They tried putting on fenders on my jeep but charged me $100 for 1 piece and referred me to 4wheel parts. Now they say Im a scanner but got proof of it all. Wanted $400 for a $1425.00 They couldnt do. Was gonna have them paint my jeep but not now after calling me a scammer. Even got all their messages saved on my phone.

Brought my car in. It was a cheap estimate compared to other shops. But the work resembled. Could still see where they fixed it clearly. Clear coat had fisheyes in it. Mediocre price Mediocre work. Had a hard time getting ahold of them

They did a wonderful job fixing the body and bumper on my Scion TC. Dents completely gone and paint matches perfectly. They were very timely, had great customer service, and were extremely affordable. I cant thank them enough for making my car look brand new again. Excellent business!!

Needed my front bumper replaced in a hurry. Traveling from out of state and needed it by Sunday to go home. Went by for a estimate on Thursday and they Had it done on Friday. So friendly and professional, recommend to anyone. Color match was spot on, extremely satisfied.

Best body shop ever!!! My mamas car was in the hail storm on July 28th. My insurance totaled it and said there was no way it can be repaired. I had to get it repaired it was my mamas car and she passed away last April. I started calling body shops and Ivan was very sure he could fix it. I put my trust In him and he delivered big time. I cant thank Ivan and his crew enough for saving my mamas car. I know shes smiling in heaven 😆😆😆

Will only use this shop from here on out. I had 3 other estimates and they all were 4 times or more what they charged me. One place even told me they would have to order me a new panel and window all for a scratch. Mr. Body didnt need to do any of that. If youre looking for quality work without needing to sell your first born, I recommend Mr. Body.

They did an amazing job on my 92 Civic. It did take longer than expected but it was no fault on their part; having an older car unexpected normal wear parts became the issue and trying to find these parts is what took a lot of time. Great friendly family business. If I ever need any work done I will definitely be going back.

I was employed by Ivan the owner, he was very unprofessional toward his employees, for one he refused to pay me what he owed me in wages. If you will notice there is always an ad searching for help by his shop. This is due so let to the unprofessional treatment of his employees, how many other familys went without Christmas because of his refusal to pay wages due.No matter what the situation an employee is entitled to his wages and denying someone wages speaks to the type of person Ivan the terrible is, By the way that is his name he is known by in the body shop industry.

This shop did and amazing and timely job fixing our Impala. We were in a hit and run accident that took off my back end and they worked with my insurance to get everything covered. Ivan and his family took very good care of me. I had 2 incidents with my car. One was going to be an out of pocket expense and the other was covered under insurance. Ivan worked with me for the out of pocket expense and handled my other issue with my insurance. They really know how to treat customers. I love how family oriented they are there. I would not recommend this body shop to anyone, I had my truck at this body shop for over 5 years and would always call Ivan Rios Sr. For the updates on my truck and we would always give excuses why the truck is not complete after 5 years I just had to pull my truck out from the body shop and it was only 50% done for what the estimate was. Everything that comes out if Ivan Rios Sr. Is nothing but lies!He is far from being professional

These guys are pretty shady. When I walked in, the owner was cussing out someone else insurance company because the insurance company wanted to total the car out. The owner wasnt interested in what was best for the customer. Just getting the job and lining his pockets.

He had our vehicle for 10 weeks last year, and assured me he could do aluminum body work. Just a few issues...roof repaired with some pliable silicone glue type substance. It was soft, and began cracking and peeling within a few months. When I would take it to the car wash, Id hear water sloshing around in the doors, and water would drip on my feet. Windshield was not replaced with OEM, leaked air, and was probably where the water was dripping from on my feet. I dont know how you sleep at night.

Wow! What an amazing place to find! Upon my first conversations with this shop I knew this was a place that was going to take care of me as their customer. Through my whole experience with them there werent any hoops I had to jump through or games being played. They went to work immediately and did a FANTASTIC job on replacing my hood and catching all of the ins and outs that the replacement required. They made me feel like a priority. I honestly cant express the blessing this shop was to me and I will be referring everyone I know to Mister Body Shop.

Was quoted a price lower than another body shops quote and it ended up costing me more after they realized they didnt order the right part(s)! Had to bring my car back to be repainted because it started peeling after the first time. The paint has held up after the second guy painted it tho. Staff was amazing but the price and quality of work had major opportunity.

Ivan Sr and Junior do an amazing job with body work and customer service. I’ve taken two cars to them now and each time I’ve been very happy. I worked more wIth Ivan Junior and he is super friendly and alway makes sure I leave happy. You won’t find better prices in town, either. Used them a few times in the past 7 yrs. When Ivan Sr. did the work you could not find a better shop but now that he lets the kids do the work the quality has gone way way down. This last time it was just a panel replacement and looked great when picked up. After realizing not all the rear lights were working. when checking, found that some of the harness wires were just ripped out and broken. Some of the light wires were reversed and stop were blinkers and blinders were stop lights. Wire harness that was along the frame was just hanging down waiting to get snagged on something and some of the clips had been snapped off. Its a shame Ivan has let his shop lose its integrity like this b/c he was the best in town.

Very friendly staff here. The owner of the place really knows how to keep his customers happy and occupied. I had to wait for an estimate which took a little while given that I came at a very busy time. I also didnt make an appointment but he still took his time to give me an estimate at the end of the day. He was good company too! Waiting to go back to get my car all fixed up. Parking wasnt very good as there are alot of other auto shops occupying the same space. They will find you a spot eventually but it might be by the street

I called every shop that was in the local area for body repair and they all were booked 2 months. I called here and they saw me the next day! My car was ready in a week and it looks amazing!

Not professional if I could give 0 stars I would.... problem after problem with no courtesy call or anything as the price sky rockets. The finished product looks amateur. I do not reccomend

This body shop seems to specialize in painting jobs. My car was stolen and then recovered with body damage and interior damage. The paint job looks great, but the strip at the bottom edge of my car looks like it was hot glued on. Ive had it back for around a month, and its falling off already. They did a good job detailing the interior, but were unable to fill their promise of replacing the interior upholstery that had icky cigarette burns. Since insurance had already paid them, Ill be stuck with the expense of having the upholstery put on by someone else. I think they just bit off more than they could chew. Ultimately, I would use them only if you need a paint job.

So the height of colorados crazy bipolar weather, hail storm to windstorm- my 2005 lancer evolution was hit by debris from the windstormI dropped my car off and they squeezed me in , Im attached to my car so I was a bit of a headache calling way more than I should have so I could have , they found some more poor body work by the previous shop ,and they fixed it for free , car looks better than how it looked before , so pretty , I have no issues what so ever ,Ivan and his entire team are excellent in what they do.

Horrible customer service is what it is. I got my car back right on time, but it was not done all the way. I called to ask when parts were coming in. He got upset with me when I called for the 3rd time about parts in one month.I still have never got a call. This was started back in January 19

If anyone is reading this review in order to find the best shop to take their car, look no further; Mister Body Shop is the place to go.I just picked up my car from Mister Body Shop after having over $7000 in hail damaged repaired. My car looks amazing...like brand new again! Im very please with the repair and even more so impressed with the service that Mister Body Shop provided. Ivan went out of his way to get my vehicle in on my schedule although there was a minimum 4 month wait in other local repair shops. We had some hiccups with my insurance company due to their (USAAs) negligence and Ivan made sure to work with the insurance company to fix the concerns as well as to get the vehicle finished in the prescribed window that USAA had approved for a rental car. I have made a life long friend in Ivan and feel like hes part of the family. I know where I will refer anyone else to who may have body work necessities in and around Colorado Springs.

I called in and the man tried to convince me that it was legal for me to drive my car in without the front of my car. (No headlights, turn signal, or bumper.) I was just trying to get some parts painted and he insisted that I bring my currently non-streetlegal car in.

My Hood sat for 2 weeks. They drove my car around without my permission as I was sent pictures of it being driven by my friends. Then they painted it a week later but only got the primer on after originally telling me it was going to be a week job. I ended up paying 650 dollars because the hood needed “ body but even garter being garage queen the paint still manage to bubble. I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy.

Ive gotten my car and my wifes car fixed up at their shop. Ive enjoyed the service and easygoing family oriented environment.
