BAIT!!! They have live minnows, worms, leeches, and chicken liver. They sell from the garage on the back of their home and prefer cash. Bring your own bucket if you are planing on buying minnows or leeches . Nice lady who is happy to provide this type of services.

This is a great place to get live bait. If you want minnows, you should bring your own bait bucket. She has leeches in small containers. Very reasonably priced. Keep your receipt for proof of purchase or you will have to endure a container decontamination by CPW or threat of dumping your bait. I learned the hard way.

Found this place from google reviews. We went early on a Sunday morning on Father’s day and got some great worms! We had to call a couple of times, the owner was a lady and her bait shop is in her garage. After a couple of calls, she came out to help us, and we had bait a couple hours before other shops were open. Caught fish too!

By far, Roadrunner Bait has the best live bait in Colorado that I have come across. The women who owns it (Linda) is a sweetheart, and has gone out of her way on a number of occasions to make sure I was ready for my fishing trips. The night crawlers by far are the best I have come across, as are the leeches. The red worms are lively as well. During ice season, she is readily stocked with meal and wax worms, as well as water dogs (often times up to 8-13 long). Minnows, shiners, and fat heads are all kept cooled, oxygenated, and maintained daily with water changes. They are so good in fact that my air pump on my bait bucket went out one morning, and the minnows lasted all the way through the ten hour day. For catfish, gizzard shad and shad guts are available to order. And it is all done out of Lindas house, which has a nice country feel to it. Hell, she even gave me some tomatoes outta her own garden once. Seriously, if you just need some great bait, without the big box feel and price, visit Linda and she will square you up.

Its a mama and papa shop in the back of their home. You can use your bank cards. I asked since its a square thing on there cell phone. The hours were great and the price was fair. I got fish bait, and it lasted all day without any getting killed!
