My husband ordered me fruit for our anniversary and I was surprised and pleased but when I got home he asked me where my bear was. I told him I did not receive a bear. So he sent me the receipt. This morning I called the Colonial Heights store and the woman who answered was so rude. When I told her I didn’t receive a bear she snapped at me that they did not have anymore and she would refund him the money for the bear. I asked her how long it would take and again she snapped at me she was doing it and he would receive it when his bank gives it to him. If you knew yesterday you didn’t have the bear why didn’t you contact him or go ahead and refund him and send him the email of refund. If he wouldn’t have mentioned it what were you going to keep his money?! Poor customer service. The fruits were good but I’ve already told him never to order from you all again.

Please avoid ordering from this store, had surgery and my partner placed an order for me at 12:30 and payed for same day delivery, a bouquet of flowers and a dozen chocolate fruits. they did not call or let him know that it would be late or that if it would arrive next day & the window time was 5-6… arrived at 9pm with no flowers after he had called and they said they might not get to it. understandable but said nothing else. called the next day and woman was rude saying they don’t even have any flowers and snapped at him saying that he placed the order at 12:30 “so it takes time to get these things done” they had never even notified us of anything so if he didn’t call we would have just lost 100$ for 12 pieces of fruit. not worth it.

This place has gone downhill. I placed an order for same day delivery and the item was not delivered that day. I figured maybe it was the weather so I wasn’t too upset. I called the next day pest thing and was told. The address was listed as incorrect. The young lady read back the address but it was correct but since the first letter of the street was capitalized it wasn’t delivered. I still wasn’t too upset about it just wished I was notified. What took the cake was my sister got a ballon saying happy birthday. It had ordered a ballon saying I love you. It has been 7 years since she gave me one of her kidneys and I wanted to feel special. What a disappointment. I will never again order from here.

This store went above and beyond to deliver the arrangement I ordered. The store manager was kind and the bouquet looked great! I was told it was tasty, too! Thank you so much!!

NEVER AGAIN....Was given a window of 12p-5p; at 5:15 no one showed, no one called. Called the store to inquire the status of my delivery and was met with rudeness. I understand the nation is under staffed BUT the attitude AT HELLO was IT for me. I cancelled and advised to process my refund, I will find other outlets.

This place is a joke. I ordered an arrangement for my wifes birthday today they said it would be there between 3-5 I said ok . It never got there I call up there and asked the guy what happened he got ride with me saying it wasnt his fault . On top of that I gave them a $20 cash tip for making sure the order got there on time. You cant even pay this place extra to do what they were suppose to do anyway. I will never get anything from this place I hope they go out of business.

Order a gift for my grandmother yesterday but somehow it went from same day to next day delivery. So i called the store to find out what has happened and right off the bat the person on the phone had an attitude and i was talk to rudely so since they said its my fault that it didnt go in for same day delivery i said ok. Been waiting all day today to see if my grandmothers order is on the way and once again called the store and was talk to disrespectfully. Will never order from this place again. For the money we pay to get something special and get disrespected. Its not worth it.

I would give zero stars if I could!I placed an order online for curbside pickup. I get to the store and call for my order and no one answers so I go inside. I see and hear multiple people behind the employee door, I ring the bell and no one acknowledges me. I stood there for a few minutes then rang the bell again and again no acknowledgement. There were 3 men working who walked past the door multiple times and no one said a thing. Finally I say hello as one of the guys walked past again but again I was ignored. Mind you I was the only customer there at the time. After 15 minutes of waiting someone finally comes out, looks up my order, goes to the back and comes back out to tell me Id have to wait 20 minutes for my order after I had already been standing there for 15 minutes before anyone even helped me. This was a terrible experience and the worst customer service. No one even apologized for the long wait or the awful inconvenience. I ended up just getting a refund and was unable to give gift I ordered for Fathers day.

I will never order here again. I ordered for same day delivery which this store willingly accepted. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift to a workplace -- well we have been tracking the order and it was showing out for delivery at like 2PM - - now the birthday celebrant had gone home as it is past work hours now 5:20PM-- and still no delivery. it should not take this long to deliver from colonial heights to where we are.. (at most 20mins)

You may want to think twice before supporting this location.Disappointing customer service on March 23, 2021 when the driver left my edible arrangement and cupcakes, a birthday gift from my daughter who lives out of state, on my front porch. There wasnt a note or an associate from the store not the driver called to give notice that they came by for delivery. I noticed the items on the front porch from the balloon moving by the wind. When I picked up my gifts from the porch to bring them indoors, the cupcakes were filled with ants. The fruit was luckily covered with plastic but the freshness was substandard and the plastic was limp and wet from sitting outside.I took pictures to share them with my daughter and she called the store the very same day. The associates first asked if someone could come by the store to pick up because they were short handed and busy. After my daughter told them she lived out of town and paid for delivery, only then later the associates agreed to redeliver the cupcakes on the next day, March 24, but they never showed up or called. On March 25, I called to arrange pickup before they closed at 5:30. I showed up at the store on the 25th at 4:50pm, and the store was closed. When I called I was unable to leave a voice message because the voicemail box was full. I called the next day, March 26 to speak to a manager and was told”there wasn’t a manager on-site, only two employees.” I finally picked up the cupcakes 3 days after the birthday celebration. I wouldnt recommend this location due to the fact of poor customer and lack of interest to provide quality service on delivery.

Seems this store take delivery at there leisure instead of when they can. I was being surprised with a gift. Instead of letting the sender know they would be sending the gift late on another day. They called me , to tell me my surprise gift will be late so be home something in the morning-noon. Based on reviews this is a consistent issue and they called at 8:07 pm 3 hours after they were closed so couldnt say anything but let the unknown sender know. After no response from the owner on how I was treated, she must allow her office staff to treat customers however they please, leave rude, insinuating comments, and contact my job after orders are completed/refunded/cancelled. On My Facebook review, they mentioned my review was hilarious to them and i sounded very “entitled” to leave my review.. i thought as a customer, you are ENTITLED to receive the best customer service and i was ENTITLED to have my expensive fruit arrangement delivered with no issue. Which on both of those, that did NOT happen. But I would love to know what they meant by “entitled”..oh & BTW, I have the screen shots since the comments were deleted after I’m sure they were told to remove them... I thought being hung up on TWO times by her office staff was bad.. (just for asking what the managers name was) now those employees are calling my work and making nasty remarks on Facebook (I never wrote or added my work information anywhere on the order so they went back through their caller ID and wrote down my desk # after I called to find out why my order was cancelled and never delivered) they spoke to the owner of the company I work for and said I fought with her on my time and that I should been fired. How can a company go after a customers personal info and be allowed to harass a customer AFTER MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED/REFUNDED. The owner still has yet to call me. The manager Dillion said that the owner was too busy running 7 other stores. Seems she is focusing on the wrong store. And her protocol is that she will reach out whenever she can and none of her information can be given out by her office staff. Smh!!! I was also lied to saying the driver couldn’t find the house for delivery. Dillion said the order was never made the day it came though and they cancelled the order the next day since it wasn’t fulfilled. So now, I’ve been completely disrespected by their office staff, lied to by their office staff, ignored by the owner of this store, (Corporate says the owner has to be the one to speak to me now,) had my Manager contacted at my job after office staff writing down my personal information after the order was placed and refunded. What need do you have for my contact info and why are you going through an order that has been completed??? What else do you guys write down after you finish a customers order??

ZERO STARS!I ordered an arrangement for Mothers Day for my mother-in-law. I received an email stating Delivered - yet she did not receive them. I called; they said they will make sure the arrangements get ordered (this is Monday - 2 days later). Again, I get an email stating Delivered - and again, it was not delivered. I had to call and request my money back (now Tuesday). I dont understand what kind of business this is but I warn others to not order from here. This business must be a scam.

The strawberries prepared was great. Husband said the order was not complete though, missing the balloons requested, but they fixed it. Also, no delivery to Fort Lee at the time so he had to pick up on Valentines Day.

This order was completed for the sole purpose of the balloons. The fruit was an afterthought. Ive been trying since Sunday to get my 5 year old birthday balloons and I was sure edible would deliver. The driver said to call the store. The store line is busy plus he delivered at 5pm when the store closed. For $150 I am extremely disappointed. This was my first ever edible order and will be the last.

Terrible service! I placed an order at 9 am on Friday, which they failed to deliver. Was told they would deliver it 1st thing Saturday morning, luckily my wife works on Saturdays. I called to check the status mid-day Saturday and was only told its out for delivery. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. Only after I said I would be writing a review of my experience, did the clerk respond with I could have compensated for your trouble, but since you are going to do that then I wont. Good bye. and he hung up on me. They finally delivered it at 3 pm on Saturday.The over priced cost of chocolate dipped fruit is due to the service they are providing. With such bad service what am I paying for?

I wouldn’t give it any stars but it wouldn’t let me post without marking any..So Truthfully it’s 0 star for me...Ordered something for my spouse for Valentine’s day! Left instructions and address. Needless to say they never call my husband and a week later when my husband went in to ask about it they told him that the manager quit and that she was suppose to call..SMH..WTH???So they thought it was ok not to deliver my order and keep $97 worth of my money and hope no one calls about service not being rendered! And then they only try to repay me $74 instead of $97! WORST service ever! Do not go there! Please shut your business down if you can’t do the right thing and save us our money and time!

If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. I placed an order that was never received. They didnt answer the until today. When I called and asked for the manager she told me her name was Kat. And I asked for her full name and she refused to give it to me, I had to call another employee who told me her name was Kathryn. And gave me directions to call the Williamsburg store and spoke with Freddy the owner so he says who sounded unconcerned. Im really not happy with this service its the worst. Id have Rated -1 if I could. They never delivered the request on my Wifes B-Day on Ft. Lee, VA. when I called to find a status as the day pasted - I got hateful Customer Service and the young lady even got short with me and she said, Sir, you must be asking about a residential address delivery, because business always goes out first to avoid this When I informed her that it was my wifes B-Day to day and in fact I work for a business on post - it was in fact and had not been delivered. Her tone changed, but then she says they do not guarantee a delivery time. I indicated that I knew that, but I also know they have communications with delivery driver as a dispatcher and they should be able to tell me if it would be delivered before 5pm when my spouse leaves. Nope she says, but itll make it.. I call at 4:50 PM to request a refund, get forwarded to the Manger and he tells me, one moment and places me on hold. A few minutes later a lady comes on and tells me the refund has to be authorized by the Manager and he was not there???? What, I was just on the line with him. Sir - he will call you back. Guess what, nothing, so I called the next day and was on hold 30 minutes each time - he is on the other line and other excuses and never picked up. When I would call back, they would greet me and put me right on hold and nothing - not even if he had done it in the system. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE>>>>>>>>

Did not delivery my 92 dollar purchase on the day I requested. On top of that, they did not call or email to inform me that they would not be able to deliver . I called the following day and they told me that they couldn’t get it delivered in time and asked if I still wanted it. Horrible service

I have always had great service from this store. Even when I was out of the state all of my things were taking care of correctly and on time. I have read a lot of complaints about this store and have never had any of this happen to me. If it did I would be front and center at that store verbally speaking with a store manger to get my situation handled. You cant go off peoples word of mouth because their two sides to every story. So try it yourself and make your own judgement.

My friend ordered my arrangement from Connecticut to be delivered to me on Valentines Day i didnt recieve my arrangement until 3days later and he was in Richmond by the time it came. Then we had to go into the store because they forgot my balloons and Teddy bear. The bear was out of stock when we got there and 1 of my ballons were deflated.

Best place to buy fruit baskets/gift. I live in Washington DC and my girlfriend lives in Petersburg va I wasn’t to sure what to get her with so many options online. After calling and speaking with a excellent employee name Jarie I was able to make a great decision with her incredible service and suggestions. I Was going to order online because it wouldnt do a thank you card for each of the items to be delivered. I went into the store to place an order. They were going to charge me $12 for each item to be delivered to the SAME address. Each fruit bouquet was $35 plus $24 for delivery. NO THANK YOU!

Bouquet was much smaller than pictured. Thank goodness it was 20% off and I picked it up instead of paying $14 to have it delivered. I gave wo stars because it was ready when I picked it up and I didnt have to wait. On the other hand, when I tried to order it online, I chose the larger bouquet because it was $5 off. But when I selected the Colonial Heights store, all of the large bouquets that were discounted disappeared and the only options were the small undiscounted ones. I think there is a scam there. If a size is offered on the Edible Bouquets site, it should be offered by the store. I wont be ordering anything else from Edible Bouquets.

Never received order. Called store. No answer. Went to store personnaly to pick up order. At least 10 other customers at store for same reason. Store is a joke.

My co-workers ordered an arrangement for me to be delivered on Friday, August 30. They were told it was to be delivered at 1:00 p.m. All the staff members were there waiting for the delivery because they wanted to be there when it arrived. Well 5:00 p.m. came and it still wasnt there. One of the staff members finally told me that something was arriving for me and was very upset it was not there. She had been calling and was told it was going to arrive any minute. It finally arrived around 5:30 p.m. I was VERY disappointed that she had to wait (actually stay past her time working) in order to wait for this arrangement. I doubt the delivery person apologized. I am NOT going to use this place AND my co-workers actually said they will never order from you again. You get a 1 star meaning poor service from me and my staff.

My husband ordered from this location for Valentines Day. They were to deliver to my house on February 14th 2017. No one ever showed up and noone ever notified my husband that they werent going to deliver that day or any other day because they canceled his order and they never called or email about the cancelation. Very unprofessional! I wouldnt recommend them at all.
