They offer transmission work online but when I went it they said they wouldnt even look at it. The gentleman was also very condescending.Edited: Thanks for the reply! Yes I am sure I went to this location, I followed the GPS directly there. Once inside an older gentleman said We dont work on them but I can order you one for $7000 referring to the transmission he hasnt even looked at yet. Unfortunately, I do not think I will be returning for this issue but I do appreciate the offer!

While on vacation in Colorado Springs my car over heated and the check engine light came on. AAA recommended Auto Tech as a preferred mechanic and I had my car serviced there. They were very responsive and informative on my issue. I also appreciated their honesty and not trying to upsell me anything, especially as a single woman. They fixed my car within 2 hours and I was able to get back to my Colorado vacation.

Great experience today at Auto Tech. My car was making a squealing noise, so we brought the car in at 7:30am. George was very helpful and professional, they diagnosed and replaced our alternator within a few hours. We are visiting from out of town so the speed was much appreciated. My new go-to mechanic in the springs. Absolutely honest and listened to me and my concerns. Their pricing was fair and they wanted to do everything they could to make me happy with their work and my experience. Never felt like they were trying to sell me something, but brought my attention to some things that may need attention in the future. The whole staff is great and they take care of their customers.

Saw the reviews and decided to give this shop a go didn’t look like much from the outside but coming after Firestone , which was a compete nightmare to deal with, the team there very professional and pleasant to deal with the guy upfront was so helpful in telling me everything I needed to know and even pointed out an issue techs at the last shop failed to even notice and wanted to charge me insane money for and gave me a fair price prompt, professional and quick I will be making this my main source for all my vehicle work.

I had some issues changing my license plates, and couldn’t find a neighbor to help me out. Greg was kind enough to help me put my new Colorado plates on, and he was very kind. In the future I will head their way!

I called two weeks ago to make an appointment and they were very polite. Just left after my appointment very satisfied. They were kind enough to remind me that my turn signal was out and service for the oil change was very prompt. I will be coming back for my next servicing.

Got a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change for $47. Including tire rotation and oil filter. $7. Extra for disposal and materials, $15 extra to replace the oil plug, and $15. Extra for an oil filter? And another $4. For I guess extra tax... $88. Total for the oil change. Then, my low tire pressure light went on right after. Took it back, three tires were 6 lbs. Lower than they should have been. They filled the tires no charge. So, why didnt they check the tires when they rotated them, and why get charged for an oil filter? I wont be back. But 3 stars for taking care of the tires when I returned.

Poor customer service. I called numerous times and left 3 voicemails to schedule an oil change. Never got a call back. Finally just went down there and the man was rude, I couldnt get in an appointment in for weeks all because they never bothered calling me back. So they waisted my time and gas. Which is what I was trying to avoid by calling! They were so rude to me. Will never go back. And will tell everyone not to go.

Just had the suv towed over from AAA. Aaa doesnt let passengers ride in their vehicles right now. So after taking an Uber with my 4 yr old over to this place the guy said he cant help us with the tire because all of them need to be replaced and wouldnt do just the one. Thats terrible to tell someone already having a bad day stranded on a road with a child. We took our business around the corner to riding on a flat tire on the rim and they made sure we were able to leave with a tire.

Auto Tech Plaza was great. They did what they were initially asked to do as well as inform me of mileage maintenance that should be done soon. The guys never pushed work to be done on the car but genuinely seemed to have my best interests as a customer at the forefront of their thoughts. Would highly recommend!

Usually I hate having to deal with mechanics because I always feel like they are trying to rip you off. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service I received while getting my car serviced. For a reasonably priced oil change they will wash your car (weather permitting) and rotate your tires. There was no pressure to add additional services. Highly recommend 👍🏾👍🏾

FRAUD!! I went here in November for an oil change because I found a Groupon for one. Well ever since then my car has had many issues. I left and 2 months later ended up needing 1200 dollars worth of work done because of a oil housing leak. They also said that my ac filter and blower motor needed replaced. I declined the service and they ended up throwing the dirty filter back in there causing leaves to shoot into the vents. The next day I noticed a very LOUD noice every time I turned on my heater. I dealt with it for awhile because I was pregnant at the time and couldn’t reach the area to replace it. I finally buy a new blower motor and pop out the old one to find about 10 PEANUTS with shells stuffed into it causing the loud noises. They wanted to charge me 300 bucks to fix this when I know they caused the problem although I can’t prove it. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THESE THIEVES!!!

One thing I really like is they don’t try to pressure you into other items when getting an oil change but yet they still do a diagnostic. That’s really helpful to find someone to do the work at a lower price.I would suggest finding a coupon before coming in. You could get an oil change and tire rotation for much less than their normal price, which is why they lost a star. Although it’s a good place and friendly staff. I’ll go again once I find a coupon the next time.

They were punctual with my appointment. They went the extra mile in looking into why my washer fluid dispenser was leaking having to take the under engine cover off to figure it out. They even scrub washed my car. Great service.

Was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a mechanic in my entire life. Was taken to do some repair work on the knuckle assembly, control arm, and axle assembly due to crashing into a curb during a snowstorm. Due to funds, car was at the shop for a little over two months. Once finally able to get the car, they let me drive off the lot knowing the work on the car was not professionally done at all. Got the car checked at two different mechanics the day after because of some wobbling and was told I was driving a death wagon and asked if the tech Id taken it to originally was TRYING to kill me. Everything that should’ve been tightened was loose, parts missing, things they didn’t assemble right causing other things to fall apart or break, Auto tech plaza had my car for two months and failed to fix any of what I paid hundreds of dollars to fix. When we went into the shop, the front desk was EXTREMELY unprofessional. Everyone that we talked to walking into that shop was unprofessional, rude, and had absolutely no idea what they were talking about. They even stated straight off we would be getting our money back either way, and then later refused to stating we absolutely had to give them another chance. The whole experience was absolutely shocking. I’ve never in my life met people who care that little about their work and work ethic. Highly HIGHLY recommend never ever taking your vehicle here for ANYTHING.

Each visit comes with a complete free safety inspection, and all the recommendations I clearly provided on the invoice. Every time I drop off my car, the team engages with me in good conversation, and I always walk away feeling like a very valued customer. The prices are also very competitive. Wonderful experience, I only needed minor work done on my vehicle but they were so kind, respectful, helpful and knowledgeable. The first service representative I spoke with took the time to print out all of my options for tires and clearly explain the difference in each tire for me without even being asked to do so. I had a lot of anxiety going into having my car repaired/maintenanced because I know a lot of mechanics can tend to take advantage and manipulate people into making unnecessary purchases but I left Auto Tech Plaza feeling stress-free and very happy with my purchase and the services rendered. So my break pad and rotor was messed up and was making noise so l took it to them to repair. But before l went there l already went to one Mechanic shop and they told me l have to buy a new break pad and rotor which will cost me $250, But l choose this guys Auto tech plaza!!! This useless guys changed one and left the other instead of the two. So now either the rotor or break pad has to compensate the other. Its also making the exact same noise it was making earlier on and they also charged me 390 plus too. The funny thing l went there to let them no the situation and they told me it’s not Making any noise!!! They are thieves don’t ever take your vehicle or car to this guys!!! Moreover tell your boss to remove that military awards and decorations at shop!!! You guys don’t deserve them. Bunch of crooks

Ive had work ranging from oil changes to rotor replacements. Every time, this shop is reasonable with their rates, professional with the customer, and gets the job done quicker than most other shops in town. Even washed my truck after an oil change with them!

Had a coolant leak, could not figure out where it was coming from for the life of me. They took my car in and found out the issue VERY quickly and fixed the issue fast. Their customer service is delightful and I would recommend this place to anyone with car troubles. Also they are one of the only shops in Colorado springs that are open on Saturdays. I was running late 4 an appointment with my boss and the folks at this location did the fastest oil change Ive ever seen. Somehow, they even managed to rotate my tires and wash my car faster than it usually takes anyone else to do just the oil change. This is the only place I will patronize in Colorado Springs. No, the only place Ill have work done in Colorado.

Years of accurate, and no-nonsense service has led to a very beneficial relationship for our company. I have had personal vehicles, as well as family members vehicles serviced here, and the ownership is of the highest integrity. A very safe maintenance repair shop for women and those that feel like they may have been taken advantage of elsewhere; I wouldnt think twice about having your vehicle serviced here.

LISTEN TO ME!! I have had the most outstanding experience with this shop. Here is the story, at 8am I get to the shop for my appointment to have a motor mount replaced. I, of course, am greeted with incredible customer service by Mike and Bret. The guys in the shop finished the job an hour earlier than they had thought they would so I went on my way. I go to errands and my car was idling funny when I parked so I headed back to the shop without calling ahead of time. They greet me with concern that I was back so soon, and I explained what was going on and the gentlemen took a look at the car, deciding another motor mount should be replaced, they assured me they would work with me and went to work to replace it, in doing this they found that my intake manifold was bad and that was the real problem. The second motor mount needed to be changed anyway, and then I went on my way again, setting up my appointment for a later date to get the intake fixed. THEN, there was an awful squeaking sound and I called Mike and he said he wanted to check it out since it was making noise. My wheel bearing had gone bad!!! So they fixed that too in the last hour and a half the shop was open, until 5:30pm. This shop will absolutely take care of you!!!!!!!! No doubt in my mind, the absolute best people in this whole town. All day long they had to deal with me and my car issues one after another!!!!! Absolutely amazing.

They are upfront with their prices and walk you through the right solution for your vehicle and treat you with integrity and dignity. They do not push unnecessary things or belittle you for making a decision on the care and maintenance of your vehicle. Staff will call before any major repairs are done, and even pick you up. I took my car here for an oil change and shortly after my car started overheating like crazy. I dropped my car off without an appointment and they had it done the next day. They called before adding any extra expenses and they were able to work with me on my total since it was out of my price range. I was impressed with their customer service and efficiency. 2 thumbs up and I will be bringing my car back.

Well, had to go in twice as I had made an appointment the first time in advance so that they would have all the parts. Come to find out they didnt order the parts and I had to rearrange another day to have it done. Asked for a quote and some other work and only received the work originally that I went in for, didnt take care of secondary issue and didnt give me the quote on tires. They do good work and they are trustworthy, just cant count on them to do anything else that is asked and not on the printed work order I guess. I have used them for several years and its getting harder and harder for me to recommend them as well as keep going in for work.
