I brought in my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee with what I thought was a transfer case issue. The last shop to look at it said it would be over $3k. Im so glad I brought it to them because it was not the transfer case... it was the front drive shaft. These guys seriously saved me thousands of dollars today. Terry is a Jeep master, Amber is the sweetest, most professional team player Ive met behind the desk at an auto shop and the shop itself is top notch. These guys can fix anything. Check engine light was on in my 2007 RDX with a few error codes. Took it to a corporate chain to get it looked at. Was told my car was going to cost between $6,000 to $8,000 to fix. Took my car to Westco for a second opinion. Good thing I did because I was about to junk my car. Turned out to be something completely different than what I was told, and was less than $500 to fix. Car is back on the road and driving great thanks to these guys. Best experience Ive ever had dealing with a mechanic shop. Fantastic Customer service! We had no electrical Power to the vehicle and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. We had just purchased a brand new battery 4 months ago. My husband and I have been bringing our vehicles here for oil changes for a couple of years. In July I took my car to this shop after an accident and the staff where nothing but professional and accommodating. I received updates frequently on the progress of the repairs throughout the process. Reggie was great and helped whenever I needed him to with insurance and parts. I would highly recommend this place for your auto needs.

If I could give this company 6 stars I would. Reggie was above reproach in regards to professionalism and knowledge. I walked in mid-afternoon and was in and out immediately. My favorite part was I was constantly in the know, when it came to where my car was during repair. I will will be recommending this shop to all my friends going forward.

They did a very good job, I came in because the dealership said I had a bad sensor, and they tracked the problem to something unrelated. The also figured out why my ABS and Traction Control lights were on when thr dealership and 4X4 Parts Warehouse couldnt. Everything was fixed for about 400 less than the dealership wanted to charge me for replacing a sensor that wasnt even faulty. Ill come here for all my auto repairs from now on.

Searched a bit trying to find a reputable and trustworthy mechanic near me. Westco came up a couple times so I called them to schedule an appointment. Reggie was super friendly and helpful and told me they were super busy but could get me in in a couple days. I took my car in for an oil change & diagnostics. They found what was causing the noise and proposed their best solution. I was able to get the car fixed a couple days later. I felt they were very fair and did not try to oversell me on repairs. I plan to make Westco my go-to automotive shop.

VW Golf. Charged $388.38 to replace a gasket to address an oil leak that is exactly the same the next day. When leaving the shop they said if that doesnt fix it bring it back to replace the oil filter housing assembly, a piece that they already took out of the car, cleaned, and said they didnt see anything wrong with. Charged $39.95 for a tire rotation. Couldnt fix brake light issue. Overall spent 9hrs at the shop with an appointment, got an oil change (thats leaking out), tire rotation, serpentine belts, an air filter, and charged $811.18.

Reggie and Terry K. were great to work with. They were honest and did not try to gouge us. They did not try to pressure us. They gave us the information, answered our questions and let us make the decision of what was to be repaired. We will definitely use them again.

Once again we used Westco Automotive after having a great experience with our subaru. This time it was on our 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. The rear seats are heated, but would not come on. They were able to pin point the problem and get it fixed. Keeping our business local, with someone you like and can trust.We ordered an Engine, for my 2006 Subaru Forester from JDM. My engine had a rod that was knocking and with 195,000 i felt it was time. These engines come from from Japan, with only 65,000 Kilómetros, 40,000 miles. You wont find them with that kind of mileage in the states. The owners, Dave and family took great care of us. Reggie his shop manager, was very knowledgeable and within 2 days it was all done, installed, tested, made sure there no leaks, ran great and was ready to deliver. Cant remember the name of tech that did most of the work, but hands down great work. I have put over 500 miles and runs great, sounds great and way better gas mileage, best of all no more knocking, clinking, and banging.Definitely a shop I will recommend and continue using.

Took my Toyota pickup in for a coolant problem. They quickly diagnosed and fixed all coolant issues. Found out my starter was bad when it wouldn’t start for me to go home. Got that taken care of in one hour and grounded my engine better since I was missing a strap. The last bit was done totally free. I absolutely recommend Reggie and the team. Great work and great customer service.

I took my 2010 GMC in for front end work and an oil change. The whole staff was fantastic. I was able to drop my car off and get it in quickly.The whole process took less than a day. I was also told about a few repairs I would need to look at doing down the road and given a price estimate for the repairs.

Westco was listed on the Usaa website for service providers in my area. I am a 22 year Usaa member. If, Usaa suggested Westco location for service, that added additional trust for me.Westco staff/tech reassured me of my concern. Though, nothing was identified as a mechanical issue. It definitely, built confidence in there process to ensure all was well with my vehicle.As most know, it can be hard finding a service provider that will not take advantage of you and charge you unnecessary fees.After about an hour or so... I walked away with a great feeling. I may have found a new service provider for my vehicles.By the way... it was a no cost diagnostic check.Thanks Westco

I found this place via repairpal 4 months ago, so glad I did.I had various items attended to on my vehicle 2 months ago, their service was professional, communicative, and timely. All with a fair and very competitive pricing.The mechanics are detailed and typically show you what the issues are.I went back for an oil change today, which was prompt.The staff is very friendly, the facility is clean.They are my new go to mechanic and I highly recommend Westco Automotive.

Terry the mechanic performed great work, replacing suspension struts, brake pads, and brake rotors. Trouble shot electrical issues with passenger seat. Could not locate needed replacement parts at a reasonable cost, so Terry went to local junkyard and found entire replacement seat - right year and right leather color - that was less than a new replacement electric motor. During safety inspection Terry found possible oil leaks at crankshaft seal, rear main seal, and oil pan. He re-torqued oil pan bolts, cleaned leaking oil from block, and requested I return in a week to reassess this problem. One week later Terry determined the problem was a warped oil pan. A replacement was ordered and installed. He found that although oil was weeping from the crankshaft and rear main seals, he did not think they warranted replacement at this time. He would reexamine at every oil change. Westco is now my go to place for car repair and oil changes.

Reg and the boys at Westco squared me away this past week. I was stuck down in CoS, car broke down and these guys were honest, good and fast. I live on the other side of Denver but I’d consider taking my car back down to them if necessary . Best mechanic shop in Colorado Springs! Thanks guys,

I needed my belts done on my truck and they quoted me a much more fair price than several competitors in town, plus in my case I was able to get my truck worked on the same day. I appreciate a shop that is willing to listen and help troubleshoot issues instead of the typical lets just replace everything and get more rich philosophy. Westco does our fleet of trucks at The Woodshed Inc. They have always done an excellent job with the work being done, and get our trucks back to us pretty much right away. I had a strange problem with my battery testing fine but losing power anyway. Kendra was very concerned and offered to hold the vehicle over night to monitor for parasitic drains while they troubleshoot the issue. David discovered the dealership had installed a bad battery after all. I have not experienced any more problems since they identified and fixed the issue. Additionally, utilizing their detailed invoice, I was even able to get some compensation from the dealership. Finally, Dylan followed up to make sure the vehicle was still driving ok. in short, I have been thoroughly impressed by their diligent service. You have my guarantee they’ll take good care of your car.

I always like to support local business but I am Sorry to be the first one to rate you guys 3 star. Customer service was awesome Amber was so nice. But maybe its just a one time thing turn in my wife 2017 Yukon XL vehicle 2 times left it there for them on one day and they still havent figure out what was wrong with it Amber said they had to do another diagnostic . So I decided to just go with Dealer and within 2 hour they found the problem the two fuel injector were bad and had it changed right away. I am in no way saying this is a bad business like I said before I support local business. I just dont have the time to go back and fourth. I have already support them by paying my diagnostic service. Again maybe its a one time issue but Thank you Westco. Dave, Amber and the crew there.

RESTORED MY FAITH IN HUMANITY!! I am a single mom and I dont have much money, but I had started having some car trouble and I knew it needed to be fixed. I was terrified to go to any shop, because I know nothing about cars and could have easily been swindled into maxing out my credit card, but a friend of mine recommended Westco and actually ended up dragging me in there. Im SO glad he did! They understood my situation and worked with me on my budget. Not only that, but they tested my car for issues for free and got me the best possible price for my repairs! They also told me that I did not actually need to replace a part that I had been told I had to replace at a Jiffy Lube, ($50) and FIXED the problem that Jiffy Lube caused! They also let me know that my car was not nearly as bad off as I had expected, ( I thought my transmission was shot and it was perfectly fine!) They totally could have lied to me and instead they were SUPER HONEST! They really went above and beyond to give me excellent service and customer care and it is very clear that every person there is knowledgeable about cars and knows exactly what they are doing. Also, it is obviously a family run business, which I LOVE because you can tell the integrity of their work is important to them and they care about their community and helping other families as well. This is a full service shop, so I will NEVER go anywhere else!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE them! Amy and Amber at the front desk are absolute angels for dealing with me!! OMG! I dont know how I stumbled upon these guys, but they are AWESOME! .i spoke with Dylan the day before I brought my vehicle in, he said he would give me a quote for my issue, which was ONE THIRD of what I had been quoted elsewhere. From the first moment of walking thru the door, Dylan, Kyndra, Dave & John the mechanic (I hope thats his name) made me feel as though I had known them all my life. I WOULD say they treat you like family, but my family would not pick me up & drop me off 50 miles away, lol...they explained everything to me in laymans terms, no shop talk...we actually talked about more things outside of car repair (or was it just me, lol) than we did on cars...Of course no one wants to visit a repair shop for any reason, but I TRULY cant wait to see these guys again!!!

They can send you a full report to document what was found out about your vehicle. They even take time to check things making sure they let you know of some upcoming maintenance that may need to be serviced in the future.
