Super helpful. The manufacturer was way, way delayed because, covid. But the guys here were never upset by me stopping in or calling wanting an update every week. Once my stuff came in, I had it installed within a week. Great guys. Recommend 100%

The service at Rackstarz is amazing. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I had called around to get a kayak rack installed that my husband bought online for me for my birthday. Other rack businesses in town told me to go away since I had not bought the rack from them. Rackstarz staff installed it and I had the car and rack back within a couple of hours. They took the time to show me how to load, unload and secure the kayaks. No more buying online. They have a customer for life!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Shady business. Stay away. We ordered $3,000 worth of parts with an install, only to get a voicemail days later saying that they needed more money because they were accidentally on the dealer website and not the retail. I understand they made a mistake, but we had a deal. After throwing a bit of a fit, they agreed to honor our deal (they were still making money off the install, just had to give us the equipment at cost). So I think everything is good. Leitner was backed up so we knew it would be a long wait. 2 months later they call and tell me that they need to reorder our stuff. Weird but ok. 4 months later we are finally able to get the install done. But…when I go to pick up the truck, they had installed the cheaper rack! When I called them out on it they blatantly told a lie and showed me the invoice where they had reordered theu stuff. What they had done is ordered the cheaper rack and installed it, then they had the invoice from that order, but had completely erased the original order showing what we agreed on. Apparently they think I’m stupid and are willing to lie in order to make some extra money by installing the cheaper rack. Stay away from this business! They will lie to your face, cheat, and steal to make a couple extra bucks!

Amazing service. I went in looking for a cargo box for an upcoming move, staff was very helpful in helping me decide and even carried the box to my car and helped me put it on. They’re a direct link to big brands like Thule and Yakima, so prices are good and they can go to bat for you if warranty issues crop up.

These guys made my day so much better! They were just kind and happy to help. Thats what I would hope my son would be like when he gets a little older. I needed help with an old yakima bike rack. They were happy to help and said if I needed more help to come back anytime. I had no idea they had so much awesome stuff in there. I was drooling over the tents that mount on top of the vehicles. I know Ill be back again for their expertise.

We had a very good experience the first time we visited RackStarz, and then, last week, we were pushing against a time crunch, trying to get an awning installed. I called up RackStarz and a very kind man directed me to come on down so they could help. Within a half hour, we had everything we needed for the awning. Super grateful for these guys.

Great store and great service, with an outstanding supply and knowledge of vehicle roof racks and storage, vehicle bike racks, and vehicle tents. I was on a tight schedule and had a roof basket I wanted put on. I could have done it myself but I had other work I wanted to do so I called up RackStarz. They said if I could get down there quickly they could put it on before they closed (which was about an hour and a half away). I had a bit of a drive and traffic was bad, so I got there about ten minutes later than I estimated (and told them), and they got right to work. Colt even showed me around their showroom and answered a couple questions I had. Then they suddenly got busy with other customers coming in that required Colt and another one of their guys to help them. They ended up finishing the work after their closing time, and I felt like they were genuinely happy to help, with no regrets. To top it off the price was reasonable even after they worked late. I appreciate you guys! Other than the outstanding service what really stood out to me as I was checking out the store was the amazing vehicle tents and vehicle storage boxes with Molle customization accessories for the roof racks.

I just had Dan, Colt and Brendan help me with a bike rack that I bought.They assembled it and installed it on my vehicle. I was first referred to them by the people at Bicycle Village who said they were the best place in town to get any kind of racks. Right now, like most bike and/or rack stores, their inventory is a bit lower than usual but they are getting more inventory in all the time. They went above and beyond to help me and I will recommend them to all my friends.

I visited this location for bike racks, not anticipating they would have what I needed in stock because one of my bikes is a thru axel. They gave me options for racks, adapters for the mountain bike, and offered to install the pair if I couldn’t figure it out myself. Fortunately it was pretty straight forward, but their team was great and I would certainly recommend them to anyone needing vehicle storage.

These guys did a great job with the installation and helped me out while I was in a jam. I lost a screw for my Yakima racks and on a whim I stopped by the shop, hoping they could help me out. They had what I needed and my wife and I were on our way to the mountains minutes later.

Truly an awesome experience! Went in a couple of times to get some things for my SUV, and although they couldn’t help me at that time (not their fault), they felt bad and told me to come back whenever I needed anything and they would hook it up given the inconvenience. Anyways, a month or so later I was looking for a roof rack so I went to see what they had, not only did they remember me coming in before (didn’t expect them to), they gave me a really nice discount that was better than any other place I checked. They are a highly knowledgeable staff, 100% recommend.

I tried looking for rack stuff on Amazon. What a joke! I then remembered there was a place that I always see on I-25 callled rack stars. I went into Rack stars and was blown away! They had at least 20 different roof pods to choose from. I got a Thule rack and pod and was out in an hour! Thanks nick and nick!

I called up these guys to see if they could outfit my brand new Toyota Tacoma with the latest gear from Thule and I was not disappointed. Nick was very courteous and knowledgeable over the phone, he got me booked for an instalation appointment that afternoon. Nicks guys installed the T2 Pro XT on my rear hitch and then outfitted the bed with a Xsporter pro with a Vector Alpine attached to the top. They did the installation very quickly and explained all the features of all the gear that they installed before I left. Id highly recommend visiting RackStarz if youre in need of any rack related gear.
