1 major issue I always had to deal with my old lawn was waterlogging. It would always retain water and made a mess every time it rained. With the Imperial K9 artificial lawn, however, I never had to worry about this. It has maximum flow, which is enabled due to the double holes. I like it so much.

Very disappointed after reading the prior reviews then I realized how old they are. Contracted to do a backyard install at 11K and was told 4 weeks. After 4 weeks was told they have no idea when they will get to my job. I tried to cancel but was told I would forfeit half my deposit so I waited an additional 8 weeks to get it installed. I was told it would be a 3 day project but it took nearly two weeks. Constantly found them trying to cut corners like not having the underlayment fully cover the area, not installing the correct height of gravel and leaving gaps on the edges. I constantly had to run home from work every time they did decide to show up to monitor the job. I will say after it was done it looks good but I am not convinced I will not have trouble down the line seeing the how much I had going in. Would I recommend this company - That is a resounding NO.

DO NOT HIRE THEM FOR ANYTHING. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.I had such bad experience with just scheduling an appointment for estimates. I called them yesterday and made a request for Permanent Christmas lights installation estimates. They said I should receive a call next day for appointment. Today I received a call with timeslot already booked. I told them that the time does not work. The representative said they cannot give a specific time and they can only put in a request for whole day. I dont understand how would that work for anyone. Are people sitting idle for them or take off for them from work.I called them to work with them on this issue but the representative who picked up was least bothered about the issue.I have never dealt with company like this ever.

So glad I called them! The ladies on the phone were very nice and they sent Joe over right away to install a new sprinkler system for my house. He knows his stuff and was very professional and polite and worked really hard to make sure everything was done right. Its rare to meet someone who has the passion he does for his work. Turf Pros Solution is the worst company I have ever signed a contract with for construction services. They lied to me about when my artificial turf would be installed, they were totally unresponsive, defiant and full of excuses when I complained about the protracted delivery schedule, and they lied to me about when I would be contacted by the owner to resolve my issues. They care nothing about their customers. Here is what happened:End of May I had them give me an estimate for installation of artificial grass in my back yard. That day I paid in full for that service. I was told that someone would call me to schedule my installation within the next couple of days, and that installation would occur within two weeks. The contract I received states 2-4 weeks.After almost a week goes by without a call to schedule the install so I called them. They told me it would be four weeks because they ordered the artificial grass.On 22 July I called to check on my order. The person answering the phone said they would have to get back with me. I received another phone call about an hour later and they then told me that installation would not occur until mid July. I told them I was selling my house and needed the grass installed soonest. The person said there was nothing that could be done. I told them it was unacceptable, they basically said “too bad”, so I said I wanted to cancel the order.I received a phone call a short time later from another person asking if I had my issued resolved. I told them no, that I wanted my money refunded to me, and they said they would.I then got another phone call telling me that they could come and install the grass at the end of the week. I told them that they had already told me that there was nothing that they could do, and because of their poor customer service I had lost total confidence and trust in the company, and I reiterated that I wanted my money returned.They said that the contract stated that I would only receive 15% back of the first 50% of the down payment per the contract. Once I stated that they were in breach of contract because the contract stated that installation would occur within 2-4 weeks of receiving the down payment, they stated that the owner would contact me. That was over three weeks ago and I have yet to receive my money back or to have any communication from the owner.I strongly encourage anyone wanting to get artificial grass to go to some other company that values its customers and that values integrity and honesty.I would give this company 0 stars.

They are without a doubt the number 1 company to go to for sprinkler repair. They came out, we’re upfront and honest with everything I needed. Even when I had an emergency sprinkler repair (just placed sod down and some kid came by an accidentally destroyed my sprinkler) Geoffrey was able to come out and fix it in a pinch. I don’t leave reviews really ever on google but this one was warranted. Outstanding service and thank you so much for the repair and quick response, after hours help. If I was staying in Colorado, they would get my business every winter and spring.

Very much the bottom of the barrel. I got a quote months ago and placed an order for 4500 square feet, send card info for over $11k to purchase, and they still strung me along for weeks with no communication. Their turf was going to a multi million dollar commercial project right at the entrance, and a house where we are doing another 6,000 square feet later in the season... I would have happily used them again if they could have just communicated and been honest with me, but instead they just dont return calls, voicemails, or emails for weeks, then say it will be another month. The worst people. Read reviews on other sources about them too. ThanksUpdate, still no response from them. But I have made 3 orders with two other turf brands since this order and it has all arrived. Slightly more expensive, but when spending over $30k on material this past month, who cares about a few hundred bucks.
