I absolutely loved it! Their cookies are HUGE! I got four which would probably feed about 8 because I highly doubt anyone could eat a whole one. But they’re so good! They have so many to choose from my personal favorite was the milk chocolate chip!The employees are great, they offered to help answer any questions I had and assist me in picking out the best cookie for me!The store is very well kept and clean! Especially during covid I know a lot of people are worried about that so if that’s you just know this location is very nice!

Love this location. They are all friendly and get you served super quick even when it’s crowded. The cookies always look great and taste even better. We go every week to get the new flavors and they are rarely out of any one flavor.

If you have a sweet tooth youre going to love these cookies but... Theyre not the greatest thing since sliced bread I think I can whip up some better cookies at my house. And I was surprised that the selection was rather limited, but you have to go try them... the boxes are cute as can be. Be prepared to pay a little bit more for your cookie.

So many cookies so little time! Oddly enough I like the chilled cookies more than the warm ones. They are closed on Sundays and reset their menu choices on Monday’s. I know this because I check every Monday to decide which one to buy. Definitely give it a try. Be warned it’s addictive!

Great cookies and flavors! Ice cream flavors and quality is also great. Cookies are a bit too sweet in my opinion. Well made and stay fresh to eat when left out for a good few days. They will stay good for a week or more in the fridge. Runs out of flavors and ice cream often it seems, so go early!

The cookie slingers working this evening were busy, but were killing it at every turn. They had impeccable communication with the customers when there was a wait for one of their cookies. If you need the sweets and some treats, get at them!

Crumbl Cookies are like no other cookie shop. These are THE BEST cookies you will ever eat in your life! When I first discovered them, it was the wonderful smell that made me look for the store. When I went inside, I thought it was strange to only offer a small variety, but the line was out the door!! I couldn’t even see what they had, but based on the smell, I knew it would be worth the wait. It certainly was worth the wait and now I check each week to see what they have. It’s a 45 minute drive, but so with it!!!

Ive never been a fan of cookies. I prefer not to waste my time eating sad sweets. In fact, cookies wouldnt even make my top 10 list...until Crumbl happened. These cookies are the perfect balance of lightly crisp edges and soft warm center. Theyre thick without being too dense and with so many unique flavor profiles, youre guaranteed to find one that suits your fancy.Ive eaten more cookies in the last month than in my entire lifetime and my family now refers to Mondays as new flavor day.Youve made me a believer, and as such I feel a duty to help spread the good word. My daughter told me about Crumbl and a Co-worker had said how good their cookies were. I stopped in with my daughter and I ordered a 4 pack. We went shopping and it was warm that day. We finished shopping and at the end we had cookies. O M Goodness!! I could have eaten all 4 of mine and all 4 of hers!! They were still warm, chewy and wonderful!! Highly recommend them!! So worth the wait!!

Crumbl Cookies is just *chefs kiss.* Ive only been there a few times, but Ive tried 9 different flavors and they were all scrumptious. I love that theres a new set of flavors every week and you can eat creative, unique cookies; however, the company also responds to its customers - they brought back the fan favorite cornbread cookie and featured the Mallow Sandwich ft. Oreo cookie, a dessert designed by fans. Every time I go into the store I am impressed by the efficiency and joyful attitude of the employees. Crumbl Cookies gets 5 stars from me!

Ive had a few different cookies and theyve all be delicious. Some are really rich and sweet, while others are just the right amount of sweet, which is not super sweet for me. They have something for everyones taste. They know cookies! The employees are always friendly, fun and those kids stay busy.

I went inside and explained the situation, even offering to cancel the order and leave them the money but they insisted in fulfilling the order. That’s not even mentioning how delicious the cookies were. The menu rotates every week but I’ve never found a bad cookie here!Also, don’t do what I did. It’s not cool and I shamed myself by eating them all.

The original cookies that this store started out with that made the business are excellent! the new ones they are coming up with I have not found them to be very good and when they substitute them in and take the original ones out the ones that made the business in the first place and you can’t get them when you go in is very frustrating!!!!! staff is very helpful and it’s nice clean place.

These are seriously the best cookies Ive ever had! I love trying new flavors each week. Theyre so big, I like to cut them in quarters, which helps them last longer. The Andes mint is my absolute flavor! Plus, I love the almond flavoring you get on the chilled sugar cookie. Highly recommend trying Crumbl cookies!I was a little disappointed in the rocky road cookie I received today, as it was really just a chocolate cookie with nuts in it - no marshmallow. Not one I would get again if thats a possibility of happening.

Have had their cookies before and were very tasty. Today I went in and was very disappointed. I ordered two boxes and one box was not right, it had a cookie I didnt even order and another that didnt get frosted. Unfortunately I didnt even notice until I got home.

Ive gone to Crumbl for their flavors of the week probably 6x now. When theyre done right, theyre amazing. Unfortunately, 3x now there has been an issue with the cookie not being complete. First time I got the cornbread cookie and there was zero frosting. Another time I got the lime cookie and there was no drizzle. Just got the hazlenut cookie and no filling. Plus every one of my cookies is dry and overcooked. Just unfortunate. I love them so much when theyre done correctly, but the mess up rate is pretty high.

Just rediculously AH-MAZING! 💖We live in Pueblo West and we come here every time we are in the Springs. My favorite... If I had to choose, is the Churro! Not dont make me choose! The Strawberry Pop-Tart was soooooo warm and 😋 yummy! Anything chocolate is ooey and gooey, dang!Im actually a little glad that its so far away... Heheheeee! 😂

Sure crumbl is great in all but where the frick is the gluten free option? Like hello there are plenty of people out there who are gluten intolerant. Too bad I can’t sit with my friends while they eat crumbl. Cmon crumbl you make great cookies, so why not top it off with a Gf option. So alas I am here delivering crumbl to my friends and I really wish I could eat one!

Its like Amazon but for cookies. The curbside delivery option makes it easy so you dont even get out of the car. Changing up the flavors every week keeps things fresh and interesting.

I LOVE Crumbl cookies! The app makes ordering really easy. We love about 15 mins away so it’s nice to make my order before I leave my house. My only complaint is that the crumble in Colorado Springs almost always runs out of the most popular cookies by Friday….

First off...Im very particular when it comes to baked goods. I refuse to use any cookie mixes from the store and I prefer my homemade cookies over most of the other bakeries in town, EXCEPT Crumbl cookies. These are amazing! Exactly what I look for in a cookie, slight crunch on the outside but soft chewy center that soaks up the milk. If I could give more stars I would.

I go there almost every week. For the most part, very satisfied. The kids could do a little better at making the cookies.

Okay- I was one of THOSE people that ordered cookies RIGHT When they were closing BUT I didn’t know!! We felt so bad when they got there and IMMEDIATELY offered to cancel the order but they said there were 6 SIX (!!!!!!) people in line with us! They were SO nice and helped up right away! As a someone in the service industry who knows how frustrating it can be to have those last minute people, they were 100 accommodating and prompt! Not to mention DELICIOUS!

Great cookies, operation is poorly run at this location. Out of the last 5 times we ordered, 3 were incorrect and/or gave us someone else’s order. Hopefully the franchise will invest in better training to minimize errors and provide a better customer experience. Double check your orders before you leave the location.

These are probably the BEST chain store “cookies” I have ever bought at a strip mall. My daughter spoke of these so I spoiled her and we bought a four pack. A little expensive at about $3 each but well worth it. The store was packed with us starting a line outside the door but moved fairly quickly. There were three young ladies that really knew how to do their job, but they obviously did not enjoy their job. Not one of them smiled the entire fifteen minutes we stood inside. I was SO excited to smell the cookies, see the samples on the counter and couldn’t wait to try one and the product did not disappoint! But the atmosphere of employees were depressing. Hopefully they find the joy in bringing their customers such perfection!

It’s cool to let the staff off early the 3rd of July, but really unprofessional leaving at least five groups of people outside 5 minutes to 9, including door dash people, coming in to pick up orders, which are allowed to be placed til 9. Placed my order this morning- extremely disappointed. The employee outside screaming at the customers that “they closed at 9 and it doesn’t matter” was literal trash as well, never mind the one inside I watched yell at the door dash driver. They’re lucky they’re closed the next two days so my husband can calm down before calling for a refund.

Late night, nothings open. I need sugar. And not that bs gas station sugar. I need the good good. These folks NEVER disappoint. Cookies arrive fresh and taste perfect. 👌

Went in today to get cookies there were 5 families/people waiting to order. First they were having issues with banana bread cookies so the quit taking orders to find people to fix the issue. They had three people making cookies that I saw two people filling mostly online orders and filing the same order together. After waiting thirty minutes I was up at the front and waited a few minutes before speaking up asking if I could order that I had waited in store thirty minutes at this point there is a line into the parking lot. I said you have to take in store orders as well not just online orders because you have lots of people waiting and I was told online is priority so if I want faster service I should order online…. Im blown away. There is no one giving direction in here the manager was in store and did nothing to help or take charge. I couldnt imagine going to chic fil a and them telling people waiting in drive through and in store sorry online has priority. There needs to be people filling just online orders and people taking and filling orders 35 to 40 mins waiting in store is ridiculous. I only waited because my daughter was with me and her birthday is thus week. The banana cookie was bit very good and the fruity pebble had little flavor. I have not had this issue in the past, but was really bad this time.

I have frequently come in to this place and got great cookies but service is lacking.... When they first opened they took your order and now its all on tablets, which is cool but if you didnt know it was on tablets no one would help until you say something...also today I was going to order on line and they are out of boxes in 4 and 6 count so I would be forced to buy a 12 count or over pay for individual boxes....I love the cookies but I really do think someone needs to fix the issues with this location.

I ordered and arrived 30 minutes later for curbside. There is no where to park for curbside, so I’m not sure why it was an option when checking out. I went inside and went to the pick up counter and waited 20 minutes for them to aknowledge me. People behind me where being asked. I finally shouted my name and then they made 4 boxes before mine. The cookies are AMAZING! But I am not driving this far for them again, with the shop being so unorganized.

Our Denver family asked up to pick some cookies up and I placed an online order at 12pm for a 4:30pm pickup. This was our very first Crumbl cookies ever and was excited to try all the flavors of the week. We placed 2 Party Box orders for almost $80 to include a $9.xx tip expecting all the ordered flavors. At 4:34pm I placed a call to the COS location letting them know our vehicle description for pickup had changed and the gal informed me she’d bring our order out. Well she came out alright, to let us know that 6 of our 24 cookie flavors was a 45 minute wait. A 45 minute wait people! Mind you, I placed this order over 4 hours ago and I still have to wait another 45 minutes when we had to delivery these cookies to our Denver family? Unacceptable! I’d rather take my business elsewhere for $80 cookies.
