We had wood floors placed in our home and working with IQ Floors was nothing but the best. They are truly on your side to make sure your happy with your choices and with them. We also had a paint spill down an entire flight of stairs and I called IQ to see what they could do. They matched my carpet so well and replaced only the stairs with again customer service that cant be beat anywhere. Truly fantastic people to work with. IQ floors is awesome. We had gotten some luxury vinyl planks from the in our previous house and had been very satisfied. So we made an appointment (Covid days) and went to the showroom. We wanted new carpet, and vinyl for the bathrooms. They patiently showed us all the options and gave us samples. A few of the samples we wanted were out of stock and they ordered them sent to us directly. We finally chose and made the order. The manufacturer was behind and they kept us informed about the shipping dates. Once these were confirmed, we set installation dates. The installers, Mike and Maverick were excellent. We had a new kind of toilet they were able to take off, but were not familiar with the installation, so we got a plumber, and IQ took off the whole toilet replacement charge, so that covered what we paid the plumber. The installation looks great and we are so happy with the products and colors. Wonderful.

We had new luxury vinyl planking installed in December. It completely transformed our room. Nick and his crew were polite, efficient and did the job in less than 3 days. We had an issue with on plank popping up and they came back out and fixed the problem free of charge and in a timely manner considering how busy the company is. The pricing was competitive with other estimates we got and the customer service and experience was great. Definitely recommend them!

We have had IQ Floors install carpet & flooring for us twice now. I must say - from beginning to end, they are the best place ever to get carpet & flooring! Very professional! When Reagan came out to measure our home, we were thinking about hard surface flooring instead of carpet because we have 4 dogs - Reagan listened to what I had to say & recommended carpet as a better fit for us! And he is so right! We got a carpet that is similar to stainmaster with a thick pad in a beautiful shade of maple leaf (darker brownish color) & our home looks gorgeous now. Love, Love, Love my new carpet that I got from the knowledgeable and friendly staff at IQ floors. I worked with the sweet and helpful Janelle specifically, but interacted with everyone and found them all to be helpful, fun and friendly. I took home at least seven or eight large boards with nice sized samples (twice), which made the process so much easier than prior experiences Ive had working from tiny little sample squares. The large sample boards really helped me define my choices. In my own house with my own lighting I determined which carpet was best and I am thrilled with my choice. The installer, Bob, was fantastic too - by far the best installation of carpet Ive ever experienced. He moved my furniture and put it back in such a way youd never know it had ever moved! And he never complained once (Ive had other installers gripe non-stop about heavy furniture and component beds - but not Bob). Bobs attitude and efficiency were both amazing. I will be returning to IQ Floor for all my future flooring needs and will recommend them to everyone I know!

I had received 4 bids for a full house carpet install prior to calling IQ flooring with a range of almost $2500 between the highest and the lowest. i was a bit confused on which was the best deal for the best carpet and the best use of my money. so, i decided to call one more place to get a better idea of the bids. The prices, selection and knowledge are amazing but, the real draw is the fantastic staff and owner, Reagan. When theyre not having a blast giving great customer service theyre...wait theyre always having fun and always serving there customers. I am know investing in real estate and always remodeling my units. My most recent experience topped them all! I needed a stick of quarter round to match some flooring, so I went down to my neighborhood flooring peeps and found Reagan (who is always there). Reagan explained that it would cost more to ship the matching piece I needed than the piece itself. He then took my Fiance and I into the warehouse where he shuffled through his inventory of random trim/transitions, found a great match and told me I could have it on the house.Thanks Reagan and staff!

Wow! What a great experience I had at IQ Floors in Colorado Springs. My wife and Id been searching for some reasonably priced carpet remnants to use in the basement for quite some time. I searched for local carpet vendors in the Colorado Springs area and stumbled on IQ Floors. I swung by their place off I-25 and Fillmore just to take a look at what they had. Reagan was extremely easy to work with, fair, and professional. I ended up walking out with a 10 x 15 carpet and high-quality padding for $150. When I got the carpet home and showed my wife, she was so impressed she sent me back the next day to go get another one, this time a 10 x 12. Well be looking to finish our basement in 2016 and I will definitely be purchasing my carpet from IQ Foors. Based on a friends recommendation, my husband and I went in to IQ Floors to look at tile options for our kitchen back splash. They have a really beautiful selection. While we were there, we decided to look at flooring options to replace our carpet. We also found a beautiful LVT option that we are crazy about. Oh my goodness...what can I possibly say that hasnt been said by many other positive reviews. Plenty & here it goes:A little back story, we were moving into our 1st new home in a little over a week. We had planned to have new carpet installed that Saturday, before moving in on Sunday. We had originally gone with another carpet company (which shall go unnamed) and was promised to have installation done ON SATURDAY. If there were any issues, we were to receive a call at the beginning of the week, so as to resolve quickly & move forward with a Plan B. Thursday comes around and my husband figures hes going to call to make sure everything is scheduled as planned. Guess what!?!? The carpet we had picked out was on back order!! Not only did they not call us but they were aware of the issue AT THE BEGINNING OF THE WEEK!! My husband, being understandably upset, asked what had happened and his inquiries were met with an unsympathetic ear & no resolutions. Well if our concerns arent an issue for you, than we shall take our business elsewhere. (We had another issue trying to get our deposit back, but luckily, our bank was helpful on that end).So now, were out new carpet, moving date closing in & by the time we get someone else, well have to move everything again for the installation...another headache in itself. I was frantic to find a place that would listen to what my husband and I were looking for and within our budget...*Cue trumpets* HERE COMES IQ FLOORS TO THE RESCUE!!! I explained to Reagan what had happened and after he calmed me down, we talked about the next steps to make my carpet dreams a reality. Not only did he quote me a BETTER PRICE, but I received a much BETTER, SOFTER CARPET!!! And the icing on the cake, they were able to install ON FRIDAY!!! We moved in on Sunday with no problems & a beautiful carpet to boot! My husband keeps saying that this is the softest carpet hes ever felt between his toes :-)I cannot thank IQ Floors, the wonderful staff & Reagan enough for helping me in my time of need! Moving is very stressful and when you find people that make these improvements easier, you become extremely grateful for them! IQ Floors was great. I went there to buy a carpet remnant. They cut an 8 X 6 segment from a larger piece, placed it in my car, and didnt even charge me a thing. Thanks so much!

Positives: Good pricing, nice salesman, quick start to the install.Negatives: Poor communication, unprofessional carpet installers, long time to install, did not clean up after installation was complete.Summary: Took 6 days to install 450sqft of carpet, and they rescheduled multiple times during the process. Had to call on my own to get any updates, they had no follow through.Edit: After writing this review, IQ called back and is working on amending the situation. Waiting on resolution to conclude.Details: Had 450sqft of carpet installed. Estimate for square footage was quick as well as when installation would be started for the carpet. Install day came and the person contracted / sent by IQ Floors to complete the job showed up 30 minutes late. He did not bring enough carpet or original measurements they took were off. Installer said he would be back at the end of the day with the remaining carpet but then never showed up. He then said that he would call the next day but never called. I called IQ Floors and they were surprised but said they would follow up. Weekend went by (2 more days) and still no follow up. Called again and on Monday and installer agreed to reschedule to install at the end of the day. End of Monday came and installer called and said he was busy with his wife on a personal matter but that he would come out the next day. Tuesday rolls around and 45 minutes after rescheduled time and says he cant make it. Wednesday morning he finally shows up and finishes the job, never cleans up. I called IQ Floors back and told them of the situation, they apologized and said they would call me back since the initial sales person was busy. Guess what, I never received a call back.

I had my offices redone and they had the best price and now that its done can say they have the best service as well A+ thank you

Extremely helpful, professional, nice staff at the store location! The 2 men who came out to install our carpet did such a wonderful job, also very friendly & professional! I couldnt have asked for a better experience especially since the first place (carpet clearance warehouse) was very unprofessional, came out to do an estimate and never called us back.
