What a disappointment after I came in today one of the staff in the front was very rude. She literally put a lot of dressing after I asked her to put dressing on one of the burrito bowls she had put the lid on. Her attitude made me think she didn’t like I asked her to do that. I brought this up to the manager, and the decided to prepare the same burrito bowl one more time. On top of that, the same person put my order incorrectly and one of my items was given to the customer who was helped before me. That customer came back and she said she didn’t ate from the bowl she received by mistake. I believe this customer but this is really concerning in COVID time. Only the manager and the first person preparing the bowl apologized for the inconvenience. I was only offered a new bowl for the first mistake and not for the one that was given to a different customer. The person who made the mistake didn’t even mention anything at all.

Delicious food and fast, friendly service! I got a bowl with brown rice (yum!) and I tried the brisket for the first time (I normally get steak) and it was so good! Perfect for piling on a tortilla chip. The guy that rang us up was new, but he did a good job. The manager built our bowls for us and she hooked us up! I couldnt even eat it all haha! Thanks for being awesome, Qdoba.
I ordered curbside pickup. When I arrived, I notified the store through the web link, and waited outside for literally 15 minutes with my blinkers on. A few of the employees glanced outside the store at my car a few times. No one came out at all, and business was really slow at the time, barely any customers going in and out. I called tons of times but the line was busy the entire time (and still is an hour later?). I had to take my child out his car seat, go into the store, and ask for my order, which was sitting right behind the cashier. To make it even worse, I received a terribly small portion of food, with little rice, looked like it was mostly beans that had already begun to seep through the bowl. Very frustrating experience. Food definitely is not worth it.

This location one of the better ones I’ve been to. Friendly staff and clean lobby. The back kitchen area looked clean from where I was standing as well. Will definitely visit this location when I’m working the Lynnwood Everett area.
Staff is just standing around with no customers but still hadn’t made my mobile order. Went to my car, came back inside to teen staff standing around STILL HADNT STARTED MY ORDER. Also, my hand is sore and bruised from their side door! Not only is it oddly covered in black dirt but the door opens partially and then abruptly stops and stays stuck so my hand slammed into the door panel very painfully. I really do not like this place!!!!

I always have a great experience with this Qdoba location, and the staff always provides outstanding customer service! Typically I place orders in-store, but today I ordered delivery and was very impressed with how quickly Sean delivered my food. I appreciate all of the staff’s hard work, and hope to get many more burrito bowls from here :)

Updated: Everything was so fresh and delicious. Fast, friendly, helpful service. Nice indoor and outdoor dining areas. This is the cleanest Qdoba with the freshest ingredients Ive been in as far as I can remember. I was really impressed with all I got for the price! Nachos with plenty of yummy queso, beans, pico, salsas, guacamole, sour cream, hot, crispy chips. Wow! And a drink, all for right around $10!I appreciate Brittany, the gal who made my food. It was delicious and they have the best queso for any fast food Mexican place. I also liked the soda machine with many options.First time I got a salad (thats whats in the pictures) and added chips and queso plus a drink for $3.30 extra.Good location, close to many stores and bus stops. Free parking.
I typically get a salad or vegan burrito whenever I come here, loaded with veggies at no extra charge, and I always leave full. I love that they dont charge extra for guac and they dont charge the same price for bowls if you arent getting meat- you pay a little less, which is nice. Sometimes this location runs out of fresh toppings like fajita veggies, but theyre always willing to make more, you just have to wait. Tables are usually clean and staff is nice.
Half way through my burrito in finally found the other toppings I ordered. At first I thought they just forgot because all I had was rice and beans.The same thing with my sons burrito. He said the last few bites were really good though, so I guess thats a plus.
We were given lunch at a work meeting and everyone got the food they wanted and they had our order ready to go.
Pancho Villa is solid! This is a really reliable taco spot, and Ive been here a few times. If you like tacos you most likely really enjoy this place. Their Carne asada and Al pastor is excellent.

I was so happy the last time I went in to grab food with a mask on seeing people sitting down eating finally we could come in and sit down and eat without a mask on after two days i go in with my brother this white guy told us we couldnt come in and eat without a mask on so I explained to him i seen people eating in without mask (white people) but he still didnt let us come in told us to order online and he will come outside and bring it to us... Ouch it hurts that Mexicans not welcome in a Mexican restaurant.
Standing in front the door at 630 and the doors are locked. Lady behind the counter just staring at me.... great service. Youll go far in life with that work ethic.

Great take out delivery experience. I had to call in an order that was placed after submitting my order online and Cassandra was super helpful on the phone. She helped me get checked out for that extra order when I showed up and out the door in less than 2 minutes. Great, fast service. Thanks to her and the staff for a great experience!
Exactly what you would hope to expect. Never too busy and the tables are always clean. Quick and friendly service. Decently sized dining area allows for a lot of room between tables.
I love the food but I hate being charged over $8 for a burrito with only rice, beans, cheese and sour cream. I understand the closest menu item is the veggie burrito, but that includes fajita veggies and salsa and I cant have fresh or lightly grilled onions. If it didnt feel like I was getting ripped off Id eat there at least 3 times a week.
Its about time. Good meat portions at this location only. Every Qdoba has become so cheap and had to stop going. Tried this location out of the blue and pleasantly suprised. Very nice people here.
This is an updated review of this location. My previous comment was Service is poor, food is good 2 stars. 3 years prior.My current opinion is completely the opposite. This location has done a fantastic job to improve all aspects of business. Service is especially an obvious one. The friendly staff make you feel welcomed and at home. And the food has improved a lot and has earned its signature taste.With the current climate, I believe that they have done great job operating during this pandemic and following states regulations and guidelines. Highly recommended for the highway 99 travelers and locals.Enjoy and stay safe.

I’m not sure even where to begin. This is the worst visit I have had to any restaurant in a long time. The staff was uninviting and just didn’t seem to want to help anyone. It looks as though no one has swept the lobby all day and every single table had crumbs on top of them. The kitchen was so dirty an employee had carved his name into to grease on the back of the grill.On top of the cleanliness they did not live up to any quality standards. The bacon was hard as a rock.Now let’s talk stock... they were out of guacamole, pork, salsa, and fountain drinks were out of order.
The food was good. What you would expect from any Qdoba. However the place was filthy. Floor, tables, and the counter were covered in food. The garbage was overflowing and people had piled their trays on top. The limes at the condiment counter were spoiled and smelled. It wasnt busy and there were lots of staff but no one was cleaning.
Nukka was clean and delicious. They were out of mango, but its not their fault and we did come pretty late (9pm). Overall a good experience. They staff were very nice (2 black guys and a white girl)
Food is plentiful, fresh, and oh so tasty! Outdoor seating or sit in the sir conditioned open space lobby. Staff is attentive and helpful as well.
Tried there impossible soft taco, it was good and always happy when a healthier option in fast food is available!

This was by far the worst service in a restaurant I have had in years, fast food or not. The employees couldn’t smile for nothing and seemed to be on something. They were unfriendly to each other and rivalries between employees was obvious. After completely finishing my daughters order and she waited at the end for my food to be done, the employee who was standing there said “can I help you” with a lot of attitude, while I was obviously still ordering.Qdoba should either train their staff or choose better employees! It’s very disappointing since every other Qdoba in the area is great, this one will not be receiving my service again until they fix their service.

Really good taco bowls. Vegetarian options available. Quesadillas veg or meat option. Fresh tasting ingredients. Thinking about this place makes my mouth water. I want to eat here everyday for lunch. GO EAT HERE!
The variation in quality/taste/portion size is wide. Sometimes okay, sometimes very salty and sometimes little to a couple pieces of meat. I would recommend dining/ordering in as it seems to be worse with online orders.

Staff was grumpy and uninviting towards their customers. The tables did not seem clean and the staff mostly seemed unorganized. The food on the other hand was fresh and just as good as any other Qdoba location. Good place to eat lunch for the price, just poor staff attitude the time we went.
Lynnwood store. Employee rude. Food was rushed...kept on saying hurry up....one other customer in store. Will not return...for that kind of money I could dine and have a good meal in a quality place. I would have walked out but am not as rude as she.

We eat there pretty often and have for the last couple years but recently they have gotten new staff that makes us not want to return. The last time we were in there was a large sloppy filthy woman that was working the register and bossing people around (manager maybe) that started picking at a scab on her arm over our plates of food and was rubbing her nose while she was working then today another gal over charged us and I overheard her talking to the manager about it (the scab picker) and instead of bringing it up and letting me know they went and stayed in the back and left one new gal up front to work by herself. I had to go up and explain to the new girl what happened so that we could get refunded. We were over charged by $10!!!

Came in today around 11 AM. The young gentleman who served us was polite and excited. I can’t say the same about the young lady who rang us up. She couldn’t be more annoyed that we came in, rushed through the ingredients. Had a “yes? No? Hurry up!” tone when we asked for what to put on our food, then rushed to her phone on the other side of the belt. Thumbs down.
I loved this place until fraudulently charges showed up on my bank account. I paid for my order in one transaction and the next day I had two charges from the same location. I called about the discrepancy and they offered me free entrees. That is not the same as getting the money that was taken without my permission. I was told the manager was going to call me. A week later and I still havent heard anything. If you go here, I suggest using cash.

Always great here. Never a problem with food or quick and effecient staff. Could be a bit more tidy on the tables, most visits I have brush lettuce off my table. Not a dealbreaker.

Theres literally always something wrong or different with my order, and its a very simple order. The atmosphere is dead and lacking any cheer or smiles. The staff is nice enough but clearly too stoned to care, every time. Im 420 friendly, but please get my food right guys, thats your job.

Ordered a beef taco salad via UberEats. Apparently they were sold out of ground beef and, instead of alerting the delivery person who could contact me about a substitute, they just made the salad with just lettuce and toppings and sent it out. Disappointing :(
Went there tonight at 9:30 on the dot. The door was locked, and the employees quickly looked away from our disturbed faces. If it was any other food service, the one who decided to close early would be fired; the whole place was clean by 9:30 as well. Thank God for M.O.D. pizza still being open.
I go here pretty frequently when Im in town. They always have fast and friendly service. The food is really yummy. Personally, I love Qdoba over Chipotle because you get free queso and guac! Tonight, was quite the sight to see. Connor was absolutely killing it. The people in front of us ordered three burritos, a quesadilla, and two burrito bowls with a ton of sides. He was knocking out the orders. He was moving quickly to get hungry people their food-without making mistakes. There was a line out the door, and they cleared it out in the short time that we were there. Give this boy a raise! A+!

The food is ok but the service is horrible. They are in a bad mood and this is not my first visit all the time the employees arent friendly and they are lazy I just to work in this kind of places and that is no a correct way to serve the customers, and today i ask for a side of chips and the man served the tray and they throw it to me in the counter. Today 01/24/18 about 2:30 pm and the store manager it was there.

This restaurant is staffed by sulking, miserable, presumably low-paid zombies. Seriously, whoever the district manager/operations supervisor/owner/etc is needs to secret shop this location in the afternoons and evenings. Theyre not necessarily actively hostile to your presence, but certainly they look like life has handed them a raw deal and youre just another order to fill.The food is pretty good. The complimentary guac and sour cream is welcome. The customized soda fountain is cool. I have visited the location several times and I have never become ill while dining here. Perhaps the staffs limited enthusiasm for life doesnt necessarily limit their enthusiasm for safe food handling practices? I give the food the 2 stars (fair), but the service is so consistently poor (and, frankly, depressing) that I cannot in good conscience offer a single additional star (good).To conclude, come here for decent, fast mex. Try to ignore the soulless eyes behind the glass. Honestly, its not even their fault. Whoever is the higher up here is clearly asleep at the wheel because there isnt an iota of accountability or pride in the work. These kind of jobs can be FUN, there can be laughter, there can be pride, but the attitude and mood is heavily influenced from the top and works its way down. If I was to guess what the story this experience was telling, it was telling me that someone high up is going through a messy divorce, the kids and the house are going to the wife, and lets just phone in for work from now on rather than spending any real quality time in our own restaurants because whats the point of it all ANYWAY? Too many young people working behind the counter, who dont know anything about making the food look presentable and loud inappropriate rap music playing in the background. Looked more like a hang out, rather than business and the service left a lot to be desired...
