It doesn’t get much better than this place. They have everything you need. The staff is the nicest you’ll find around. They are very helpful and knowledgeable. Dog friendly, and the staff always has cookies in their pockets for the pups. Ohhh yeah, don’t forget to grab a bite in their restaurant. The food is delicious and priced well. I’ll be back! 🐶❤️

This is more than a sporting goods store, its an all out destination. What other place can you buy fishing gear and ride a ferris wheel. They have a huge selection of any sporting goods that you need, food, candy, and even toys. We have been to a bunch of cool places on our trip, but this is where my kids keep asking to go back to. Go check it out.

My only two real interests are Firearms and Fishing. Both areas are the best stocked that Ive seen. Theyre hurting for ammo but everyone is.I was able to get into Firearms. Came in from out-of-town and had a 2 hour wait last time, never viewed or touched a gun.There staff are knowledgeable and when they dont know, they find another staff who will get you an answer.An excellent experience!!

Seriously an adult play store! They have more than bass pro. Spent three hours in Scheels and did NOT buy a single thing. The bowling experience was great! Honestly recommend if your looking into killing time. Theres plenty to do. They have a giant fish tank, play structure, candy store, etc.

We have been customers and card holders since they opened. And every singles staff member is always great and we always have a great experience. But, today we went to buy a hunting rifle and Alex was awesome! He educated us as we are gun owners but newer to elk hunting. We usually only deer hunt and out of state. Great experience and knowledge! 5 stars and I owe this company many more 5 star reviews from many other experiences haha!

This place is awesome. You can spend an entire day walking around. The management is incredible. The employees are friendly and helpful! Prices are very fair. The cafe was delicious and very reasonably priced for great quality. Beyond all expectations. A fantastic experience.

Worth a visit ... a LONG visitPerhaps youre thinking we dont need another super store, and you could be forgiven for feeling that way. But, once you check it out, you may decide this is a welcome addition to the big-box space. Set aside a decent amount of time, as it will take all of that just to scout the place. Good quality offerings, clean and well organized with several fun surprises for you. The most obvious advantage for this concept is that it could save you trips to two or three super stores, because you could get an even wider variety of products here than at any one or two of the others. I purchased a product that had some premature damage. Josh from optics took the time to follow up with the manufacturer and contact me to inform me I will receive a replacement. He was kind, quick. In addition, the selection is impressive and have made several purchases. I like the how they will give you coupons for the cafe while you wait if you are purchasing an item that requires a background.

Awesome store! Kind of expensive, many expensive brands, but they do price match! Lots of clothing choices for everyone in the family. Cafe prices are decent. Ferris wheel was only $1, buy tokens for it at the register. Arcade, bowling, fish tank, candy store! So much stuff!

Family friendly mall. Join the Ferris wheel queue once you step in while one of you go to the customer service counter to get your ride token. Be ready to wait from 30minutes or even longer on busy days. There is a Ginna’s cafe in the store that we yet to try the food. There are so much to see. Prepare to spend at least a few hours in this huge store.

Randi in the womens shoe department (COS) went above and beyond in helping me select court shoes & running socks! Super nice and very customer service oriented, even checked if shoes had real leather or not. Being vegan, that was a big deal for me. They are also very dog friendly in the store!

This is quite an experience of a sporting goods store. Its more like a mall! But the prices are good, and the employees are quite good at their jobs, and very enthusiastic too. I bought a Tepui rooftop tent - Christian Fallentine helped me pick the right one for my odd setup, and it has been stellar.

They had a nice array of ammo but the most popular ammo they were out of like most places. Overall I love sheels!!

The archery department is awesome. The product selection is vast and the staff are very helpful. The arrows I purchased last week are a great value and exactly what I was looking for. A very helpful associate at the archery counter had them cut to my length within minutes. The associate was very honest and informative when I asked questions regarding the tolerance specifications of the various arrows. I never felt like I was being pressured into higher priced options. I bought a similar arrow (re-branded Victory arrow) from a local bow shop and paid twice as much.

My friend Honest Abe told me he was glad to see me but not to be overwhelmed but to enjoy myself. Found few things I had been looking for. I love the width of the aisles to turn a cart around, perfect! Love that it is dog friendly but as an AKC evaluator and dog obedience trainer I did notice few dog parents not correctly removing their dog away from situations that made their dog become overly reactive and vocal. Bringing your pet with you is a privilege not mandatory. We enjoyed ourself very much. Loved the fish tank. Two levels start at top work your way to check out. Had a great time!

Great returning experience - I needed to make a return and couldnt find my receipt . The customer service was very helpful and looked up my receipt with my credit card , they were very nice about it , friendly and helpful . Thank you guys for your great customer service !!

This place is amazing! So many different clothing brands to choose fun and good variety of styles. We went in last weekend to do some back to school shopping for myself and my daughter. Megan was so friendly and helped us find what we were looking for. She asked my 11 year old about about what colors and styles she liked, helped us find different options and sizes, and even suggested a few items that turned out to be our favorite! I was very surprised to see the selection of women’s business casual they had for myself and Megan was so patient to assist me in locating all the options available in long length pants. The final thing we had to buy was a backpack for my daughter and I appreciated Megan asking me what my price range was and then took time to point out those in my range to my daughter. Such a fun and pleasant shopping experience and really appreciated Megan’s assistance, knowledge, and advice.

My experience with scheels is truly amazing. Customer service is great. The food in a cafe was truly delicious. My grandson absolutely love the ferris wheel. Overall it was just a great afternoon highly recommended.

This is the best store to open in the springs in years! There is something for everybody in the family including your pets. Lots of activities and displays to keep you occupied, the aquariums at the entrance are amazing!

Perfect place to shop and bring your kids! The Ferris Wheel is only $1 per person, and they let us ride for free our first time. (You have to be at least 36 inches tall to ride) This place is packed FULL of awesome stuff: arcade, mini bowling ally, candy shop, playground and more! We will be back and often!

Went for a men’s jacket, fudge and ice cream. I forgot ask for the mans name who helped us with the jacket and bowling bag but he was amazing! Gigi at the cafe was terrific. We had a fantastic experience.

Since this location has opened, I have spent over $7,000+ because Scheels motto is, “100% money back - satisfaction guarantee” or so I thought.. when I went it there to return FOUR items (less then Two hundred dollars) they refused to give me my money back because of an issue with management being able to provide knowledgeable customer service regarding that I paid cash for my items and they tried to accuse me of lying and not paying full price because my fiancé worked there. ( which he left because he got treated poorly from management) Since he worked there, he knows that anything under 250$ is an automatic refund no-matter-what- to make the Customer happy is the company policy. I will now be returning well over the $4000 and be putting my money elsewhere. What kind of company doesn’t stick by their own motto? Last time I’ll ever shop here, very disappointing. I was one of the most loyal customers! The store leader can pull up my name and see what type of customer you’re losing. Hire better management.

This place is certainly a place I would go again! For one thing, the the Candy shop has some really great treats that were awesome! (I tried the Turtle Candy apple.) Another thing is that the staff were really friendly! One of them asked me if I wanted to play a game, and I said yes! Finally, the dioramas of landscape was awesome (The bats were adorable!) Im a little bummed that I couldnt ride the Ferris wheel, but Im Planning on coming back here, family and all, for more experiences that will last forever!

Just like the larger sporting goods stores, but with a twist. Several small stores within a larger store, but with a large Ferris wheel in the center. Two large levels of shopping with everything you need for your outdoor adventures. Just make sure you bring an empty credit card because outside of the candy store or coffee shop,, this place has quality products at quality prices! The staff was friendly and helpful. They were not following mask recommendations and it was pretty busy when we were there. Not really my type of store but for the sporty, outdoor personalities you may want to visit.

Today was my first time visiting Scheels and let me just say I was utterly amazed by the sights and sounds. The staff were amazing but one gentleman truly stood out to me, Andrew Start of the firearms department. Josie in the children’s shoe department was amazing! She was very friendly, kind, and worked with us to make sure we found the perfect sandals for our daughter that were comfortable and that our daughter loved. We will definitely be coming back every time we need shoes for her in the future to work with Josie! We’ve never had such a positive experience shopping for kids shoes or seen such a great selection for toddlers shoes!

I was able to find a variety of items to choose from, not just one brand or one price. I love it when they have a selection in just about everything you could want, it isnt just sports. Highly recommend this store. Love the republican gestures and the American theme.

This place is amazing!! There is an aquarium archway when you walk in along with a ferris wheel! There are a variety of games upstairs along with a mini bowling alley! On top of that is has all kinds of clothes, sporting equipment, decor for your home, and toys!

Seriously the BEST archery shop in Colorado. Chase runs an amazing department that provided us with the greatest experience! Dillon did an excellent job going above and beyond to take care of us, alongside of a great experience talking with Don, Thane, and Colt. I’ll drive by ten other bow shops to come back here! Dillon even offered my sick and pregnant wife a drink and ice cream from the in-store deli. Amazing!

I dont ever review anything, but I just wanted to take a minute to say that we were in the Colorado Springs area today and stopped at Scheels. The store of course is huge and has pretty much everything probably, but what impressed me was how many employees asked if they could help us, seemed very cheerful and genuinely happy to be there and helping customers. It was a very refreshing experience. Oh, and the kids loved the Ferris wheel!

A great place for getting nearly anything a person might need for the outdoors, sports, and related stuff. They have a large selection across a diverse range of things for enjoying the outdoors. Definitely would recommend to others. Would have given them a full 5-stars, but be warned that given their recently being opened the crowds can be overwhelming at times, which is a bit of a con in my opinion so plan accordingly. Other than that a great place.

This place is an outdoor gear adventure! We got there thinking we would spend two or three hours and be ready to go but no, we spent the whole day there! Great for the whole family. They have great products at good prices, lots of entertainment, lunch in the cafe was great, ice cream was yummy, and every associate I spoke to was very nice and helpful. Great job Scheels! Had a very nice experience here today. Really fantastic aquarium setup! Fish looked amazing and healthy. Makes my 500-gallon tank look like a fishbowl. Ferris wheel in the middle of the store is a great attraction and lots of fun. Very well maintained and looks sharp. They lose points for bulk candy thats $11.99 per lb. Their Ginnas Cafe had very limited menu and was way overpriced. However their fudge was really tasty and fairly priced. Lots of flavors to choose from too. Too bad about the extreme prices on the candy though. Its what soured my visit.

Pretty awesome place. Lots of great stuff for the whole family. Arcade games, play place, candy shop, just a ton of awesome stuff. Everyone in the family will have something they enjoy looking at. Most of their prices are pretty on par with everyone elses so definitely a one stop shop.

First time visiting today, the customer service was amazing. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist in any way. I got some fishing gear and looked at some handguns . Boyd was very helpful and gave me some suggestions to help me find what am looking for . Once am ready to purchase a handgun I will drive there from denver to give them my business .
