The stores okay. Just dont schedule a vaccine other than a day off work. Youre not likely to be seen within 20 minutes of your appointment time.

This has got to be the worst drive thru experience ever the person in front of me took 20 min least to get done . The clerk should have told them to come inside to help them so that the rest of the people who were waiting in the drive thru wouldnt have to sit in their cars for over 20 min. Never again.

Great store. But they dont give employees weekends off. That will make them quit. Better change this. Or you will lose what loyal employees you have.

One of the pharmacist was extremely rude when I came up to the counter and said I had scheduled a vaccine online. He couldn’t help me and all even though the pharmacy area was completely empty. He said I need an appointment or they wouldn’t help me, I did try to make an appointment online, it also states online they take walk-ins. Huge attitude for no reason. Went to the one of fountain Mesa and they took me as a walk-in. A LOT nicer than they were.

I just wanted to pick up my prescription and waited in line for 30 minutes. They told me I had to come back in 30 minutes for it so I had to wait in line again then was told I have to come back tomorrow. They could of just transferred the info to another location but I was not given that option.

This is the best pharmacy and drugstore in town! Love the staff! They are always super helpful and friendly. They definitely have more of the small town pharmacy feel.

Claims they do rapid COVID testing. THEY DO NOT. Was lied to about the testing, results AND the old dude answering the phone was rude as hell. Drive up to the springs. At least they try to help customers.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. Parking lot is a little difficult to get in and out of though.

I am a postmates delivery guy and I was in here on 2/26/2021 and one the deliveries I couldnt go due so I stuck around til my ride got back well the three ladies was so awesome they let me stick around inside so I didnt have to wait out in the cold even the shift lead or manager was great on the evening shift she let me sit in her car even after they closed so I wasnt freezing it was really appreciated thank you ladies so much yall rock

The middle aged woman in the pharmacy felt the need to take her bad day out on me.

I dont know why the employees in the pharmacy are always so rude or act like customers are taking up their time, but it makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

We are new to the area. I have a child with severe epilepsy. She has a rescue medication to SAVE HER LIFE. I have filled at this location 6 times now. ALL 6 times they filled it incorrectly. They give me half dose and charge me for full dose. Each time they argue with me like I dont know what Im talking about. That I havent been filling this same script for YEARS. I also happen to be a licensed CMA. I pass meds for a living. Even after I had neurology call to confirm they were filling it incorrectly they did it AGAIN the next day. Im BEYOND done. All other locations can figure this out. Why cant this one.

So sick of this place. I stop in because it is right by my house but EVERYTIME, the lines are a 5 or 10 minute wait. This is supposed to be a convenience store. Im tired of going in and being in there for 15 minutes because they only have one checker working. Poorly run store. At least its clean... and the staff is pretty nice.. Probably going to stop going altogether because of the long waits! If there is a long line another checker should step up and that never happens.

Pharmacy caused me to have to make multiple trips because they didn’t fill all of my medications and didn’t tell me they weren’t going to. They said they did this because the medication was OTC, but so was one of the other medications that they filled that I paid for. So just a waste of time, due to either laziness and/or forgetfulness by the staff, and lack of communication.

Marlene made the experience at this Walgreens awful. As I waited patiently for her as she yelled, next then ignored me further. She rudely sent me to the front just for them to send me back to her. Horrendous lines and atrocious customer service.

The manager Analysia was the most unprofessional person I have had the privilege to speak with, refused to help actually resolve the issues and was very short over the phone.....It is part of the job to deal with store problems and with great customer service. Unfortunately that was not offered.Pharmacy drive thru needs some updates on policy. The customer service is great and the staff are friendly but no one is on the same page. I came last week for my daughters prescription just fine no problems. Verified insurance with the same paper work today as then and it turned out to take me 20 minutes so far for staff to figure out whats going on and still have not been able to get my prescriptions. Looks not only walgreens look bad but also the people who are working so hard to help not only the customers but the company its self.

Need to have someone else run the drive-thru.the one running it today does not know what is going on. Five cars 35 minutes 4:15. Another fine day to sit in Walgreens drive-through line. This time I was number 4 and it is already been 30 minutes. I dont understand what takes so long when its my turn Im in and out within a minute and a half. I used to go to the one on Fountain Mesa in Fountain and I switch to the one on Main Street and it is just as bad. I would highly recommend that you check your options before you commit to Walgreens I will be switching.

Dropped of my sons prescription, and a week later nothing. They said they didnt have enough in to fill, and it would be until Thursday. Ok, fine, well wait a couple days. A week later... nada! No call saying why the wait! They really need to call customers to let them know these things, or just flat out tell them that the insurance doesnt cover this. Never going there again.

Pharmacy gave me wrong labels on medicine. When I called they said it was right medicine. They completely had the wrong information. This caused a headache especially since I had to call back doctor to figure everything out.

Called the pharmacy for a prescription and they were so rude and when I asked a question they were so irritated. I thanked them and they just hung up on me! Very Rude!

Ive gone to this location for years. Sometimes the pharmacy techs are not in the best mood but ultimately they do a very good job. I am prescribed a medication that I unfortunately have to take every day, and when I submit my refill online it is promptly refilled on time. One of my prescriptions however they seem to not be able to process correctly, and when I inquire about it they do not know why. Ultimately, its not the best, but not the worst.

Very good store. Started coming here after getting sick of dealing with the 30 - 60 minute wait times to pick up scripts at the Fountain Mesa store. Even when busy the wait here is short and the staff is always very friendly.

Something really bad happen.About a month ago I went to pick up 3 different medications. After the long wait I get my medications and get in the car. I read the bottles and 2 of the bottle labels said the same medicine name but the pills looked different. I look at the paper description and the description completely didnt match the pills in one bottle. After sorting it out I come to find THEY GAVE ME SOMEONE ELSES MEDICATION, WITH THE WRONG MEDICINE NAME ON THE BOTTLE!!!!!! I WAS SHOCKED!! I could have gotten extremely injured if I had not looked and jusy taken a mystery prescription narcotic. DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRESCRIPTIONS!!!!!! THE PHARMACIST ARE NEGLOGENT AND CARELESS!!!WHAT MORON LABLES MEDICATION WRONG AND THEN GIVES IT TO THE WRONG PERSON!!!!!!IF ANYONE KNOWS A NUMBER TO CALL TO REPORT THIS IT WOULD BE SO HELPFUL!

The store itself is very clean and the staff are usually happy to assist. The pharmacy is another story, usually very rude and not very helpful at all. Have thrown out several of my daughters prescriptions and instead of enlightening the family and making us aware that this is offered as an over the counter medication simply left us with shrugged shoulders and saying that they never received the script, were that was not the case. My daughter went through this for several weeks! And now new medications are coming up and the script was filled with haste and rude remarks, a few of her tablets were even crushed!!! This is not how business should be conducted. I will have my scripts filled at Wal-Mart from now on:-/

Gave me a generic refill without even notifying me. When I got the prescription filled originally, I made it super clear that I only wanted to use the specific brand and only went to this Walgreens because they had it. King Soopers charges about $40 for this particular prescription while Walgreens is double that. I pay out of pocket and it is worth it for my piece of mind that it is the exact thing that Ive been on for years but I just paid $80 for what I couldve gotten for $40 because Walgreens didnt even bother to tell me.

This pharmacy could/did not get my scripts filled in a timely manner. Im up here visiting from Texas and it took 4 calls to Walgreens and 4 to my doctor and they STILL couldnt get it!!!!! My pharmacy in Texas, The Medicine Chest, got it right on 1 yes one call and my husband is having to pay to overnight my neds.That was faster than dealing with your inept pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You dont even get one star from me!!!!! You get negative 5! Ill NEVER use Walgreens again!!!!

Dont go here to get your picture taken. Especially for a passport unless you have a month or two to waste when it gets kicked back.

Terrible, will never return! They close at 9pm, but will not refill your prescription at 845pm.

Dropped off a prescription yesterday (Wednesday) in the morning. Went back next day at noon still not ready. So I took my prescription to King Soopers it was filled in less then a hour. I will never use this pharmacy again.
