This is the best Office Depot! No matter what I need done, I can always count on James to do the job without any issues. The guy is fantastic. He is always friendly, quick, efficient, great at multi tasking. The manager of the store, Susan is very personable and does s great job managing the store. I am on the road a lot with work and at times have been forced to try other locations. Trust me, this store is the best!

Best staff and very helpful with any needs! Also they pay you to return your in cartridges.

I came in with my dinosaur PC, which I expected to be pronounced extinct and impossible to raise from the dead but was met with extraordinary customer service. Three of the staff members went above and beyond to help (they rotated in order to assist other customers). Turns out, I only needed a new battery. This was discovered after they blew out years of dust- unbelievable! I cannot say enough about this team! Best experience ever to an older tech user.

Almost every time I’ve been here they have messed something up. Usually, something was priced wrong (happened multiple times, resulting in a waste of my time).

I gotta admit Im kinda shocked with some of the things you can purchase from this store.however I was super impressed with the smart TP lights that I was able to pick up and place in my home and how easy the setup process was. my wife thoroughly enjoys coming home at night from work when the house lights are automatically on and the fact that they will turn off later on in the day and weve watched a significant decrease in the utility bill for the accidental lights being left on.from household items such as toilet paper to office supplies such as printer paper to technology including the ability to pick up a TV mounting bracket and new desk with the computer they seem to have it all.

Excellent stress free return on a HP Office jet printer cartridge xl63, the printer displayed the xl 63 is incompatable though the package states compatable for the 3830 HP Office jet. Thank you and I’ll def continue being a loyal customer to this Office Depot.

I placed an order for an in-stock item so I could pick it up same day. Later that day the order was canceled because their web site had the wrong inventory information. Normally thats no problem. But, I paid with PayPal. So even though Office Depot canceled it and did not charge my account, PayPal is holding the funds for 30 days until the authorization expires. I asked Office Depot for help online, but their customer service representative couldnt do anything about it. The result: Office Depots defective inventory management system made me lose access to several hundred dollars for 30 days. Back to Amazon, I guess. Wish I couldve supported more local jobs.

This review is only for copying/printing services. Austin has helped me complete two printing projects now and they both came out wonderfully. He is professional, thorough, prompt and kind! They also pushed an order through for me because I was short on time. I will continue to get my printing jobs completed here thanks to Austin!

Some shelves are empty. Staff seemed more interested in chatting with one another. A few were stocking shelves.

What an amazing team! Went in to get a final report printed and bound for one of my college courses, and I could not be more satisfied with the print services. I brought in a flash drive and did not format the pages correctly which caused my images to move around on the page and ruined my table of contents. The two men in the print shop not only printed the report multiple times for me, but also helped me format the pages correctly on the spot! Thank you guys for your exceptional customer service and going above and beyond to make this work.

Ive written no more than a handful of reviews ever. Seems the right thing to do here. Late one night in 2016, I was to Colorado Springs from Denver. For weeks, Id been thinking about my need for a safe for home office use. Remembering that Id seen an Office Depot location on Briargate, I pulled into the parking lot only minutes before closing, and asked the first sales person I encountered if Office Depot carried safes. Before she could answer, a voice off to my right said, Sure...come on...Ill take you back...our safes are located at the back of the store. That was Dave Bennett, your store manager. Mr. Bennett could have remained silent and left me to sales lady or to a search on my own. As your store manager, surely he had end-of-the-day responsibilities before he could turn off the lights and go home to his family. And just as easily, he could have said, Im sorry...were closing. But if youll come back tomorrow, well be happy to help you. Mr. Bennett treated me like I was his first customer of the day, and his only customer. Since that night, Ive return to Mr. Bennetts store for all my home office needs, including printing, and on the days Mr. Bennett hasnt been in, I found his capable staff to be a reflection of him. Though he has many admirable qualities, what impresses me most is that during our conversations, Mr. Bennett always looks me directly in the eye. Ive been in business for myself all my life, and have had many, many employees and sales people. Ive little doubt that Office Depot also recognized Mr. Bennetts qualities, and will strive to always keep him as part of your team.

I had to fax a couple of documents and it was my first time faxing from a store and I didn’t know how to go about doing that, and Clay was there to help. I will tell you that was the best customer service I have ever had!! He answered all my questions and was patient with, since I had no experience doing that.While I waited to confirm that my items have faxed he offered for me to sit in the waiting area and that there was fresh coffee. He would come to me when it was done! Very professional and nice. Keep up the good work Clay!

Excellent, well-managed store location. I go often. There are deals on Keurig K-Cups I especially like and can stock up and with better than Costco variety at Costco comparable prices. And its my go to for all office supply needs. Staff is always helpful in locating items in what has been an always confusing (for me) Office Depot layout scheme.

Employees here give out wrong information. Literally wasted so much time because a sales associate didn’t inform me on their rewards program and the requirements to get those rewards. Nothing irritates me than a corporate store with untrained employees.

I was asked several times if I needed assistance by the friendly staff. The store was neat and clean ( its also new) and checking out was fast and efficient. They seemed to have a great selection as well.

Buy most of my office supplies here. Also had them print several large print jobs, executed perfectly, no issues. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help.

The staff is very friendly and inviting. They will point you in the right direction, the moment you walk inside. The store is very organized.

Update: I finally just walked out. I was ignored, not helped. No we will be right with you, just rudeness. I wont be back.Standing here waiting for someone to help me.This place is very disorganized and sloppy. I agree with another reviewer that I don’t know how they have 4 stars. They are local and they generally have the office items you need... Just at outrageous prices.I dont begrudge anyone making a profit, but when I can find the same item (same manufacturer and model number) for 1/2 price online... including free shipping... then youve got a problem.I am grateful they do match Amazon prime pricing.

Terrible printing service. Weve used a couple of times. The first time they messed up our order and didnt give us a discount .The second time we ordered online and they never printed it because their printers were down. Recommend you avoid for printing jobs, go to FedEx (just across the street) instead.

Management must be doing something right because the staff was super stoked to be working there. I worked at BizMart back in the day and it just wasnt that exciting. Great leadership = Great customer service!

Handicap ramp was blocked because they used it as a shopping cart storage area. When I told an employee about it they said I could move them myself. Unbelievable.

They wouldnt honor their own websites ads and coupons , wasted a lot of time. Found exactly the same item on Amazon over 50% cheaper.

I usually leave here to go order online. When it comes to desk supplies and supplies for your work, I feel they have limited options. I much prefer Staples when it comes to selection.

6 people on the floor, 1 at register doing a return. Limited inventory. Go to Amazon. Any business that can’t figure the basics of front store management is doomed.

This is an older store that could use a good remodel but everything is here that you might need for your office or home office and the staff is always friendly.

This is one of the nicer looking office Depot in town. Staff is helpful. Prices are a bit high.

I was struck by the simplicity and quietness of the remaining store in what was once an Office Max/Office Depot block. In fact, I walked out and bought my paper online and had it delivered to the door. Its a shame, as I went to the store with every good intention and expectation. Still, it certainly has a better stock than anything else within three miles, including the Walmart and the Best Buy. Hmm, I think it might be a little squeezed. It has to be hard to make a living just selling office supplies. Still, I miss the Office Max which was twice the size and more competitive.

Needed printed discount coupon for a discount on a purchase at a retail electronics store. The employees at office depot were very helpful in transferring the coupon from my phone to the printer.

I was in there looking around for 20 minutes and none of the handful of employees even said hello. When I did find my item, I went to check out, the cashier acted like I was incoveniencing him and checked me out at a register across the store without even looking at me.

Not sure how these guys have a 4 star average. We own a small business in colorado springs and purchased a lot of our supplies and equipment from them. all good on the check out, but when you want to return something, they have no clue whats going on. Twice, we returned something a few days after purchasing, un-opened and we were refunded significantly less that we purchased because we had no receipt and they could not find the purchase on our rewards account. The process was maddening and almost seemed intentional. While they claimed they could not find the purchase in the system, we received email confirmations of the purchases and requests to review the purchase. The customer service and returns process is super important. Not impressed.

Awful experience, rude staff, and very unhelpful at this location. They were loudly complaining about this time of the year, back to school shoppers. Usually if I ask for help at an OfficeMax, staff is incredibly helpful & they even go out of their way to take me to the item I am looking for and gladly ask if there was anything else on my list that I needed. Ill stick to OfficeMax from now on.

The young lady that works the print center did an awful job and some prints and was not very polite.The manager Rich, was lingering around me as I was shopping like I was going to steal something. I found this to be not only incredibly insulting but highly inappropriate.Will shop at other locations in the future.

Very unprofessional. I will never go back. My mother has been a customer for 16 years and this is very disappointing.
