Adding a description during my second visit. 1st one went great, dropped off my diesel F150 without an appointment and they fit me right in. This time around its for our explorer, again no appointment and they got us right in. Had a coupon book for services the finance lady forced us toi buy with a previous vehicle from Phil Long. We were told it would be good for any vehicle and that was a lie. Regardless of our past horrible experiences with Phil Long dealerships, the crew here at quick Lane is awesome. They took care of us and well continue to bring our vehicles here for service.

Great people. Fast service. My truck recently broke down so I walked here. They gave me a ride home.

Never again! I went to this location to get my brakes done and they charged me $554.00 for two new rotors. They did nothing to my car. They showed me a set of rotors that were bad but they did not take those off my car. My estimate was for four rotors and they only did two and charged me full price. My brakes are still bad. I went back to ask them to check it again and the guy at the counter basicly told me to shove off. Worst customer service and frauds. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

Front desk means well, but this has got to be one of the most slowest services Ive ever experienced. The free coffee does little to slake the sheer agony of the wait, and youll often wonder why theres a mechanic lounging up front, shifting his gaze between the ringing phone and the 3 people standing in line. I would rather pay full price for a simple oil change elsewhere than to redeem my free ones here. Appointments cannot be made so its first come first serve. Even showing up at 7:20 AM, 20 minutes after opening, it still took over an hour for the oil change. That was my fastest time to date and I dont know if Ive got the patience to have another go. A renaming should seriously be considered for ironys sake.

The wait has always been long. But i continue to come back because i think the price is fair and the guy Drew is courteous, always answers any questions, simply just takes care of customers, in my opinion better than the others ive encountered. I always feel like mechanics try to make me feel stupid because im a girl and dont know much about cars, but this location doesnt make me feel like that. Thats what customer service is. Ill continue to bring my car here until they give me a reason not to.

Sat there for an hour getting a headlight bulb replaced. I would have just done it myself but I only had the car two days. After asking about the time fram they explained how they needed to remove the tire and the wheel well to change the bulb. I was hoping sense I was the only one sitting there it would have been quicker. I geuss they have cars people dropped off and the shop did look full. staff was friendly and helpful.
