Its one thing to go to a website and order your items and wait for them to be delivered. However, if you want to ensure that your order experience is top-notch, the Pottery Barn at Briargate is a must for those who are loyal to this brand. Our experiences with Kate, Melissa, and Doug have been nothing but extraordinary with them going the extra mile each and every time. That being said, James is our rock star of the store. He personifies customer service, excellence, and attention to detail. Besides his exceptional assistance in identifying the right pieces for our home, his character and personality shine throughout the entire process. In addition to his outstanding service minded approach to customers, James remembers your previous visits, what you may have been perusing, and is quick to acknowledge you when you enter the store. He is quick to mitigate any order issues to ensure that you have the right product that meets your needs and that it is of high quality. The bottom line is that if you find yourself shopping at Pottery Barn, you will experience nothing but exceptional service from James and the team at Briargate. Its worth the drive and time versus being ignored at the Park Meadows store and not even receiving a simple hello.

Absolute trash service. We used them for our wedding registry, some bowls and cups came in broken, not a big deal they said they would send us new ones. They give me an order number, say the new bowls and cups will arrive in a week. That passes by, then more time passes. I call, and they can’t find the order, they say the number no longer exists, and basically they can’t help me. So will not recommend this store to anyone in the future, and don’t use them for your registry!

Their designer, Jennifer, is wonderful. I spoke with her on the phone and she really took the time to ask good questions, listened to ascertain my taste, made suggestions without being pushy, and validated my tastes and selections. This Pottery Barn seem very low on inventory. Not sure if that is related to covid-19. I do love Pottery Barn but give three stars because their price point is high, essentially youre paying for their notable brand. Also the employees did not greet us or asked if we needed any help. We had to search for an employee and ask ourselves. Also the advertisement outside the store indicated a sale which was not happening inside.

Purchased a bunch of Christmas decor from this pottery barn last year including a bunch of the stockings. When we took out the stockings from storage the color from the stocking bled all over the rest of the stockings. All of the stockings still had the price tags on them. The 1 star is for Pottery Barns return policy and this particular stores way of treating customers. We went into the store with the stockings and asked the manager of the store to exchange them for similar ones and she would not even entertain the conversation. She was abrupt, rude and could not keep eye contact with us. She provided a PB customer service number which turned out to be a number for stores to call their headquarters only. The Customer Service number we found online told us it would be up to the store to make good on the product quality and they could do nothing.7 stockings @ 22.50each + tax = still not worth dealing with rude people with no accountability for product quality.

Whew its like going to afw but more money on something built in another country that isnt even real wood just some real wood veneer which will probably delaminate in months they do have stuff like blankets and placemats that would be nice to have

Love this store. Ive bought drapes, linens and fragrances here and have been pleased with the quality (especially the drapery hardware). Items are rustic, with neutral styles and color palettes. MSRP can be a bit steep, but prices arent bad if you wait for sales, which are a regular thing with pottery barn.This location in particular is really well managed. Ive shopped here on several occasions and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Shout out to Doug, an employee here. Hes an example of what good customer service looks like. Friendly, attentive and knows the product line. If you have any questions ask for him.

As other reviewers have mentioned, this store really lacks in customer service. None of the staff seem friendly; they come off pretty snobby actually. Theyll probably shoo you out of the store if they think you cant afford it. Theres not much stock at this small store anyways. Better off going to IKEA!

We bought new living room furniture from PB. Within a year, the bearings rusted out on the swivel rocker we purchased. After multiple phone calls, we agreed that PB would refund us $200 so that we can ourselves purchase and replace the swivel part that had been defective. They said they would credit our original credit card the $200. Three months later, they still have not credited us the $200. We have purchased and replaced the part ourselves and I have called a total of 8 times to try and get the promised refund and every time they tell me they will have someone look into it. I called again today and was told the same thing. I will not buy from them again. Horrible customer service and they do not follow through on what they say they will do.

Extremely poor customer service. I called this location and spoke with someone on the phone. The person I spoke with was rude in her responses and she placed me on hold for a long period of time. When I questioned the hold time, she essentially blamed me for ruining her GMs evening with her children so they could get an answer to my question. Really Pottery Barn? If it was that serious, why didnt you just say you needed to call me back the next day? Needless to say, I will avoid shopping at this location.

I went to pick up two online orders today. The woman who helped me was EXTREMELY annoyed. As I was signing my receipt, she stopped me and remarked, “You need to buy local next time. We’ve spent all day fulfilling online orders. This day is terrible. All this money just goes to the corporate office.” Buy “local?” This is PB. You are the epitome of “corporate.” And then you chastise me for buying merchandise from your company? Wow.

Not one person said hello to me when I walked in, though all associates were near the door AND greeted other customers that walked in. It was very slow at the store. No one offered any assistance. When I was ready to pay, Paige made it seem like an inconvenience though I spent nearly $300 and have $200 more to spend. Ill go to Williams Sonoma to finish my shopping, they at least value my business. Im happy with my purchase though. Towels are soft.

I dont ever write reviews but this deserves it. We have spent thousands of dollars at Pottery Barn and I AM DONE! We have now switched over to buying things from Restoration Hardware because their quality and customer service is far superior to Pottery Barn. I do not even know where to begin with the MANY problems we have encountered from PB. We spent thousands of dollars on some furniture that was damaged and it had to be replaced 3 different times. The delivery team was absolutely TERRIBLE. They were rude and didnt know how to install the furniture. They ended up damaging our table and our media console with the screws because they had no idea what they were doing. They spent over 3 hours in our house installing it and it still wasnt right! Our brand new hardwood floor was damage twice by their furniture delivery team, part of our floor has drill marks on it and other parts have scuffs from them dropping things. They will not pay to fix it! This is absurd and ridiculous!!! Our bench was not even attached to the screws and they fell out so the bench was not safe to sit on. Are you kidding me?!?! You pay high amounts for their stuff including 200 dollars in shipping and a delivery fee and this is what you get???? After spending hours on the phone with their customer service team I have had it. I never got a call back and had to explain things over and over and over after they transfer you 4 different times. They should be paying me for their terrible products and the way this was handled. I really like PB stuff but I just cannot ever shop here again after this nightmare! I have taken my business to RH and they are AMAZING!

So much for free in home design assistance! Strange encounter at this PB yesterday when I stopped by to make an appointment to have someone come over and help us design the right configuration of drapery rods for a large set of windows. A lady named Joe insisted we first give her measurements. I didnt have measurements and she basically said then she couldnt help me. After emphasizing again that all I wanted to do is have someone come over she tell us the manager insists the employee first help the customer in the store to avoid having to send someone to a home, thus she needed the measurements. I told my husband that this conversation was weird and she said she was getting weird vibes from us too. Adios Pottery Barn!
