I traded in games and a controller for alot more than I thought I was going to get. Also the woman that was working was absolutely gorgeous inside and out which made the experience there better lol. Ill be back

My sons and I have been ciming here for about 6 yrs, and the store and staff are always helpful with any suggestions or or answering any questions. The turn-off or downside for us is the traffic around the store, we went today and almost were resr ended by speeding traffic coming out of Wal-Suck. Might have to start going to the one in Ft. Lee

Store is clean, organized for easy shopping, and they have a decent selection of used and new games. Staff is always friendly and seem to really know their stuff with gaming. I pre-order most of my Funko Pop! figures from here or the one in Chester.

This is probably the busiest GameStop in the Richmond area. They have so many items for gaming and collectables its really neat! Staff works very hard and are quite friendly

Not friendly male employee, we bought the Nintendo Switch and warranty with online card. He did not inform us about the no return on opened brand new systems we paid 355.00 and wanted to give 140.00 in cash for a 300.00 system we had for 3 days. Thats ridiculous and was rude when we were asking about returning the system. That should be said to you before you purchase the systems.

Covid stage 2 - store was clean there were indications on the floor for proper people spacing and employees were wearing masks. The employees were friendly and helpful.

The best and most organized GameStop in the area. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Plus, they genuinely are looking to help find you the best game, equipment, etc. for your gaming needs. They are not just trying to get you in and out of the store. Tammy, (really cute girl) and Gabe, (just smart and friendly guy) are my two favorite people at this location. In fact this is my new GameStop Home. Sorry Chris from Iron Bridge, this GameStop just crushes it!!!

Place blows. Main guy running it just adds on game warranty every single time... without asking. No other GameStop does this. Probably gets a lot of extra cash from suckers. Not to mention the long lines all hours of the day. Only 1 register is ever open even with 2-3 staff members there. Will not recommend. Southpark mall GameStop has much more friendly and helpful staff.

Great experience. I was able to put a hold on two items (Nintendo Switch and a Mario game) for pick-up when I got off work. I went straight to the register where I was greeted. I stated I was there to pick-up a hold I requested earlier that morning. Right away the young gentleman knew my order. He went to the back and grabbed my items, asked me if I wanted to add warranties to the items and if I had any questions. I didnt because I was just excited to surprise my daughter and play. The guy thanked me and I thanked him and left the store.

The store is really busy But for he range I live in this one is the better one to go to. unlike some of the other stores the employee will tell you if you need something for a game Like for Animal Crossing Happy Home Designer you need the NFC reader writer if you dont have the new 3DS. Most of the employees both in the South park mall and this one both know information on the game your getting they will also give you their own personal view on the game which is very helpful even money saving at times. But overall If your in the tri-cities area and want the best, honest, knowledgeable employees then go to this one even though the long lines.

This store is always busy. You are going to wait in line for at least 30 min. They had 3 people working. However one person was just walking around. Meanwhile they have 10 people waiting in line. You wouldnt think that 10 people would take 30 min. I am not sure what they are doing but they need to step their game up
