My service dog and I have been supporting Olde World bagel since 2015. I like the shop a lot and love the bagels. While I have never had any issues at this shop, nor have I ever gotten sick. The location of this store it is in a nice shopping plaza, so you can get errands done before or after which is always nice. The inside of the store is pretty big so it can accommodate a lot of people at any time. It also has a nice area to view the bakers making bagels (if their making bagels of course) a nice big couch, coffee bar and a fireplace. So once you get in you can feel very at home and comfortable and the view of the mountains is spectacular.My only issue is once you really looking around at or under a lot of items or in the little random nooks under anything, it is beyond dusty and dirty it’s actually pretty gross. That is through the entire general customer area, from around the soda machine area, on or under the line where you order food and all around the dinning area where you eat. So when I come in it blows my mind that the manager or owner doesn’t have his employees cleaning when it’s slow.I would like to see this place stay open for a long time, so I will continue to support them. Though if I am being honest, I would go as far to say it is time for this shop to stop production for a day or two and conduct a through deep cleaning on the entire store either by the employees, the owner himself or by hired professionals.

This place has the perfect ambiance for a Friday morning. With jazz music in the background and serving delicious Chai Lattes and Coffee, Olde World Bagel & Deli provided the perfect kickoff for the weekend!

The good is still fresh and good, but customer service isnt as nice as it used to be... However, I know with labor and food shortages, beggars cant be choosers. Plus, when Colorado businesses were under mandatory masking, MANY customers were rude irrate with Olde World Bagke and its employees. The spoiled few customers and rot the whole experience for everyone. So go to support small business, for the employees that cared to come, and the freshly made foods in store, and variety of meals. Plus, they support local organization through charities and sponsoring.

Fantastic!! Today was my first time eating here. Had the Blueberry bagel with Mixed Berry cream cheese and a house coffee. Sooo good. And the staff was very friendly and quick. Definitely gonna come back.

I LOVE this place. Theyre open super early to accommodate us early morning working folks, and the bagel sandwiches are so good. Bagels are always fresh and the staff is nice.

Best bagels Ive ever had in Colorado Springs! I wish I wouldve discovered that place years ago!! Even though it on the opposite side of town for us we will definitely be going back.

Nice place. But...they have real balls selling a bagel sandwich for $11 when it costs between 23 cents and 45 cents to make a bagel. Sandwich was pretty good. Certainly not to the quality of my grilled pastrami sandwich at Phils Deli and Market in Cherry Hill, NJ

We have been coming to Olde World Bagel since 2001. We notice a quality change around 2006/2007 and stopped all together going for our bagels at this shop around 2008. Today, to tired to run to Einstein bagel shop, I decided to try Olde World Bagel again. Our bagels were days old, not fresh. You know an old bagel when you get one. Every one of our bagels were old. They had shrunk in size due to the age of the bagels and hard as a piece of wood, none of us could eat them, so we tossed them. I do not recommend this place anymore. You can get better bagels at Safeway on 115 and south Academy that are cheaper, bigger and better. Never thought I would say that.

With most places you can get a decent breakfast and bad coffee or good coffee and a bad breakfast. Old World Bagel has really weak, poor grade coffee so youll be disappointed if you expect more. They have decent bagels (not as good as Einsteins) and their breakfast is uninspired. It attracts a regular local crowd but they cant compete with the newer eclectic places downtown.

I love this semi hole in the wall. Good location at the end of the shopping center strip. Their bagels are great chewy outside tender inside with a bit of fluff. Everything bagelwich, egg, cheddar,and ham for a filling breakfast without the corporate aftertaste.

I’ve been driving past Olde World Bagel & Deli for over 10 years now. I had no idea what a GEM this place is. Locally owned, amazing service, and the bagels were incredible! Definitely plan on visiting again.

We stopped here before hiking to grab breakfast and lunch for the trail and boy did we get lucky. They were open early, GREAT welcoming and friendly customer service and their eggwhich was phenomenal ( i split it with my husband and we were full!). Definitely coming back here

Great place to get a bagel. Really good egg sandwich bagel and cinnamon raisin bagel with apple cinnamon spread! Wonderful menu, full of choices. Not the best House coffee though (watery and weak).

This place has some of the best bagels I ever tasted - and thats from my very picky 12 year old boy.Try the Jalepino Cheddar bagel with the herb garlic spread, its awesome.Try the Bagel sandwiches too, we ended up going there for breakfast for both mornings we were in town. This place, their food and service is way too good to miss!!!

The owner must be a COVID & vaccine denier. Not a mask in sight, even among their workers. The tables were packed tight, even for non-COVID conditions. My wife had a quiche. I had a salad with tuna. Food was good. Workers were friendly. Prices reasonable.

Wow! We’re in town from Boston and know great bagels, and these are GREAT BAGELS!!!! Pamela encouraged us to try some of their homemade cream cheese and the jalapeño cheddar was incredible! The plain cream cheese was so tasty as well and the bagels were terrific. They also had really nice coffee and plenty of indoor/outdoor seating! We highly recommend them!!!

A family friendly place with a unique take on things, however I wasnt too happy with the selections, I wish they offered more.

Bagels taste amazing, don’t get me wrong. (Best bagels in CS). But dang, they always run out of the yummy bagels early in the morning, and this place is SO chaotic. They have no organization for lines, and everyone is scattered everywhere trying to figure out where to stand. Having a drive-thru would be beneficial.

I just got into town for the very first time and I was hungry for a good tuna sandwich, so I checked this place out and Im really glad I did. The staff was very friendly and my tuna bagel on a multigrain bagel was so so good. I will definitely be back before my trip is over. I want some more of their delicious bagels before I leave.

Moved here from Florida and been looking for a really good fresh tasting bagel place like the one I used to go to back home and this is my new spot! The service was amazing, everyone was very nice and quick and my sandwich was delicious! The prices were also good. I will definitely be back soon.

We just moved here about a month ago. We are from the east coast and know all about good food and good bagels. This place is the best weve been in Colorado by far. Nice large bagels, the flavors are amazing, and the staff is over the top friendly. They take every covid precaution they can. We definitely started a tradition of picking up bagels here once a week. Very tasty Bagel sandwiches and assorted baked goods to choose from! This was our first stop on the way to our stay at the Broadmoor and the lunch was wonderful. The staff was friendly and answered questions about the menu.

We loved the place AND everything we ate. My tiny criticism is that no one greeted us or asked if were first timers, yet I didnt know to sit down or if there was only one line, who to go up to, or really how the items on display were sold. I left feeling confused, but wow, what we took home was yummy. Some of them do speak English.

Bought a dozen (13) for the office. Scratch-made early each morning (you can watch!) these bagels are scrumptious. Friendly, long-time staff know me by name. When owner Ken is there, hell also personally take care of you. The best!

My husband and I grab bagels here weekly. This is the best place in town for great bagels, and they have a fantastic selection. Staff is incredibly friendly. Skip Einsteins and eat local!!

Foods great but the lady who is rather a manager or something ruins it. She had a useless shield “mask” on and they have this dumb rule of only 5 people in line but there can be 15 people in the cafe part, and she wants to yell to tell people this rule. The other people working are great, no one writes anything down so the manager lady had to yell across the restaurant to confirm another customers order when she could have written the multiple items order. Overall good food, good employees but the clear “masked” lady ruins the scene.

Ive been going to Olde World Bagel for 15 years. Always good. When covid times subside you can hang out in front of the fireplace and sip coffee and enjoy a bagel with lox.

Terrible experience. My family normally loves this place but the gentleman with the “you are amazing” mask was anything but amazing to his customers. Literally yelled at me for sitting down while waiting? He said it was covid related but didn’t give me a chance to even ask a question. He is a douche. You’ve been warned, stay away from that place while he’s there!! Alright bagel tho 🤮

Usually had this as a 5 star. But spent almost 30 dollars for 3 bagels for them not to have sprouts on them and for them to tell me after I paid.

Since the beginning of this time period called Covid, Olde World Bagel has stepped up and managed better than many in the Springs. I appreciate all the extra care they have taken during this time, while continuing to produce the BEST bagels anywhere in the Springs. Kudos to all the staff for keeping it cheerful while being super efficient!

My girlfriend and I have been here a couple of times and really liked it. We get the sausage, egg, and cheese bagel sandwich. Unfortunately, we went yesterday and got food poisoning. We think there might have been some contamination because we were both sick all day. Be careful.

Why go to New York when Colorado Springs has the GREAT Old World Bagel??? In my opinion as well as my friend Meg, (who is from Long Island N. Y.) this gem is better than N.Y. bagels. They have a wide variety, they will cut them and have a great deal on their Bakers dozen with cream cheese to go with the bagels. Your now able to eat inside as they have great meals made with these wonderful bagels. Tons of parking. Service is fast with great employees who are more than willing to help you in anyway that they can. They offer day old bagels when they are able because they sell out almost every day. I can NOT say enough about this treasure we have in Colorado Springs. I guess the only negative thing I can say is that we dont have one in Pueblo where I live!!!!???!! I have also been told that they have over one hundred types of drinks that your able to choose from. I cant report on their rest rooms but this very clean restaurant Im sure has adequate facilities. The only other reason I wish I wasnt able to say so many great things about Old World Bagel & Deli is because the more busy they become the bigger the chance they will run out!!! Try it you will love it and return often as we do. Please enjoy.

Authentic local bagel spot always has a line. They have an assortment of fun flavors here and offer both breakfast and lunch bagel sandwiches. Pictured below is the “club” on a spinach parmesan bagel. Don’t miss this place and don’t get yelled at for being the 6th customer inside. They only allow 5 at once.

I wish there was one of these in my town. The homemade bagels are soooo good and the service was fantastic.

I placed orders for my coworkers for Fathers day, the pushy customers behind me were losing patience. I never got to place orders for myself or my lady, which is why we went there in the first place. $40 later and I left with nothing for my family. It had been about 10 years and will probably be another 10 before I go back.

My fiancé and I discovered this gem the second day we were living in Colorado Springs and we’ve been sooo many times since! I love the Hail Cesear as far as the sandwiches go, but all the bagels are so fresh you could do well choosing any!

Honestly, this place is amazing. 5 years of living in Colorado, Ive finally found somewhere that is up to my standards of an NJ bagel. I honestly cant believe Ive never been here before. Not only is the food and the lattes amazing (get the California sandwich) but the staff was phenomenal. They were so patient with me having never been there before, and they were so so friendly and personable. Im so happy with my experience and that theyre on my way home from work 🙌

We drive 4 hours round trip to buy bagels at this place. They are the best we have ever eaten. The flavored cream cheeses they sell are as good as the bagels. Service is not always great, but the food makes up for it
