up, including mopping the floor! From start to finish, a very satisfactory experience!

Ryan & Neil were great to work with. Mike, Joe and Fred did the install and it came out perfect. We were very happy with the whole process and thrilled with the finished result. Would highly recommend this company.

We were overcharged in various areas and the promised refund has still not arrived; the demolition crew was 2 hours late and left early, without finishing; we spent hours cleaning up the mess they left with pieces of the old stone everywhere, including inside the cabinets; the installation crew included two new people who spent most of their time sitting in the truck; the installation itself was nothing close to professional causing damage to the stone and the base counters; they did not seal the stone in the bathrooms and left hideous seams; they returned to fix all of the issues and left after completing less than 30% of the necessary repairs; the sales consultant came to look at the remaining work and complained that he did not understand why they did not finish - we agree on that issue. The promised follow up still has not taken place and we are moving quickly towards the need for legal action to resolve their breaches and failures.

April 2020My wife (Connie) and I looked at several granite companies and ended up in Colorado Springs and very happy we did. Their outside yard has a large selection of granite slabs and we found the one we loved. Their ordering process was easy and thorough and installation by Vince & Mike wasprofessional. Id give Green Acres 5 stars but no ones perfect.

Im a General Contractor with a client who wanted to purchase a 1/2 slab from Green Acres. We told them that we are already working with a fabricator and will only need to purchase the material from them. During both visits to Green Acres the associate confirmed that we could buy the half slab, that it was available and even printed us a quote for the half-slab and fabrication by others. I called/visited several times to coordinate payment and confirmation of the slab.The associate I spoke with never indicated there were any issues, however, when I went into their showroom to pay, the manager on duty abruptly said they wouldnt sell us the 1/2 slab they had previously agreed to. I told him his associate confirmed we could buy the half slab during both visits (with my client present) and even marked the half slab as sold. She did NOT mention that they dont sell half slabs. Our work schedule was finalized based on the purchase of the half slab.The manager was not apologetic nor accommodating and lacked basic customer service skills. He made no attempt to correct their mistake. Apparently his associate wasnt informed about basic company policy and instead of him making it right, spending the 30 minutes to cut the slab and sell us what was promised he stated that since he is the manager, what he says counts (indicating we shouldnt have much confidence in what his associates say! what kind of statement is that???) Needless to say our schedule got significantly delayed. When I told him that we would no longer do business with them or refer clients to them, the manager said: Good, now leave!Green Acres lacks professionalism, integrity, and customer service. In our industry mistakes are sometimes made, no one is perfect, but the way you handle mistakes with your clients/customers speaks to the quality, leadership, and culture of your business. Unfortunately, Green Acres falls short in all of those areas.

We highly recommend Green Acres Granite! Their customer service is exemplary in every way, and we suggest you request Ryan to assist as you plan your countertop project. They installed new countertops in our kitchen and bathroom, which look perfect because of the quality of the product and the installation. Their installers even helped resolve issues with old countertops that were not theirs! Also, after our daughter accidentally marred the new bathroom countertop, they came back multiple times to repair the stain and return it to its original beauty. On top of all that, their prices are reasonable!

I couldnt be happier with my new counter tops and my experience at Green Acres Granite! Project Managers Braydon and Elaine made sure everything was accurate and were very accommodating with my crazy schedule. The templater (Josh, I think) was very professional and even agreed to measure an additional vanity top which I hadnt originally included. Jacob and Vince showed up right on time to do the installation and were also very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure to consult me when needed, responded to my questions, and cleaned everything up when done. And then of course there was Fred, the plumber who returned everything to perfect working order. Everyone I dealt with at Green Acres Granite were courteous and respectful which meant terrific customer service - something that seems to be in short supply at many businesses today. I wont hesitate to return when Im ready for my bathroom counter tops!

A job very well done. We did demolition of tiled countertop, padded it up and had granite countertop and included plumbing. One week before the job, they came and took the template. They were punctual and professional. A great kudos to the team.

The two sales persons who we tried to speak to on Saturday were rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The one lady just sat there and clearly didnt want to help us and the guy was visibly upset and ended up storming off. I cant believe anyone would do business with them

After having multiple conversations with the template creator and after the schematic seemed to reflect an incorrect sink placement we then followed up with a second conversation with another employee and we were assured the sink placement would be correct. Lo and behold, the sink placement was incorrect. When addressing this the store manager he had the unmitigated gall to deny the conversations even took place.He said there is nothing I can do. The quality of the product seems good, but to flat out deny conversations even occurred is basically calling the customer a liar. And that is unscrupulous! There is something we can do, write this review.

I had my kitchen countertops and bathroom countertop completed by Green Acres Granite and loved their work. They carried up a 300+lb slab up a flight of stairs, installed the countertops and sinks, and everything looks great!

I was recommended to this company. I still got bids from 5 different companies just to be sure and I am highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Their prices were great and customer service was on point. Elaine was my representative and was always very easy to get ahold of when I had a question. The process was very fast and simple. Everyone in the office was very helpful and when I would call Ian and I think it was Brandon, remembered exactly who I was and helped promptly. Even when I walked in to look at my slab, they knew my name and got Elaine or helped me if she was not available. The install crew was on time, very polite and did a fantastic job. The plumber came in to finish and had an apprentice which were very nice and explained everything. checked for leaks, double and triple checked everything. I have one seam in my counters and I would dare anyone to find it. I will be getting a bar top as well soon and will definitely be going back to Green Acres for my granite. See you guys in a couple weeks.

I cant tell you how much we love the countertops that they installed in our kitchen. The two guys that came were incredible!, they were great to talk to and it was nice to see how they took their time in making sure the install was done properly. We were highly pleased with the two men that came out for the install.Ryan who came out and talked to us was very professional and very knowledgeable. The price was incredible and affordable. I cant say how thrilled we are over the service they gave us. I would tell anyone to use these guys first and foremost.

We have used Green Acres in the past and had no complaints. We wanted to use them again for a counter in our laundry room and had a terrible experience. They do not keep their word and the contract is worthless. Customer service means nothing to them. So dissatisfied.Google will not allow me to respond to the response so here is my response. We were given a written quote, the next day when I called back to finalize the deal is when I was informed of the 35 percent increase. Reputable companys would honor a verbal quote and less reputable companys would honor a written quote. Green Acres wouldnt do either. Because we liked the quartz they had we decided to overlook it and proceed anyway. In trying to get the deal wrapped up we were told the time to install would be two more weeks than originally promised. After several more issues we gave up and went to anther granite company.

Dionne was my project manager, and she was very professional and knowledgeable. With the initial installation of our granite, several mistakes were made and I was not happy. But when I let Dionne know, she took care of things immediately and sent someone out to correct the mistakes. Vince came out to fix things, and he was also great! He was courteous, professional, and took care of everything to my satisfaction. Their plumber, Fred, was also wonderful to work with, very courteous, skilled, and professional. I wont give Green Acres 5 stars because of the original installation errors, but I will give them 4 stars for correcting them. And because of this, I do recommend them for your granite installation!

Fantastic experience with everyone I came in contact with at the Centennial location. Nick and team took really good care of me at the showroom where I learned a lot about granite. They sent a really qualified guy out to measure and template and after approval my installers knew exactly what they were doing...seams are tight, they cared not to get my floors dirty and checked level about 100 times. It takes a team to get granite in your house - if any one them is a little off...you wont be happy. The installers had been with the company for over 5 years....says a ton about how the company is run and how they treat their employees.

They did a fantastic job with our kitchen and a unique island idea. The cabinets are great - love the soft close doors and drawers - and the granite countertops are awesome! Ryan, Bill, and Zack were outstanding and even spotted some flaws in the cabinets that we wouldnt have. And thanks again Bill for the granite window sill idea - we love it!

Working with Green Acres Granite was a great experience. We had looked at 2 granite companies for this project. The other larger company, which is on lots of commercials, walked us to the door when they heard we had a budget. Heather at Green Acres treated us with respect and showed us our options. The process was quick and easy. We liked the short hour arrival time window of the measuring guy and the install team. The guys installing had good communication during the install. After installing, the guys left our house clean. Even the kitchen floors were swept. I have also received follow ups from Green acresaafter the job was completed. Its nice to know Green Acres cares about quality, even after getting paid. We will be recommending them to all our friends.

Vida and the whole team at Green Acres Granite is fantastic! I visited a number of stone yards to pick a countertop for my new bathroom. Other showrooms had fewer choices, quoted higher prices, and required MUCH longer lead times. Furthermore, Vida and her team were all ENTHUSIASTIC, friendly, and professional. From picking my slab to having it installed was less than two weeks, and the results are amazing. I am so pleased, I definitely recommend Green Acres Granite above other stone yards!

After getting different estimates and looking at inventory, we chose Green Acres Granite. Their pricing was competitive and very upfront. They also had the better variety of stone to choose from. All of the employees that we interacted with were pleasant and helpful. Every appointment was made on time and installation was quick and painless. We now have a beautiful counter top and under mount sink.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not only does GAG have the best prices and selection in town (no thanks Home Depot...), they have the best costumer service as well. We had installed a farm house sink before the counter tops went in, and the measurements were slightly off so there was a 3/4 gap between our sink and the back of the countertop. We called and told them about the problem and THEY FIXED THE COUNTERTOP FOR US NO CHARGE. That is rare in a business these days, to take care of their costumers in a way they would take care of a family member. Special shout out to Bill for being so generous, to Grace for handling the situation with class despite some angry phone calls, and to Ian for being a great middle man. We love and appreciate Green Acres Granite. Customers for life!

We were satisfied with the price and the service....so far. Juan, Tony and Bill were exceptional, a credit to the company. Arrived on time and the installation was outstanding. The price was acceptable and the the turnkey service was unexpected but was great. Planet Granite was more expensive and the plumbing had to be outsourced - dont go there. But... their followup scheduling is not good. A backsplash still must be installed. I have contacted them and firmed up a date for the installation. They have not confirmed the date and we do not know if they will be here or not. The store is closed and we have not received a time for the final installation. Maybe they will be here, maybe not. I am satisfied with the project but their endgame needs work.

2013 Green Acres Granite installed gorgeous granite from their stock lot in my 2 bathrooms. I needed counter tops for the vessel sinks that I had bought earlier.They fabricated the granite on site and their plumber did a great job consideringI bought unique trendy vessels online with waterfall faucets. Getting my new granite from Green Acres Granite was a stress free experience. Annabelle was great, so helpful, answering all my questions and giving me advice on things I was unfamiliar with. Some reviews claim excellent service and selection, button my wife and I will never know. When we asked to see some remnants the young man at the desk was far to busy to get up, even though we were the only ones there at the time. He asked for deminsions and went right to his calculator, without any knowledge of our projects, he began quoting outrages figures. We were working hard on the house that day and probably assumed we couldnt afford there products anyway.

Service was great. Really liked seeing the projection of the cuts. There was a misunderstanding on one piece where the other side of the slab was used. Over all love my new counters beautiful work.

We ran across Green Acres Granite from a flyer in the mail, and visited them at the Centennial location and met Heather, the Project Manager. Delightful, great listener, and fun. Prices were very competitive, and many slabs of wonderful Granite onsite. The best part, 1 week to install after it is measured and templated, vs 4-5wks at other places... including the Big Box stores!We choose a beautiful, exotic Brazilian Granite with a Crescent edge finish, and after the template, we worked with Heather to fine tune the layout to show off the best features of the exotic granite. They are fast and efficient...1 week later, it was cut, and they were installing several pieces in the kitchen. They were awesome to deal with. Showed up each time as promised. Good work. Everything is square and fits perfect. Price seemed ok, but we didnt get others - nobody else responded to our first call. These guys jumped at it.

Very satisfied with our kitchen remodel. They did everything they said they would do and stood behind the couple of discrepancies that occurred. Because of the different things being done, there were a variety of workers involved and some were more professional than others. In the end everything was done to our satisfaction.

We worked with Sam to have granite and tile installed in our kitchen. Sam helped us through the selection process, kept in touch during the install process and made sure we were happy with the end product. We were very pleased with the results, the install went pretty smoothly on the granite, and even though the tile back splash was difficult to work with, Jason the installer took his time and got it perfect. We are very pleased we chose Green Acres for this project, and we will be using them again in the future on the bathrooms.

I had Green Acres Granite install a granite countertop a few months ago - they did a beautiful job. I even had a couple of follow up issues that they handled as well and in a very timely manner. I would strongly advise anyone looking to have them do any tile work to look elsewhere. quality of installation is really amateurish and had to spend a lot of time cleaning up after them. all in all not a good experience and sadly now have a shower surround with beautiful tile that looks like i did it, that will end up having to be redone by someone else after a few years probably.

My experience with Green Acres was very positive until the end. The sales, measuring and purchasing components all went very well;, but the installers damaged brand new sheet rock on both sides of the installation (wet bar). Green Acres was responsive on getting the damage done, but the first repair job left dents unfilled, included no texturing (I have medium orange peel) and expanded the damaged surface area. The second gentleman they sent was very polite and did a better job, but the repair areas standout blatantly. Our basement is brand new and looks great everywhere - except where the sheet rock was damaged. Its like I bought a brand new truck and received a large dent on my way home from the dealership. Real bummer, because the granite looks great.

Green Acres has been phenomenal!! I have been working with Heather over there for almost a year now. I can send my clients in, and trust that they will be taken care of, no questions asked. There service and quality are above the rest. Far better than any dealings ive had with other stone shops.

Things didnt start very well, however the final result was outstanding. As with any other project, many times things can go wrong for various reasons. And when they do, a company can either handle it in a professional way or sadly (as weve seen many times) they can defer any responsibility and leave the customer feeling frustrated and disappointed. Not the case with Green Acres Granite! These folks (from installers to office management) went above and beyond to assure a great outcome and place a high level of importance on customer satisfaction. I personally want to acknowledge Wendy Blair (office manager) for her incredible work to assure a great outcome! Thank you!

We thought the whole process of getting countertops for our kitchen was friendly, professional & cost effective. We are happy with the results & would absolutely recommend to a friend. I was also surprised to see that they had flooring, cabinet & tile choices so you really could do your whole kitchen there.

This company provides a quality product with great service. From the customer representative (Elaine) to the installers (Adrian, Jose & Fred), the team demonstrated the highest level of professionalism.

I placed an order for some cabinets under the kitchen island and one cabinet for the bathroom water closet (toilet). Cabinets did match with my other cabinets, however, installation was ok. The doors/drawers were not aligned so they had to come back and aligned them. One guy was sent and his helper was a granite installer and did not know much about cabinets. Now what really got me mad was that my cabinets were installed in January 2018 and one drawer handle was missing, they ordered more knobs than handles and lucky for them I had one extra handle. I gave them the handle and told them to have mine replaced to which Ryan (Sales Manager) agreed. Over the months I called asking about my drawer handle and I was told that it was on order. Sometimes I called and they said that they were going to call back and they never did. Finally on 14 May 2018 I called and they called back and said that the drawer handle was ordered on 14 May 2018, thats 5 months after Ive been trying to get my handle. I called on 15 May 2018 and asked to speak with a manager above Ryan and the person told me that he couldnt give me his information so I spoke with Ryan and he gave me all kinds of excuses as to why my handle was not ordered since January 2018. I will never go back to this company because their lack of customer service and the delay of my order.

Very disappointed. We paid green acres over $3k for a bathroom vanity. They ordered the wrong hardware which is a mistake we can understand (we did not want nickel and bronze on the same vanity). After my wife called three times regarding our missing hardware over a couple of weeks, i followed up with a call a week later. I waited another week and received no call or correspondance. I want to note my wife and i were polite and patient we waited over 3 weeks before writing this review. We certainly feel like we were forgotten because they already had all our money.Shortly after this Review- We picked up the hardware and finished ourselves . Happy with the vanity not happy with the management and responsiveness.

We had new granite countertops installed in our house. It was a pleasure to work with Green Acres Granite. The whole process from the very beginning to the end went smoothly, in a very timely manner. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

The installation crew at Green Acres was very professional and the install was perfect and was everything we would expect from a granite contractor. We will use Green Acres again for future projects.

67 square feet of old ugly granite removed and beautiful new quartz kitchen countertop installed in only four and a half hours, including the plumbing for a new sink. Juan, Tony and Fred the plumber did a professional job with the install, including clean-up. Great care was taken to not damage our flooring, cabinets and black-splash. They could not have done a better job. A few days earlier, Josh spent about an hour working up the new countertop template, and also did a fine job, answering all of our questions and relieving a lot of anxiety. Elaine, who handled all the paperwork and office preinstall meetings, was 100% professional and very helpful as well.

I have enjoyed my counter tops however, the hinges on one of my doors failed and I couldnt purchase them so I went back to get a few. Even though I was given a few for free, they were not the right fit so I made another trip to request that they order them and I pay for them. They said they would get back to me on the cost. A couple of day later, I get a phone call that I have to make a trip from Colorado Springs to a Will Call in Aurora or call them and have them ship it. However, when we called, the company that has the hinges will not ship to our address unless we have an account with Fed ex. Needless to say we have to make a special trip to Aurora to pick these hinges up to fix our cabinets. Im highly disappointed that I have spend more money in gas to get hinges that I cant find anywhere else. I didnt go to Denver to purchase my cabinets, I went to a company here and a year later, I dont have access to fix a small problem. Would recommend that if you do business get extra parts from them ahead of time or youll have to make a trip out of town for the parts.

No customer service. I would say the experience was generally good except when it came to minor damage done during installation. Absolutely no response to several requests to repair and/or reimburse. I have submitted a complaint to BBB. Will review again if/when there is a resolution.

I was pleasantly suprised with Green Acres on every aspect of my project. From the first call of inquiry to the completion of the project everyone were friendly, professional and of course the price for the quality. I had a big house project and I did 3 bathrooms granite counters with Green Acres and they were perfect. I just wish I did my kitchen with them as well but that was after I have already signed up with Lowes which I seriously regret.For anyone considering renovating on kitchen or bathroom I highly recommend Green Acres.Sales staff and clearly explaining the steps and the planning made everything so easy. The installers were very professional and the cleaning afterwards made everything smooth and seamless. Attention to details and taking care of everything when getting a great price makes these guys stand above all the rest.I will certainly will be using them in the future.

Green Acres performed both a real wood flooring and granite countertop install for me. The flooring install took only 3 days from start to finish. Having taken so little time, I was a bit worried. After 3 months, though, I am satisfied that the install is first rate. My only concern, and one I would change if I had it all to do over again, would be to insist on planks with no insect holes in them or, at the very least, to arrange the planks such that the holes are covered by furniture. With regard to the granite countertops, I was allowed to meet with the fabricators and define what part of the slab would be used for each particular surface. This flexibility was much appreciated. This allowed me to better match sections and eliminate certain undesired characteristics in the stone. The gentlemen who worked in my home were professional, cleaned up after the job was complete, and removed all trash and unused materials.

Poor customer service, changed prices 3 times. Blamed me for not wanting to pay. Dont waste your time here. Headache isnt worth it.

Would give a zero if I could *****buyer beware with this company***** Where do I start put the incorrect patern backsplash in. Didn’t install Kitchen sink correctly, caused sink to dip Dented stainless steel kenmore refrigerator. Scratched tile floor, and also had leaky vehicle leave oil spots in drive way. Customer service is adversarial when bringing issues to there attention. Stay away !

I am very happy with the look of my new kitchen counters and tile backsplash! Vincent and Brayden did a great job on the demolition and cleanup. On install day, Adrian and Juan joined the team and also did a wonderful, professional job. The look of how luxurious my kitchen counters were was pleasantly shocking! Fred did a great job on the plumbing and patiently tried to problem-solve a small leak that developed from my faucet. He gave me some great direction on next steps to take with Moen - Thank you Fred! On day 3, Dave and Zach installed the small tile backsplash we selected and let us know if we saw gaps or cracks in the grout to let them know. Finally, Sarah did a wonderful job helping us select the stone and tile combination that fit what we were looking to do in our kitchen. We had a glitch from estimate to final cost. Regardless, we are happy with the finished product.

We are very pleased with the work done by Green Acres Granite and are glad we chose them to upgrade our kitchen with new granite countertops and tile backsplash. From the beginning we were impressed with the fact that Green Acres Granite was able to do all aspects of the project including countertops, tile, plumbing etc. and enjoyed the benefits of dealing with one company throughout from start to finish. We enjoyed working with Kelly and Ryan as we chose and coordinated materials and appreciated the time and care that was taken by everyone on the Green Acres staff to accurately measure, fabricate and install the materials we chose. A special shoutout goes to Dave and Zach whose beautiful tile work gave a finishing touch to the whole project. Thank you Green Acres Granite for a job well done!

Green Acres Granite did a wonderful job on our kitchen countertops. They also had an extensive selection of granite and marble to choose from and were friendly and professional to work with. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends.

We replaced tiled countertops in both our master bathroom and laundry room with granite from Green Acres Granite. The people here are really nice and the job was done to our satisfaction. Cheaper to buy your sinks and other stuff directly from these guys than it was to get them from Home Depot or Lowes too. We are currently using them for another remodel of our guest bath...thats how confident I am in knowing the job will be done wonderfully and professionally.EDIT: Used Green Acres Granite for another wet bar area and vanity in our newly finished basement and although there were some glitches along the way as with most construction projects, Green Acres took care of us the whole way. They even worked with us when the contractor wasnt ready for template the day we had all agreed upon. They also worked with me on a defective sink and exchanged it with no questions asked...even re-hooked up the plumbing for me. We will be using them again when replacing our kitchen counter tops:)

I had the WORST experience of my homeowners life with Green Acres Granite. In June of 2017, Sam bid repairs for many edge chips on my granite. I prepaid 12 on-site repair hours that totaled $1260 and was promised a refund if the work took less time. The sink needed to be dropped, but Sam said the techs could do that. I scheduled for July 6 at 8 am so it could be done in one day by two techs. I called the day before and found out that Sam had left the company. The company did not know I was scheduled for the next morning. They called me back and rescheduled for the afternoon, which meant they could not finish the job in one day.When the techs showed up, the lead tech Adrian was the only one who spoke English. He was a poor communicator and did not communicate with me directly but instead called his supervisor Ryan at the office. Ryan then called me. So all of the communication was three-way—very frustrating.Adrian said the repairs would take twice the time quoted and that they could not drop the sink. I said if the repairs would cost $2500, I didnt want them to start as I could possibly replace the granite for that cost or slightly more. It took a solid hour for Adrian to communicate with me that to fix all the chips, he had to grind down the entire profile and change my edge from a softly turned corner to a demi bullnose--a major messy job. I was aware they were going to grind the sink edge, but Sam did not say they would grind all the edges. While we were trying to figure all this out, Ryan assured me that I would NOT be charged for the time they were not working.After an hour, we decided to do the edges ONLY this time and NOT the sink. I left them to work for three hours. When I came downstairs, they had done both the edges AND the sink, still in place. The granite looked so bad I thought they had completely ruined it. Turns out the edges looked okay, but the sink looked awful.On the 10th, they came back for two hours and fixed a seam that wasnt smooth anymore. It is smooth now, but the area they masked off has a different sheen....it goes from shiny to less shiny. I asked them to polish the edges, and they did, but they still do not look polished. They have shiny parts and matte parts. And many spots have tiny white dusk flecks embedded in the granite, which changes the look of the granite in those spots. Adrian tried to fix that with a black Sharpie.While I wasnt satisfied with the repairs, I didnt want them coming back to my house. Because they had only worked 10 out of the 12 hours that I paid for, I called Green Acres to get a refund. I talked to Ryan, and he told me to call his supervisor Wendy. I called Wendy, who made assumptions about what happened based upon what she had heard third-hand. She also overtalked me and interrupted me, to the point I had to ask her to please listen to my side of the story. When she finally heard the facts, she said she would get back with me.After several more calls, both Wendy and Ryan finally called me back and left messages. When I talked to Ryan, he said they would only give me one hour refund. I asked to speak to his supervisor, and was transferred to Wendy. Wendy reiterated that the refund was only one hour, and also said they had come out three times and not two. She overtalked me deliberately in an antagonistic and aggressive way. I stayed calm and explained the situation again, asking again for the refund of the two unused hours.Then, Wendy said the following, You know, I’ve spent too much time on this, so I’m going to give you your damn money back, and you can work with someone else in the future. I’ll have Ryan refund your money, and you have a nice life.Then she HUNG UP on me, a paying customer. I have never been treated so rudely by someone in management at a company of any size.I called back to see if they needed my credit card to process the refund. I spoke with Kelly, who actually did process the refund and sent me a receipt. Thank you Kelly.
