She was extremely excited about their work and eager to show me what they could offer. She drove down to my office in Cañon City from Colorado Springs the same day!! You never experience service like this anymore. I was shocked. I had other estimates come after Carla and I tossed them because they were missing something huge and that was service! I was also pleasantly surprised when my signs were installed yesterday that they are equally beautiful. They were also an amazing deal. We are thrilled. Weve had RMS do large and small signs for us and each member of their team that weve dealt with has been professional and their work is high quality. Frank does a lot to help small businesses get the best they can afford, and theyve even come out quickly to respond to an emergency need for us. We appreciate you guys!

Based on the reviews, I thought this local company could assist me in making my Real Estate signs. I am a local Realtor and like supporting local businesses. Unfortunately, I called 3 times in 5 days and each time I was told a sales rep would call me back. I still have not heard from anyone. I guess I have to go online and support someone who is not local.

Owner is disrespectful and has a God complex. Its okay boomer, there are more skilled people that are also younger than you.

These guys (Nick and Frank) are great. They have done several signs for me. They also have done decals on my trucks, interior signs and more. I make one call to them whenever I need anything related to signs. Thank you for all your help.

RMS Sign is horrible at keeping in contact with their clients. I brought them examples of what I wanted printed and they expressed they would be in contact with me the following day. They never called me back, they gave my work to another employee, and I called numerous times about my signs without so much as a follow-up call. Each of my emails went unanswered and it seemed they were avoiding me, based on their poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.

Excellent signs and service, they actually stuck to the estimate, I’ve a received much lower estimate and went with “the other guys” and they proceeded to nickel and dime everything until I was paying more than RMS quoted me.

Dont do business here. Like others here have written, this company refuses to call you back. It took over a week and three un-returned phone calls to the sales rep before I finally got a hold of him. Each time the receptionist tells me: he is really busy. So? Im busy too. The world is busy. If you want a new client take 20 seconds of your busy day and call me back. We finally meet, and I was promised a formal quote on my sign project. Two more phone calls a week later and he wont call me back. I call and leave a message for the owner. And HE REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK! The receptionist tells me he is out of town. Again.....so what? He doesnt own a cell phone? When hes out of town...do all company business functions cease until he gets back?? Unbelievable. I dont know how this company stays in business when they wont speak to potential clients. My advice is to look for another sign company. This one is un-professional.

Lazy worker who wouldn’t call you back for information you needed. Also smoke pot during working hour. Owner don’t know what the situation was with employees and saying I was wrong.

Terrible response time. Ill use someone else.
