Love the water cooler/bottled water we have for our house! They have the best water and we don’t drink anything else. You can really tell the quality and effort this company puts in not just with their water but with their customer service. Whenever we need more water our route driver is always there to deliver. Nothing but great things to say 👏🏼 Highly recommend!!

We had their home filtration system installed about 18 months ago and fell in love with it and the service provided by Clearly Colorado. Their service technician, Seth Nickerson, checks in with us periodically to ensure all is well with the equipment. Great system and service.

I was with this company for many years. I never looked at my bill since it was automatic pay. They then charged me a huge bill and that prompted me to examine the bills. Come to find out they had been charging me a late fee for all these years when my card went through every time. I had 2 accounts with them. My office and home. They kept trying to tell me my home account was denied each month but they were both coming out of the same card. I even proved to them, I had a balance each month so it could not have been denied. They billed me twice!! Stating I had not paid since March 2019. So they took out $315.00 9/1/2019 and $107.58 12/2/2019 for the same bill. I finally cancelled everything with them and they now have billed me another $75.00 stating I had a balance since October 2019. That can not be if, if they billed me twice before for the same thing. They do not answer my emails other than sending me an invoice to look at, which is never correct. This company used to be good. Im not sure what happened but their ethics and billing system have literally went down the drain. Hopefully this saves someone from getting screwed over. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I am very impressed with this company today! They didnt have sparkling water on the menu when I made my order a couple of weeks ago yet to my pleasant surprise, without me even knowing there were some on todays delivery. THATS customer service.Also, Wes is our delivery guy and he always very clean and professional and fun to work with. Thank you, Clearly Colorado!

Recently ordered a Cafection coffee machine from them, and honestly couldnt be happier. Their staff was attentive to my needs for a difficult install. Their delivery drivers are always pleasant and timely. Definitely recommend!

After being a customer for over 6 years, I can attest to the terrible service that drove me to a different provider and motivate me to alert other consumers. From constant issues with the billing dept to lack of service during an equipment malfunction. My patience ran thin after the owner was a no call-no show to meet with me face to face in effort to remedy their problems. After many attempts to work through their downfalls, I finally canceled the service. Now they are attempting to collect on services that were never rendered for a busted cooler! I have since switched to a reputable distributor and truly understand quality service with a fair contract. Unlike many squeaky wheels, this is a valid consumer warning.
