Honesty! Integrity in the service! Bill and Bo are the best in the biz! Only the best mechanics seem to work here! ! No padding the bill with these guys. And never an issue if you bring your own oil filter or a part! Labor is very affordable. And for my car at its age parts can be hard to find in this town. The only mechanics who I will let touch my cars. If something is not right they will follow up until it is done right. They have done 90% of the work on my 1987 Mercedes Benz 420SEL that I hope to fully restore. From brakes to exhaust and oil changes. And much more! Going to keep taking this car to them till I drive it into the ground! And very fast turn around!

I was there to get a quote on a repair of my Toyota RAV4. Their price was reasonable and came with a good explanation of the work. They were very knowledgeable. When Im ready Ill be back to get the work done.The 4 stars are due to the long stairs to the office.

Found my issue where others just guessed. Did a good job and did not try to throw a bunch of garbage repairs at me. Very satisfied!

When I first starting going to this business, the owner decided to move my back tires to the front. I had just put new tires on the back for a reason. I DID NOT WANT my new tires in the front. He never asked me if I wanted my tires moved. He just went ahead and did that on his own. Then his guys damaged the mud flaps in his shop. The owner made it sound like he did me a favor by fixing damage that was done in his shop.

If i could give 10 stars i would. Very friendly and lots of smiles. A place you can trust to do the job accurately and never get over charged. They always get me the best prices on the best parts. Never have to wait for an appointment when i needed something done i was able to take my car in asap. This is the place that i will take my car for as long as its open hopefully many years. Best shop in the springs.... fair and honest!!!!

I spent thousands $$$ at this business. I had to be towed in about two weeks ago. I was in extreme pain with an eye infection and also dealing with a broken down vehicle. I was not up for being criticized by the owner. The bottom line was that he didnt like absorbing the labor cost on work that was under warranty. One of his criticisms involved contacting him slightly outside of his business hours. The owner does not have to worry about me texting him outside of his business hours. I will never contact him again. Then I had an exact appointment at 1 pm two days later for a lube, oil and filter. I thought that I would be there for 30 minutes max and be done. Instead, I waited around for 2 hours. I was still in pain with the eye infection. I have better options for my repair needs.

On October 25, 2018 at approximately 0900 hours I called Bill the owner of Al De Mark Auto Service. I explained to him the issue of my windshield wiper automatically turning on and the possibility of turning off my automatic daylight headlights to manual because of the bright LED lights. Bill asked if I was able to drop off my vehicle during my lunch break and unfortunately, I am unable to leave my place of duty. I attempted to set up an appointment for the following day however, Bill was adamant of providing an excellent service that was convenient. Bill suggested of picking up my vehicle at my place of work, being that I was only minutes away from his shop, which was an option that never concurred when dealing with a mechanic shop. Approximately five minutes after, Bill was at my place of work happy to help. Initiative and excellent service is why I trust Bill and did not hesitate to hand over my keys. Shortly after, Bill drops off my vehicle, only to inform me that it was a simple fix. He also mentioned after taking a look at my headlights by switching my daylight headlights to manual it would be illegal, therefore he left them as is. I asked Bill, “what do I owe you” as he responded, “it was a easy fix! Free of charge!”. Integrity and Excellent service can earn the loyalty of a customer, and this is why there is no other mechanic or shop I would trust other than Al De Mark Auto Service!

They are knowledgeable and do everything they can to make sure you dont over pay for your parts. They got my car in quick and did a great job and had my car back in less than 2 days. The owner lied to me 4 times over the phone. My car sat in their parking lot for 5 days after telling me day after day that it would be ready.... The next day. Drove it through a hail storm the first day than told me that they `couldnt hear anything` broke my window further after telling them it was already broken and not to roll it down.... They rolled it down. Than smeared god knows what all over my window trying to pull it back up, a chunk of my steering wheel mysteriously is gone so yeah........ Absolutely horrific customer service. Dont waste your time. Oh yeah.... And dont trust him when he gives you a price quote because that also mysteriously went up...Every day.

Bill at Al De Mark has always taken good care of me. Whether I needed a simple oil change, or a more complex repair, his staff has been knowledgeable, trustworthy, and capable.The only problem I have ever experienced is that they are sometimes too busy to fit me in the same day, but I would rather take my car to a shop that has business rather than someplace with a bunch of technicians standing around.Also of note, as of writing this (5/11/2015) Google shows the wrong address (their old address) on Tejon St. They have moved to 525 E Fountain Blvd, Colorado Springs, CO 80903.

This is a great locally owned shop! They were polite, honest, and worked quickly! I highly recommend them for anyone who needs auto repairs and wants to keep their money local.-They had my car back to me before noon on the same day I dropped it off.-They didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need or ask for.-They gave me a detailed breakdown of the work they did and even gave me a heads up on things that might need repair in the future.-They did the work and got my cost within a buck fifty of the original estimate!-Most importantly everyone I spoke to at the shop was courteous, polite, didnt talk to me like I was an idiot and actually listened to me when I told them what I needed.
