Customer service LIES. When you buy something on a promotion make sure you truly understand that unless you are planning to pay it off in total you have to actually call the for them to allocate your payment only after the billing cycle. Which I feel is crazy.If Im Making a payment more than the minimum balance it shouldnt have to be allocated. I spoke to several people prior to my a large payment on my account to get the run around once that payment posted. Speaking with Lisa the floor manager was no help so i asked for her manager Sabrina. Neither have good customer service skills. An dont let me start about the store in Southpark my husband purchased me some earrings that broke the first week so we took them back to have them replaced an no one ever called us to pick the new ones up since we were told they had to order them. So we stop by the store only for the manager to tell us that she dont know where the associate place them. Needless to say it been a year and i have went back several times still no new earrings.

Mr Stan running this place is the MAN never felt so comfortable buying jewelry he made it so nice an easy spent $500 that day an I’m going back cause mom n dad need bling too. So I went back spent another $600 on sum awesome deals go in ask for Stan he’s the best !

My fiance has purchased exclusively with the South Park location of Zales for the last 5 years. Theyve always been stellar with quality and service. With a recent purchase they had a little hiccup but boy did they make it RIGHT! They went above and beyond to rectify the issue with the Store Manager hand delivering my jewelry for service and turning it around to meet a rush deadline DURING A HOLIDAY in spite of a new computer system! If you arent shopping here you should be!!! Thank you Ladies! 6/22/20 Update - Ordered my husbands wedding ring only for it to be ready right at the Covid Shutdown. Mr. Stan at Colonial Heights and Mr. Dean at Norfolk were ROCK STARTS at helping me finally receive my husbands ring...it was such a great surprise for him for Fathers Day! Thank you guys!

I ordered an engagement ring and wedding ring on July 05 2018. An everyone there keeps telling me 4 different dates and store policy is 8 weeks max now there talking 10 12 weeks. 😥😥😥 I wish I never went there. They keep blaming it on the vendors.

Poor customer service!!! They never answer the phone and when they do they put you on hold forever!!! They give you a promise date to get your item and several weeks past that date still nothing along with no explanation! This is the absolute worst place Ive ever dealt with! Go to helzberg!

Zales is a great jewelry store but dont ever shop at southpark location. There customer service sucks. They never answer the phone and when they do they act like theres a problem. I just wish I went to another location. Bad experience here.

The first lady was really nice. But got my fiances ring and i left in a plastic bag and not a box.not professional at all
